Yours truly has heard it said that before American military commanders and soldiers in recent wars were going to bomb an enemy-controlled territory, also occupied with supposedly-innocent civilians, they would drop copious amounts of warning leaflets from aircraft stating when the devastation was scheduled to begin.

That was done so that those civilians who wanted to save their lives could hide out and come through the attack alive. Of course, the enemy also received some of those warning leaflets, and planned accordingly with pre-assault defensive precautions of all sorts.

What would have been better (albeit insurmountably difficult), I suppose, would be to selectively warn (with discretionary discrimination) only those who deserved to be spared annihilation...and even though they might not have fully supported the objectives of the Americans, those who believed the GIs could have acted accordingly to preserve not merely themselves but also items of survival worth saving.

Minimize the collateral damage pertaining to human resources, while waging a war of attrition.

Were such leaflet-drop warnings prudent? Were they really necessary? Was it fair to those who were forced to promptly burrow in or relocate....or else?

28 Suppose five of the fifty righteous are lacking? Will You destroy the whole city for lack of five?" And He said, "I will not destroy it if I find forty-five there."
29 Again he spoke to Him, and said, "Suppose forty are found there." [trying to "jew Him down!"] He answered, "For the sake of forty I will not do it."
30 Then he said, "Oh let not the Lord be angry, and I will speak. Suppose thirty are found there." [What a bargainer!] He answered, "I will not do it, if I find thirty there."
31 He said, "Hey, I have taken upon myself to speak to the Lord. Suppose twenty are found there." [Abe just doesn't give up!] He answered, "For the sake of twenty I will not destroy it."
32 Then he said, "Oh let not the Lord be angry, and I will speak again but this once. Suppose ten are found there." [How far will Abe go? Sounds like an auction!] He answered, "For the sake of ten I will not destroy it."

All of us are rather used to seeing warning signs of all types, such as "No Trespassing: Military Testing Ground" plus Skull-and-Crossbones Poison and High Voltage signs at fenced-in electrical substations.

We generally take such warning signs seriously, and simply stay away.

Such would understandably be the case if a brave and courageous pure-minded church pastor (be he fundamentalist islamic within a mosque, orthodox-Jewish, Knights of Columbus Catholic, or Amish Protestant) decides to not merely mail warning letters....a couple times.....weeks in advance.....to those of his congregation who are registered as members with that particular church...but also post warning posters on the church-door entrance to whoever of the general public is inclined to wander onto the premises and into the sanctuary -- and, to top it off, have a security guard present to restrict access to eligible persons while preventing entrance to those not acceptable.

Such selective discrimination is not unheard of even nowadays and is completely understandable for many types of military, covert and other governmental agencies, private business or religious groups and organizations. Whatever is public-domain non-specified is free and open to the general public without restriction, admission tickets, identification card or badge.

Some groups possess Bonafide Occupational Qualifications which disallow, for example, persons of either gender with loose long hair from working in public food preparation outlets without a hairnet on. Some require sleeves, slacks, and socks while working within sensitive surgical, other medical, or assembly operations requiring strict sanitary conditions.

"It's a free country?" "Nobody's going to boss me around?"

First Corinthians 8:9 Only take care lest this [being attired wearing whatever clothing styles and fashions, colors, or fabric-materials you like] liberty of yours somehow become a stumbling block to the [erotically] weak.

Whatever the professed or non-admitted motivations for it, the "Guns Not Allowed Inside Building," "No Soliciting," "Anti-Noise Ordinance Enforced," "No Smoking Within 25 Feet of Building Entrance" type prohibition signs stand on the entrance doors of many businesses and stores, applicable to the general public, and even (as much as possible) law-enforcement officers:

It's either going to be the tyranny of excessively-punitive sharia law, or instead the righteous justice of a literal interpretation and literal application of Judeo-Christian Torah (and additionally-Biblical) Law.

Getting back to the fundamentalist religious leader (be he moslem, orthodox Jew, protestant, etc.) in the religious mosque, synagogue, or church...such leader is authorized -- by his chosen religious text and bible -- to insist upon and require generally-accomodating particularly-female congregants to be attired modestly with burka or hijab shawls and robes, or equivalent consisting of long hair tied back up in a chignon or pug or bound in a back-of-head ponytail, long-sleeved blouses or dresses, long non-slitted skirts or roomy slacks instead of shortened skirts or shorts, and socks worn underneath flipflops or sandals or whatever.

The previously-mentioned warning letters mailed to known congregants, plus the warning signs posted on the church-entrance door, plus the security guard controlling access to the interior of the mosque, synagogue, or church should be adequate prohibition against (not "for") those trouble-causers intending attempts to violate what is clearly already legally established with no harm whatsoever done (by sundry exclusionary declarations) against the community around such a religious facility.

In the case of a terrorist-like female individual or group of them let in but then causing adisruptively-immodest public-nuisance stripshow who disturb the peace, both ushers and security guard are in a position of delegated authority to confront the offender or offenders point blank and firmly make a verbal request for them to leave the building. If such offender or offenders refuse to promptly cooperate, the mulla or rabbi or pastor of the religious facility has the immediate choice of either command the ushers or security guard to physically remove the offender or offenders out of the building, or instead call 911 and have the police or sheriff do it instead.

Any false and superfluous accusations of "hate crime" illegal discrimination will probably never hold up in civil court, and counter-suing offenders who claim "hate-crime" infraction is possible against the offender's unlawful or public-nuisance partial indecent exposure, plus trespassing.

Acts 28:18 When they had examined me, they wished to set me at liberty, because there was no reason for the death penalty in my case.

Not only that, but the present FBI definition of a "hate crime" consists of not simply verbal or written speech, but must also consist of unlawfully-assaultive action committed without official authorization.

Other forms of punishment, some of extended duration and with far-reaching possibly-permanent effects, can be done and enforced against an offender or offenders....such as letters snail-mailed or e-mailed to relatives, employers, insurance companies, government agencies existing to investigate such situations, plus postings on Facebook along with other national-and-even-global internet cyberlistings.

Thus, an offender's retort of: "You, and whose army?" can be thoroughly and exhaustively answered in more ways than one...such as:

"There are PLENTY of other places of religious worship you can instead attend and donate to." [which might be something the deviant tards never thought of]

Conveyance of mandatory prohibitions can - however - be thoughtful, considerate, and polite:

Congregants remaining in the mosque, synagogue, or church who would observe, analyze, and contemplate ouster of an somewhat-indecently-dressed offender or offenders...would momentarily be frozen with fear while perhaps inwardly repulsed by the aggressive and apparent hostility of the mulla, rabbi, or pastor against each offending mophead with indecent hairstyle, and/or any other partially-immodest offender or offenders...all of whom start the whole problem in the first place, and therefore are themselves at fault and to blame.
