The listing of Jewish/Israeli tribes in the New Testament book of Revelation in the Sacred-66-books Judeo-Christian (Old-&-New-Testament) HOLY BIBLE is as follows:

Revelation 7:1 And after these things I saw four angels standing on the four corners of the earth, holding the four winds of the earth, that the wind should not blow on the earth, nor on the sea, nor on any tree.
2 And I saw another angel ascending from the east, having the seal of the living God; and he cried out with a loud voice to the four angels to whom it was given to hurt the earth and the sea,
3 saying, "Hurt not the earth, neither the sea nor the trees, until we have sealed the servants of our God on their foreheads."
4 And I heard the number of those who were sealed: there were sealed a hundred and fortyfour thousand of all the tribes of the children of Israel.
5 Of the tribe of Judah were sealed twelve thousand; of the tribe of Reuben were sealed twelve thousand; of the tribe of Gad were sealed twelve thousand;
6 of the tribe of Asher were sealed twelve thousand; of the tribe of Naphtali were sealed twelve thousand; of the tribe of Manasseh were sealed twelve thousand;
7 of the tribe of Simeon were sealed twelve thousand; of the tribe of Levi were sealed twelve thousand; of the tribe of Issachar were sealed twelve thousand;
8 of the tribe of Zebulun were sealed twelve thousand; of the tribe of Joseph were sealed twelve thousand; of the tribe of Benjamin were sealed twelve thousand.

Revelation 14:1 And I looked and, wow, a Lamb stood on Mount Zion, and with Him a hundred forty and four thousand, having His Father's name written on their foreheads.
3 And they sang, as it were, a new song before the throne, and before the four living beings and the elders; and no man could learn that song, except the hundred and forty and four thousand who were redeemed from the earth.
4 These are they who were not defiled with women, for they are virgins. These are they who follow the Lamb wherever He goes. These are redeemed from among men, being the firstfruits unto God and to the Lamb.
5 And in their mouth was found no guile, for they are without fault before the throne of God.

So, which tribe of the sons of Jacob/Israel is missing, and why are they missing, and who replaced them to add up to the number 12?

Certainly the one tribe missing is included in the territorial allotment (of course excluding all Ishmael/Esau-related antisemitic terroristic arab "palestinians") specified in Ezekiel chapter 47 below:

Ezekiel 47:13 Thus says the Lord GOD: "These are the boundaries by which you shall divide the land for inheritance among the twelve tribes of Israel. Joseph shall have two portions.
14 And you shall divide it equally; I swore to give it to your fathers, and this land shall fall to you as your inheritance.
15 "This shall be the boundary of the land: On the north side, from the Great Sea by way of Hethlon to the entrance of Hamath, and on to Zedad,
16 Berothah, Sibraim which lies on the border between Damascus and Hamath, as far as Hazerhatticon, which is on the border of Hauran.
17 So the boundary shall run from the sea to Hazarenon, which is on the northern border of Damascus, with the border of Hamath to the north. This shall be the north side.
18 On the east side, the boundary shall run from Hazarenon between Hauran and Damascus; along the Jordan between Gilead and the land of Israel; to the eastern sea and as far as Tamar. This shall be the east side.
19 On the south side, it shall run from Tamar as far as the waters of Meribathkadesh, thence along the Brook of Egypt to the Great Sea. This shall be the south side.
20 On the west side, the Great Sea shall be the boundary to a point opposite the entrance of Hamath. This shall be the west side.
21 So you shall divide this land among you according to the tribes of Israel.
22 You shall allot it as an inheritance for yourselves and for the aliens who reside among you and have begotten children among you. They shall be to you as native-born sons of Israel; with you they shall be allotted an inheritance among the tribes of Israel.
23 In whatever tribe the alien resides, there you shall assign him his inheritance," says the Lord GOD.

Genesis 48:14 And Israel stretched out his right hand and laid it upon the head of Ephraim, who was the younger, and his left hand upon the head of Manasseh, crossing his hands, for Manasseh was the first-born.
17 When Joseph saw that his father laid his right hand upon the head of Ephraim, it displeased him; and he took his father's hand, to remove it from Ephraim's head to Manasseh's head.
18 And Joseph said to his father, "Not so, my father; for this one is the first-born; put your right hand upon his head."
19 But his father refused, and said, "I know, my son, I know; he also shall become a people, and he also shall be great; nevertheless his younger brother shall be greater than he, and his descendants shall become a multitude of nations."
20 So he blessed them that day, saying, "By you Israel will pronounce blessings, saying, 'God make you as Ephraim and as Manasseh'"; and thus he put Ephraim before Manasseh.

Genesis 49:17 Dan shall be a serpent in the way, a viper by the path, that bites the horse's heels so that his rider falls backward.
Genesis 49:18 I wait for Your salvation, O LORD.
Genesis 4919 Raiders shall raid Gad, but he shall raid at their heels.

Judges 18:30 And the sons of Dan set up the engraved image. And Jonathan, the son of Gershom, the son of Manasseh, he and his sons were priests to the tribe of Dan until the day of the captivity of the land.

First Kings 12:28 And the king took counsel, and made two calves of gold and said to them, It is too much for you to go up to Jerusalem. Behold your gods, Israel, who brought you up out of the land of Egypt!
29 And he set the one in Bethel, and he put the other in Dan.
30 And this thing became a sin, for the people went to worship before the one, even to Dan.
31 And he made a house of high places, and made priests of the lowest of the people, who were not the sons of Levi.

Second Kings 10:18 Then Jehu assembled all the people, and said to them, "Ahab served Baal a little; but Jehu will serve him much.
19 Now therefore call to me all the prophets of Baal, all his worshipers and all his priests; let none be missing, for I have a great sacrifice to offer to Baal; whoever is missing shall not live." But Jehu did it with cunning in order to destroy the worshipers of Baal.
20 And Jehu ordered, "Sanctify a solemn assembly for Baal." So they proclaimed it.
21 And Jehu sent throughout all Israel; and all the worshipers of Baal came, so that there was not a man left who did not come. And they entered the house of Baal, and the house of Baal was filled from one end to the other.
22 He said to him who was in charge of the wardrobe, "Bring out the vestments for all the worshipers of Baal." So he brought out the vestments for them.
23 Then Jehu went into the house of Baal with Jehonadab the son of Rechab; and he said to the worshipers of Baal, "Search, and see that there is no servant of the LORD here among you, but only the worshipers of Baal."
24 Then he went in to offer sacrifices and burnt offerings. Now Jehu had stationed eighty men outside, and said, "The man who allows any of those whom I give into your hands to escape shall forfeit his life."
25 So as soon as he had made an end of offering the burnt offering, Jehu said to the guard and to the officers, "Go in and slay them; let not a man escape." So when they put them to the sword, the guard and the officers cast them out and went into the inner room of the house of Baal
26 and they brought out the pillar that was in the house of Baal, and burned it.
27 And they demolished the pillar of Baal, and demolished the house of Baal, and made it a latrine to this day.
28 Thus Jehu wiped out Baal from Israel.
29 But Jehu did not turn aside from the sins of Jeroboam the son of Nebat, which he made Israel to sin, the golden calves that were in Bethel, and in Dan.
30 And the LORD said to Jehu, "Because you have done well in carrying out what is right in my eyes, and have done to the house of Ahab according to all that was in my heart, your sons of the fourth generation shall sit on the throne of Israel."
31 But Jehu was not careful to walk in the law of the LORD the God of Israel with all his heart; he did not turn from the sins of Jeroboam, which he made Israel to sin.

Amos 8:14 They who swear by the sin of Samaria and say, `Your god, Dan, lives,' and, `The manner of Beersheba lives' -- even they shall fall and never rise up again."

Hosea 4:17 Ephraim is joined to idols, let him alone.
18 A band of drunkards, they give themselves to harlotry; they love shame more than their glory.
19 A wind has wrapped them in its wings, and they shall be ashamed because of their altars.

Hosea 5:3 I know Ephraim, and Israel is not hid from me; for now, Ephraim, you have played the harlot, Israel is defiled.
4 Their deeds do not allow them to return to their God. For the spirit of harlotry is within them, and they know not the LORD.
5 The pride of Israel testifies to his face; Ephraim shall stumble in his guilt; Judah also shall stumble with them.

Hosea 5:9 Ephraim shall become a desolation in the day of punishment; among the tribes of Israel I declare what is sure.
Hosea 5:14 For I will be like a lion to Ephraim, and like a young lion to the house of Judah. I, even I, will rend and go away, I will carry off, and none shall rescue.

Hosea 6:4 What shall I do with you, Ephraim? What shall I do with you, Judah? Your love is like a morning cloud, like the dew that goes early away.
5 Therefore I have hewn them by the prophets, I have slain them by the words of my mouth, and my judgment goes forth as the light.
6 For I desire steadfast love and not sacrifice, the knowledge of God, rather than burnt offerings.
10 In the house of Israel I have seen a horrible thing; Ephraim's harlotry is there, Israel is defiled.

Hosea 7:1 When I would heal Israel, the corruption of Ephraim is revealed, and the wicked works of Samaria; for they deal falsely, the thief breaks in, and the bandits raid without.
2 But they do not consider that I remember all their evil works. Now their deeds encompass them, they are before My face.
3 By their wickedness they make the king glad, and the princes by their treachery.
4 They are all adulterers; they are like a heated oven, whose baker ceases to stir the fire, from the kneading of the dough until it is leavened.
6 For like an oven their hearts burn with intrigue; all night their anger smolders; in the morning it blazes like a flaming fire.
7 All of them are hot as an oven, and they devour their rulers. All their kings have fallen; and none of them calls upon Me.
8 Ephraim mixes himself with the peoples; Ephraim is a cake not turned.
9 Aliens devour his strength, and he knows it not; gray hairs are sprinkled upon him, and he knows it not.
10 The pride of Israel witnesses against him; yet they do not return to the LORD their God, nor seek Him, for all this.
11 Ephraim is like a dove, silly and without sense, calling to Egypt, going to Assyria.
12 As they go, I will spread over them My net; I will bring them down like birds of the air; I will chastise them for their wicked deeds.
13 Woe to them, for they have strayed from Me! Destruction to them, for they have rebelled against me! I would redeem them, but they speak lies against Me.
14 They do not cry to me from the heart, but they wail upon their beds; for grain and wine they gash themselves, they rebel against Me.
15 Although I trained and strengthened their arms, yet they devise evil against Me.
16 They turn to Baal; they are like a treacherous bow, their princes shall fall by the sword because of the insolence of their tongue. This shall be their derision in the land of Egypt.

Hosea 8:8 Israel is swallowed up; already they are among the nations as a useless vessel.
9 For they have gone up to Assyria, a wild ass wandering alone; Ephraim has hired lovers.
10 Though they hire allies among the nations, I will soon gather them up. And they shall cease for a little while from anointing king and princes.
11 Because Ephraim has multiplied altars for sinning, they have become to him altars for sinning.
12 Were I to write for him my laws by ten thousands, they would be regarded as a strange thing.
13 They love sacrifice; they sacrifice flesh and eat it; but the LORD has no delight in them. NowHe will remember their iniquity, and punish their sins; they shall return to Egypt.

Hosea 9:3 They shall not remain in the land of the LORD; but Ephraim shall return to Egypt, and they shall eat unclean food in Assyria.
4 They shall not pour libations of wine to the LORD; and they shall not please him with their sacrifices. Their bread shall be like mourners' bread; all who eat of it shall be defiled; for their bread shall be for their hunger only; it shall not come to the house of the LORD.
5 What will you do on the day of appointed festival, and on the day of the feast of the LORD?
6 For hey, they are going to Assyria; Egypt shall gather them, Memphis shall bury them. Nettles shall possess their precious things of silver; thorns shall be in their tents.
7 The days of punishment have come, the days of recompense have come; Israel shall know it. The prophet is a fool, the man of the spirit is mad, because of your great iniquity and great hatred.
8 The prophet is the watchman of Ephraim, the people of my God, yet a fowler's snare is on all his ways, and hatred in the house of his God.
9 They have deeply corrupted themselves as in the days of Gibeah: He will remember their iniquity, He will punish their sins.
10 Like grapes in the wilderness, I found Israel. Like the first fruit on the fig tree, in its first season, I saw your fathers. But they came to Baalpeor, and consecrated themselves to Baal, and became detestable like the thing they loved.
11 Ephraim's glory shall fly away like a bird: no birth, no pregnancy, no conception!
12 Even if they bring up children, I will bereave them till none is left. Woe to them when I depart from them!
13 Ephraim's sons, as I have seen, are destined for a prey; Ephraim must lead forth his sons to slaughter.
14 Give them, LORD, what will You give? Give them a miscarrying womb and dry breasts.
15 Every evil of theirs is in Gilgal; there I began to hate them. Because of the wickedness of their deeds I will drive them out of my house. I will love them no more; all their princes are rebels.
16 Ephraim is stricken, their root is dried up, they shall bear no fruit. Even though they bring forth, I will slay their beloved children.
17 My God will cast them off, because they have not responded to him; they shall be wanderers among the nations.

Hosea 12:14 Ephraim has given bitter provocation; so his LORD will leave his bloodguilt upon him, and will turn back upon him his reproaches.

Hosea 13:1 When Ephraim spoke, men trembled; he was exalted in Israel; but he incurred guilt through Baal and died.
Hosea 13:12 The iniquity of Ephraim is bound up, his sin is kept in store.
Hosea 13:13 The pangs of childbirth come for him, but he is an unwise son; for now he does not present himself at the mouth of the womb.

Joshua 6:18 And you all, in all ways keep yourselves from the accursed thing, lest you all make yourselves accursed when you all take of the accursed thing, and make the camp of Israel a curse and trouble it.

First John 5:21 Little children, keep yourselves from idols. Amen.

It is kind of interesting that disobeying any one or all of the Ten Commandments.....which Divine Directives were given (as negative-format "You shall nots" but thus also implying and inferring the opposite "You shalls" AND also positive-format "Love the Lord your God and neighbor") Supernaturally-Conferred Operating-System/Operating-Manual Instructions (for singular and grouped humans to know how to live to survive both physically and spiritually)......would (and, to some extent, does) lead to extinction"of" or rather against the humankind species.

How many times have we heard the cop-out expression (in response to Christ's Matthew 5:48 command to all His created human creatures who He owns on the planet):

"You all be perfect, as your Heavenly Father is perfect.") of:

"Oh, my perfection is in Christ. HE has fulfilled the Law for me. Therefore, I neither want to nor need to completely and always obey it or certain parts of it under whatever circumstances myself, because I "cannot" do it, and even if I "could" do it, I "couldn't" do it in my own strength...and therefore I do not want to do it at times. I thus "cannot" avoid committing fornication, for example, by myself nor even with God's help...but don't worry: Christ has already not committed fornication for me, so I can - reluctantly perhaps - screw around a little with redeemed impunity."

Thus, it has been erroneously proclaimed by many that: "no one is perfect, because no one can be perfect, so why even try?"

Actually, everyone and anyone can be 100% perfect 24/7....IF they really wanted to 100% of the time.

As it actually works out, neither Christians who are essentially for God, nor anti-Christians who are essentially against God, [temporarily] want to be 100% perfect 24/7 of the time (whether perfectly obedient to the Lord, or instead perfectly disobedient to the Lord).

Both fail to be 100% completely-obedient and fail to be 100% completely-disobedient because of: duress (that is, outside pressure causing them to do what they innately do not really want to do).

The duress causing Christians to occasionally [though temporarily]want to [occasionally] not perfectly obey the entirety of God's Law, comes from sin-inciting pressure and influences via Satan and his demonic followers....whereas the holy influence causing anti-Christians to [temporarily and thus actually do] want to [occasionally] obey God's Law instead of completely disobeying the entirety of God's Law or whatever parts of it, is from righteousness-inciting pressure of the Holy Spirit and his saintly followers.

For Christians [and the opposite is also included below in brackets applying to anti-Christians with exactly the reverse motivational intentions and desires), Saint Paul described the duress-factor situation this way:

Romans 7:12 Therefore the law is holy, and the commandment holy and just and good.
13 Was then that which is good made death to me? God forbid! But sin [and Paul blames "sin" and not himself?], that it might appear as sin, was working death in me by that which is good, that sin by the commandment might become exceeding sinful.
14 For we know that the law is spiritual; but I am carnal, sold under sin.
15 For that which I do, I approve not. For what I would do, that do I not; but what I hate, that I do.
16 If then I do that which I would not, I consent to the law that it is good.
17 Now then it is no more I that do it, but sin [there Paul goes again, blaming "sin"] which resides in me.
18 For I know that in me (that is, in my flesh) resides no good thing; for to will is present with me; but how to perform that which is good, I find not.
19 For the good [evil] that I would do, I do not; but the evil [good, done under righteous duress] which I would not do, that I do.
20 Now if I do that which I would not do, it is no more I that do it, but sin [righteousness, by duress around me] that resides in me.
21 I find then a law that, when I would do good [evil], evil [good] is present with me.
22 For I delight in [disobeying] the law of God according to the inward man.
23 But I see another law in my members, warring against the law of my mind and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin [righteous influences] which is in my members.
24 Oh wretched man that I am! Who shall deliver me from the body of this death?
25 I thank God [demons, and my wicked friends], through Jesus Christ our Lord [Satan, our master]! So then, with the mind I myself serve the law of God [satanic irrationally-anarchistic rebellion], but with the flesh the law of sin [righteousness under obey-the-Law-or-I'll-be-punished duress].

Eve could have expressed her disregard and defiance against God in some other way than ingesting the Forbidden Fruit, but she did not choose to do it another way. That forbidden fruit that Eve ate in the Garden was not as "good" as she thought, for it is as if it contained a most-unusual slow poison which irreversibly and irreparably altered her DNA and her husband's DNA adversely when she and he ate it -- with all the immediate, eventual, and generational ramifications of that one fatal move of disobedience -- and the poison had the insidiously-devastating mind-altering effect of causing the two-person-society mixed-gender (though married) naked couple to realize both that they were naked and that public exhibitionism of nakedness was shameful.

Perhaps that is why Christ the Creator in perhaps-subliminal anger ordered His disciples to chomp on His body and drink His blood...since His human creatures obviously liked to eat so much and had gotten into so much trouble by so eating.

But the Lord knew the inevitability of imposing the two stumbling blocks in the otherwise-perfect Garden (e.g. the Tempter and the Forbidden Tree in the center of the Garden), in potently-destructive combination with human random-choice free will....as a precursor to Murphy's Law of: "If anything can go wrong, it will go wrong."

Hence, Christ's compensatory birth Himself as a naked helpless Babe, the Ministry, the weariness, the nightly need to slip into quasi-deathlike slumber, the hunger and thirst, the urination and defecation, the frustration with disbelief from proud and fearful ignoramuses, the insults, the flogging pain, the Crucifixion, the Resurrection and Ascension -- all comprising what we know as: "The Gospel" of redemption for all penitent who love the Lord Creator and want to do the common-sense lawful thoughts and actions perpetuating our existence and prohibiting our extinction as a species.

Some might wonder why the death, resurrection, and ascension of some brilliant and reputationally renown, itinerant healing rabbi with the name Jesus over in the Middle East nearly 2000 years ago....has any "magical-like" atonement and redemption effect on us nowadays. On what grounds does that undeserved murder on a cross [supernaturally?] impute forgiveness of sins (i.e. "sins" being declared manifestations of insane irrationality indigenous to humans doing what it takes to cause them to become extinct even though they know full well what is involved and the consequences)....to us here and now in America?

Again, pertaining to revealed Mosaic law (such as His Ten Commandments), it is - even from a humanistic rationale perspective - logical and sensible that if humans murder each other, adulterize (causing VD and much more), work 24/7 without rest, steal, lie, covet -- they will eventually and inevitably mutually destroy each other in self-annihilation so as to ultimately become extinct.

Since God's Operating-Manual precepts were not inscribed with understandable-by-humans-not-animals lettering on stones, rocks, trees, sky, lava, water, etc. in the environment, God had Moses write them down in globally Standard Form for our guidance and sustenance.

But resurrection of sorts within the Creator's nature is obvious even to secular humanists. Tree leaves and grass die in autumn, but come to life again in the spring. People cut their fingernails and toenails...and they grow back.

Regarding the question of if what others (like Jesus Christ) did affects us here and now, did LBJ's Medicare inception yet affect us? FDR's Social Security plan yet affect us? Thank God....despite pie-in-the-sky-by-and-by prejudicially-partisan politically-"conservative" nutcase naysayers on talk radio and TV who advocate destroying it. How about the legacy of long-dead Abe Lincoln and George Washington? Martin Luther? St James of England? Go back even further. I'm sure that we all get the point.
