When a court rules pertaining to the constitutionality or non-constitutionality of some issue (like whether same-gender sodomy unions are legitimate and legal), their decision is based upon:

(1) If the specific case they are considering was litigated properly procedurally, and

(2) If the broad majority involved, who the decision of the court will affect (which in the cause of High Court decisions will regulate everyone in the entire United States), wants non-establishment of anti-homosexual Christian/Jewish/Islam religion, or instead wants non-prohibition of free exercise of anti-homosexual Christian/Jewish/Islamic religion.

What's at stake goes beyond interference involving government surveillance and questioning as to what happens between two people in the privacy of their bedrooms, and the consequences of such bedroom sexuality when sexual partners then interact interdependently outside in society in all sorts of ways (disruptive driving on public roads when afflicted with AIDS or guilt or depression, being dangerously ineffective on assembly lines because of weakness or guilt or depression or disability caused by AIDS, infecting school children and other employees because of AIDS, open harassive soliciting for noxious homosexual dating encounters, etc.)

If the court adjudicates in favor of homosexual same-gender sodomy unions, the court is then causing the government to assist homosexuals in forcing religious heterosexuals (of the religions previously mentioned), against their deep and fervent convictions, to regard same-gender sodomy unions as legally legitimate and non-obnoxious, while simultaneously prohibiting those religious mentioned from discriminating in every way and wherever under whatever conditions against homosexuals and their same-gender sodomy unions.

Not only that, but if the court rules in favor of homosexuals on that issue of same-gender sodomy unions, homosexuals could theoretically bring government-based court actions against heterosexuals of whatever religions whenever and wherever for imposing opposite-gender sexual unions (now codified as traditional or normal "marriage") against homosexuals which those homosexuals might find disturbing, disruptive, or obnoxious.

The religious, who consider homosexual unions and the dire effects of such antisocial aberrations both inside and outside the church or synagogue or mosque as repulsive abhorrent sin, in no way view heterosexuality and homosexuality as a matter of "equality," and to them there is nothing either "civil" nor a "right" concerning (not "regarding") homosexuals who want the issue to be labeled merely a "civil right."

Moreover, it is obvious to the sane and sensible that the given color of one's skin one which one is born with is not equivalent (in principle) to [perverted] anti-Biblical homosexual lifestyle which homoqueers willfully select by deliberate choice.

Can The Devil repent and be saved? Can he change his mind for the better, and then be atoned for? Does he yet have free-will choice? After all...

Romans 11:29 ...the gifts [of free will] and the call of God are irrevocable.

Might Lucifer-turned-Satan want to be released from the threat or (more assuredly) promise of eternal damnation in outer-darkness hellfire?

Why not be nice to Beelzebub along with his spiritual and especially human cohorts, to encourage them to change for the better?

Isaiah 26:10 If favor is shown to the wicked, he does not learn righteousness; in the land of uprightness he deals perversely and does not see the majesty of the LORD.

Bummer. Oh well, maybe we can't win 'em all.

It would seem that not only [evil] Satan (along with the damned in Hades), but also the [good] messenger angel Gabriel and the [good] combat angel Michael (along with the redeemed in Paradise) yet retain their free-will choice, with which they used to get them to the status they currently are and remain in.

Certainly, the desire to escape from fiery torment and anguish is clearly indicated in the following passage of Scripture:

Luke 16:19 There was a rich man, who was clothed in purple and fine linen and who feasted sumptuously every day.
20 And at his gate lay a poor man named Lazarus, full of sores,
21 who desired to be fed with what fell from the rich man's table; moreover the dogs came and licked his sores.
22 The poor man died and was carried by the angels to Abraham's bosom. The rich man also died and was buried;
23 and in Hades, being in torment, he lifted up his eyes, and saw Abraham far off and Lazarus in his bosom.
24 And he called out, 'Father Abraham, have mercy upon me, and send Lazarus to dip the end of his finger in water and cool my tongue; for I am in anguish in this flame.'
25 But Abraham said, 'Son, remember that you in your lifetime received your good things, and Lazarus in like manner evil things; but now he is comforted here, and you are in anguish.
26 And besides all this, between us and you a great Chasm has been fixed, in order that those who would pass from here to you may not be able, and none may cross from there to us.'
That being the case, it can safely be assumed that that desperately-petitioning man in Hades speaks for others consigned therein.

But to no avail.

Noteworthy it is that such request for transfer from Paradise to Earth or Hades is not made by anyone enthralled in eternal heavenly bliss.

It is lamentable that there are many pseudo-"christians" who presume (not assume) that God is subservient to them and under perpetual non-conditional obligation to always love and forgive them no matter what they damn well want and choose to do. They have been deceived and deceived themselves to misunderstand and misconstrue the true and actual benign yet sovereign, immutable, and impartial character and nature of the God of nature and of the entire-contents Holy Bible.

In reality, God has (both in nature and in His Word) essentially indicated to us humans (as He did to the fallen and non-fallen spiritual beings previously mentioned) that: "It's either my ways, or the highway."

A little too egotistical? Harsh? Discriminatory? Rude and impolite? Insensitive? Condemnatory? Judgmental? Hypocritical?

That is not to be taken lightly, and there should (indeed: must) be no accursed heresies that: "God will accept me the way I am, and will allow me to stay that way (in my pro-white-lies or white-lies, pro-immodesty/pro-porn or immodesty/porn, pro-homosexual or homosexual, pro-abortion-homicide or abortion-homicide, pro-evolutionist or evolutionist, pro-antisemitic or antisemitic, pro-feminist-sexist or feminist-sexist, pro-people-not-God-pleasing or people-not-God-pleasing, aberrations)."

God never accepts anyone the [wicked] ways they are!

Zechariah 3:3 Now Joshua was standing before the angel, clothed with filthy clothing.
Zechariah 3:4 And the angel said to those who were standing before him, "Remove the filthy garments from him." And to him he said, "Hey, I have taken your iniquity away from you, and I will clothe you with rich apparel."

Matthew 22:9 Go therefore to the thoroughfares, and invite to the marriage feast as many as you find.'
10 And those servants went out into the streets and gathered all whom they found, both bad and good; so the wedding hall was filled with guests.
11 "But when the king came in to look at the guests, he saw there a man who had no [holiness of God] wedding garment;
12 and he said to him, 'Friend, how did you get in here without a [NON-homosexual/abortionist/evolutionist/feminist-sexist/immodesty/pornographic/idols-worshipping] wedding garment?' And he was speechless.
13 Then the king said to the attendants, 'Bind him hand and foot, and throw him into the outer darkness; there men will weep and gnash their teeth.'
14 For many are called, but few are chosen."

A little too harsh? Discriminatory? Rude and impolite? Insensitive? Condemnatory? Judgmental? Hypocritical?

So there does come a point when it is too late to change (when one would like to or not):

Joshua 24:19 But Joshua said to the people [destined to sin and die in the desert because of their faithlessness and complaining], "You cannot serve the LORD; for He is a holy God; He is a jealous God; He will NOT forgive your transgressions or your sins.

[ And some pretend that "Jesus Paid It All" - with no exceptions for anything committed in so-called "understandable" human weakness and frailty bondage to sin ].

Proverbs 6:12 A worthless person, a wicked man, goes about with crooked speech,
13 winks with his eyes, scrapes with his feet, points with his finger,
14 with perverted heart devises evil, continually sowing discord;
15 therefore calamity will come upon him suddenly; in a moment he will be broken beyond healing.

Proverbs 29:1 He who is often reproved, yet stiffens his neck will suddenly be broken beyond healing.

A little too egotistical to say that? Too harsh? Discriminatory? Rude and impolite? Insensitive? Condemnatory? Judgmental? Hypocritical?

Whatever. So WHAT?

Job 22:3 Is it any pleasure to the Almighty if you are righteous, or is it gain to Him if you make your ways blameless?

Job 35:6 If you have sinned, what do you accomplish against Him? And if your transgressions are multiplied, what do you do to Him?
Job 35:7 If you are righteous, what do you give to Him; or what does He receive from your hand?
Job 35:8 Your wickedness concerns a man like yourself, and your righteousness a son of man.

Consider the sinner who gets drunk and imagines that God's tree or boulder of nature will no longer be an immovable obstacle in his way, because he so wants it that way. Plowing into God's tree or boulder, the tree or boulder essentially says to the impudent and arrogant sinner: "I will NOT get out of your way. You will suffer proportionately with the force you are not accommodating to me.

Jumping off a cliff to defy God's gravity (regardless of whether or not the crazy parachute-less jumper changes his attitude about gravity in midair) results in God's gravity basically saying back to the belligerent jumper: "I will not cease doing my thing as gravity because you desire or demand it to be so. You lose.

In both cases, the defiant fool either becomes a quadriplegic or dead, and fulfilled again is that Bible passages:

Job 34:21 For his eyes are upon the ways of a man, and he sees all his steps.
22 There is no gloom or deep darkness where evildoers may hide themselves.
23 For He has not appointed a time for any man to go before God in judgment.
24 He shatters the mighty without investigation [without R.S.V.P. appointment reservations], and sets others in their place.
25 Thus, knowing their works, He overturns them in the night, and they are crushed.
26 He strikes them for their [homoqueer/abortionist/antisemitic/evolutionist/feminist-sexist/immodest] wickedness in the sight of humans,
27 because they turned aside from following Him, and had no regard for any of His [heterosexual/baby-birthers/Israel-supporter/creationist/patriarchal/decently-dressed] ways,
28 so that they caused the cry of the poor [besieged heterosexuals/baby-birthers/Israel-supporters/creationists/patriarchal/decently-dressed] to come to Him, and he heard the cry of the [heterosexuals/baby-birthers/Israel-supporters/creationists/patriarchal/decently-dressed] afflicted...
29 When He is quiet, who can condemn? When He hides His face, who can discover Him, whether it be a nation or a man? --

30 that a godless man should not reign, that he should not ensnare the people.
31 For has any one said to God, 'I have borne chastisement; I will not offend any more;
32 teach me what I do not see; if I have done iniquity, I will do it no more'?
33 Will He then make requital to suit you, because you reject it? For you must choose, and not I; therefore declare what you know.

....whether it is media-publicized bellering and agitated pro-homopervert/abortionist/evolutionist/feminist-sexist/immodesty mob, or only one quietly-stubborn person.

Psalm 7:12 If a man does not repent, God will whet His sword; He has bent and strung His bow;

Hebrews 10:26 For if we sin deliberately after receiving the knowledge of the truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins,
Hebrews 10:27 but a fearful prospect of judgment, and a fury of fire which will consume the adversaries.
Hebrews 10:28 A man who has violated the law of Moses dies without mercy at the testimony of two or three witnesses.

Leviticus 20:13 If a man lies with a male as with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination; they shall be put to death, their blood is upon them.

Leviticus 24:16 He who blasphemes the name of the LORD shall be put to death; all the congregation shall stone him; the sojourner as well as the native, when he blasphemes the Name, shall be put to death.
Luke 12:10 And every one who speaks a word against the Son of man will be forgiven; but he who blasphemes against the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven.
First Corinthians 12:3 Therefore I want you to understand that no one speaking by the Spirit of God ever says "Jesus be cursed!" and no one can say "Jesus is Lord" except by the Holy Spirit.
First John 5:16 If any one sees his brother committing what is not a mortal sin, he will ask, and God will give him life for those whose sin is not mortal. There is sin which is mortal; I do not say that one is to pray for that.

Deuteronomy 22:20 But if the thing is true, that the tokens of virginity were not found in the young woman,
21 then they shall bring out the young woman to the door of her father's house, and the men of her city shall stone her to death with stones, because she has wrought folly in Israel by playing the harlot in her father's house; so you shall purge the evil from among you.
22 If a man is found lying with the wife of another man, both of them shall die, the man who lay with the woman, and the woman; so you shall purge the evil from Israel.
23 If there is a betrothed virgin, and a man meets her in the city and lies with her,
24 then you shall bring them both out to the gate of that city, and you shall stone them to death with stones, the young woman because she did not cry for help though she was in the city, and the man because he violated his neighbor's wife; so you shall purge the evil from the midst of you.

WILL God change His mind and get out of our way?

Psalm 10:4 In the pride of his countenance the wicked does not seek Him; all his [atheistic/agnostic] thoughts are, "There is no God."
Psalm 10:5 His ways prosper at all times; thy judgments are on high, out of his sight; as for all his foes, he puffs at them.
Psalm 10:6 He thinks in his heart, "I shall not be moved; throughout all generations I shall not meet adversity."

Perhaps God might adjust His environment for us for the sake of "variety" or to patronize us to win us over to His side?

The following verses preclude that possibility:

Psalm 96:10 Say among the nations, "The LORD reigns! Yes, the world is established, it shall never be moved; He will judge the peoples with equity."
Psalm 110:4 The LORD has sworn and will not change His mind, "You are a priest for ever after the order of Melchizedek."
Psalm 148:6 And He established them forever; He fixed their bounds which cannot be passed.

Proverbs 30:4 Who has ascended to heaven and come down? Who has gathered the wind in His fists? Who has wrapped up the waters in a garment? Who has established all the ends of the earth? What is His name, and what is His Son's name? Surely you know!

Ecclesiastes 11:3 If the clouds are full of rain, they empty themselves on the earth; and if a tree falls to the south or to the north, in the place where the tree falls, there it will lie.

Jeremiah 33:25 Thus says the LORD: "If I have not established my covenant with day and night and the ordinances of heaven and earth,
Jeremiah 33:26 then I will reject the descendants of Jacob and David my servant and will not choose one of his descendants to rule over the seed of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. For I will restore their fortunes, and will have mercy upon them."

Isaiah 10:22 For though your people Israel be as the sand of the sea, only a remnant of them will return. Destruction is decreed, overflowing with righteousness.
Romans 9:27 And Isaiah cries out concerning Israel: "Though the number of the sons of Israel be as the sand of the sea, only a remnant of them will be saved.

There does come a point of no return - whether one repents or does not repent (or no longer is physically able to repent) - and Divine execution with everlasting punishment is ready to begin, being it is then too late to change:

Revelation 22:11 Let the evildoer still do evil, and the filthy still be filthy, and the righteous still do right, and the holy still be holy.

But - again - is it intolerant to not show mercy on Satan, his demons, and those homosexuals, abortionists, revilers, drunkards, slanderers, evolutionists, immodest and pornographers, feminist sexist who might change their minds and repent? Must we be impatient and inconsiderate, rude and impolite, insensitive and cruel and harsh against those we should instead love?

After all:

Matthew 5:39 But I say to you, Do not resist one who is evil. But if any one strikes you on the right cheek, turn to him the other also;
Matthew 7:1 Judge not, that you be not judged.
Matthew 7:5 You hypocrite, first take the log out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to take the speck out of your brother's eye.
Luke 6:37 Judge not, and you will not be judged; condemn not, and you will not be condemned; forgive, and you will be forgiven;
And you who judge one who judges, who are you to play the judge yourself? You who criticize and chastise judges for judging, who are you yourself to judge the judges?

Luke 6:42 Or how can you say to your brother, 'Brother, let me take out the speck that is in your eye,' when you yourself do not see the log that is in your own eye? You hypocrite, first take the log out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to take out the speck that is in your brother's eye.
John 8:7 And as they continued to ask Him, He stood up and said to them, "Let Him who is without sin among you be the first to throw a stone at her."
First Thessalonians 5:14 And we exhort you, brethren, admonish the idlers, encourage the fainthearted, help the weak, be patient with them all.
James 4:12 There is one lawgiver and judge, he who is able to save and to destroy. But who are you that you judge your neighbor?

And you who judge one who judges, who are you to play the judge yourself? You who criticize and chastise judges for judging, who are you yourself to judge the judges?

First Corinthians 5:3 For though absent in body I am present in spirit, and as if present, I have already pronounced judgment
First Corinthians 5:4 in the name of the Lord Jesus on the man who has done such a thing....

First Corinthians 6:3 Do you not know that we are to judge angels? How much more, matters pertaining to this life!

One side of the proverbial coin seems at odds in contradiction against the other side:

First John 4:20 If any one says, "I love God," and hates his brother, he is a liar; for he who does not love his brother whom he has seen, cannot love God whom he has not seen.
First John 4:8 He who does not love does not know God; for God is love.
First John 4:16 So we know and believe the love God has for us. God is love, and he who resides in love resides in God, and God resides in him.

The other side:

Psalm 139:21 Do I not hate those who hate you, LORD? And do I not loathe those who rise up against you?
Psalm 139:22 I hate them with perfect hatred; I count them my enemies.

No "hate crime" there!

Hosea 9:15 Every evil of theirs is in Gilgal; there I began to hate them. Because of the wickedness of their works I will drive them out of my house. I will love them no more; all their princes are rebels.

Again, one cannot accuse Hosea nor David of "hate crimes."

James 4:7 Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you.

Flee whom we should "turn the other cheek to?" A bit of a discrepancy, wouldn't you say?

Isaiah 26:20 Come, my people, enter your chambers, and shut your doors behind you; hide yourselves for a little while until the wrath is past.

Curiously, we are never admonished in Holy Writ to hate God, nor resist the Lord. We are also never instructed to have faith in nor trust the Tempter and his ilk, who are God's enemies, and thus (by default) are our enemies also.

The God of nature, and the God of the Bible, are very similar -- in fact, they are identical.

The REAL Creator and Lord is not what PSEUDO-"christians" make Him out to be: an always-tolerant, always-forgiving, sugar daddy who let's his creatures do whatever they damn well want, and still welcomes them affectionately with unconditional love . . . . . . always and forever.

So, presumptive FALSE-"christian" creatures are, in effect, an idolatrous god to themselves who hallucinate that the actual God has been made in their own image, and that they have done that.

No, the actual Creator God is blamelessly benign yet immutably sovereign -- ready to always reward those who accommodate to Him in every way, and to always punish those who do not accommodate in every way.

If one defies gravity by jumping off a cliff, God's gravity in effect says: "That's it. You're finished."
If one belligerently runs into a big rock, arrogantly mis-thinking that God's rock will no longer be an obstacle, God's rock in essence replies: "NO way. You lose. You die."

Non-cooperativeness always results in punishment, sooner or later, in proportion to the severity of the trespasses. Such vengeful retaliation and retribution can be, has become, and will become lethal both temporally and eternally against the 'God-is-always-forgiving-love-love-love' Hell-bound non-remnant majority who deserve it.

All throughout the entirety of The Holy Bible - not merely in the Old Testament but even in the New - the ACTUAL Lord - speaking through His prophets and apostles - is often quite condemnatory and negative against not simply the sin but especially sinners who intend to and have done not merely "mistakes" of "shortcomings" expressing their so-called "excusable human-ness" - but rather have exhibited downright deliberate disobedient sins (allegedly pardoned by a gracious God through Christ Jesus for supposedly-penitent ever-repeating sinners).

To repeat, putting it into the vernacular, God in nature and in the Bible has irrevocably stated: "It's either My way, or the highway - despite your incessant self-sacrificial confessions and relentless petitions for forgiveness."

As it only takes one well-placed bullet in the head to terminate someone with no chance for restoration, and it only takes one lifetime of breathing car-exhaust monoxide to finally die a slow and painful death, so even one sin is enough to become the last.

Whether or not some of His creatures balk at that setup, revile it as harsh or cruel or insensitive or mean-spirited or discriminatory . . . is irrelevant.

The Lord, and His saints, are NOT going to change the slightest bit - despite relentless impenitent objections from the deviant. Even the momentarily aberrant - who eventually learn through hard experience to rectify their behavior to adjust to what He wants them to do and how He wants them to think - do not escape just and fair retribution and retaliation for singular and multiple grievances committed against the Almighty.
