Fight (carefully and cautiously) To Win

I remember seeing on TV a movie called War Games, in which the automated military-operations computer calculated that the ultimate stategy of competitively engaging in repeated games of "Tic-Tac-Toe" played against a savvy human opponent who never made any wrong moves, finally capitulated by uttering a culminating final statement of:

The only way to win is to not play.

When the demonic enemy outnumbers the righteous saint, which enemy has an advantage with superior equipment or resources, and/or is circumstantially protected against various forms and severities of defensive retaliation, the wise warrior knows how to retreat and hide to survive: however, wherever, whenever -- as much as and however long it takes -- rather than engaging in frontal offensive attack detrimental to the wise-saint warrior.

Such might be misconstrued by the enemy as timidity, cowardice, and/or surrender...but that presumptive pseudo-conquerer might be surprised by a well-planned temporarily-delayed backdoor ambush of significant and perhaps overwhelming innovatively-creative retribution of one debilitating form or another.

Both Old and New-Testament Scripture (contained within the bowels of the Sacred-66-books Judeo-Christian HOLY BIBLE) are rich sources of enlightened information as to how to both aggressively and defensively do battle in all types of warfare involving all kinds of situations.

Sometimes, the harassment, abusive assault of whatever disruptive forms, infractions and trespassing resulting in both verbally declared and wordlessly implied combat hostilities is and remains obvious as such -- as for example involving strongly-implied and rather-obvious [ponytail-less, sleevesless, slacksless, socksless] disregard plus subtle or overtly-flagrant warm-weather-styles-and-fashions-irrationalized defiance and heatstroke-while-in-air-conditioning-excused rebellion against the plain inferences of:

Numbers 5:18 And the priest shall set the woman before the LORD, and unbind the hair of the woman's head, and place in her hands the cereal offering of remembrance, which is the cereal offering of jealousy. And in his hand the priest shall have the water of bitterness that brings the curse.
19 Then the priest shall make her take an oath, saying, 'If no man has lain with you, and if you have not turned aside to uncleanness, while you were under your husband's authority, be free from this water of bitterness that brings the curse.
20 But if you have gone astray, though you are under your husband's authority, and if you have defiled yourself, and some man other than your husband has lain with you,
21 then (and let the priest make the woman take the oath of the curse, and say to the woman) the LORD make you an execration and an oath among your people, when the LORD makes your thigh fall away and your body swell;
22 may this water that brings the curse pass into your bowels and make your body swell and your thigh fall away.' And the woman shall say, 'Amen, Amen.'

Deuteronomy 32:42 I will make my arrows drunk with blood, and my sword shall devour flesh with the blood of the slain and the captives, from the long-haired heads of the enemy.'

Second Samuel 13:18 Now she was wearing a full-length long robe with long sleeves; for thus were the virgin daughters of the king traditionally clad. So his servant put her out, and bolted the door after her.

Song 2:13 The [adult-body-part] fig tree puts forth its figs, and the [matured-body-part] vines are in blossom; they give forth fragrance. Arise, my love, my fair one, and come away.
14 My dove, in the clefts of the rock, in the covert of the cliff, let me see your face, let me hear your voice, for your voice is sweet, and your face is attractive.
15 Catch us the [indecent-hairstyled mopheaded, naked-armed-sleevesless, nude-legged slacksless and shortened-skirted, soxlessly-flipflopping lewd-exhibitionist] foxes, the little foxes, that spoil the [sexual-body-part] vineyards, for our vineyards are in [mature] blossom."
16 My beloved is mine and I am his, he pastures his flock among the lilies.

Song 7:1 How graceful are your feet in sandals, royal maiden!
Your rounded thighs are like jewels, the work of a master hand.
2 Your navel is a rounded bowl that never lacks mixed wine.
Your belly is a heap of wheat, encircled with lilies.
3 Your two breasts are like two fawns, twins of a gazelle.
4 Your neck is like an ivory tower. Your eyes are pools in Heshbon, by the gate of Bathrabbim. Your nose is like a tower of Lebanon, overlooking Damascus.
5 Your head crowns you like Carmel, and your flowing locks are like purple; a king is held captive in the tresses.
6 How fair and pleasant you are, loved one, delectable maiden!
10 I am my beloved's, and his desire is for me.
11 Come, my beloved, let us go forth into the fields, and lodge in the villages;
12 let us go out early to the vineyards, and see whether the vines have budded, whether the grape blossoms have opened and the pomegranates are in bloom. There I will give you my love.
13 The mandrakes give forth fragrance, and over our doors are all choice fruits, new as well as old, which I have laid up for you, my beloved.

Isaiah 47:1 Come down and sit in the dust, virgin daughter of Babylon; sit on the ground without a throne, daughter of the Chaldeans! For you shall no more be called tender and delicate.
2 Take the millstones and grind meal, put off your veil, strip off your robe, uncover your legs, pass through the rivers.
3 Your nakedness shall be uncovered, and your shame shall be seen. I will take vengeance, and I will spare no man.
4 Our Redeemer, the LORD of hosts is His name: the Holy One of Israel.
5 Sit in silence, and go into darkness, daughter of the Chaldeans; for you shall no more be called the mistress of kingdoms.
7 You said, "I shall be mistress for ever," so that you did not lay these things to heart or remember their end.
10 You felt secure in your wickedness, you said, "No one sees me"; your wisdom and your knowledge led you astray, and you said in your heart, "I am, and there is no one besides me."
11 But evil shall come upon you, for which you cannot atone; disaster shall fall upon you, which you will not be able to expiate; and ruin shall come on you suddenly, of which you know nothing.

Jeremiah 2:20 For long ago you broke your yoke and burst your bonds; and you said, 'I will not serve.' Yes, upon every high hill and under every green tree you bowed down as a harlot.
21 Yet I planted you a choice vine, wholly of pure seed. How then have you turned degenerate and become a wild vine?
22 Though you wash yourself with lye and use much soap, the stain of your guilt is still before me, says the Lord GOD.
23 How can you say, 'I am not defiled, I have not gone after the Baals'? Look at your way in the valley; know what you have done: a restive young camel interlacing her tracks,
24 a wild ass used to the wilderness, in her heat sniffing the wind! Who can restrain her lust? None who seek her need weary themselves; in her month they will find her.
25 Keep your feet from going unshod and your throat from thirst. But you said, 'It is hopeless, for I have loved strangers, and after them I will go.'

Now, a phone call to the cops using 911, upon accidently viewing a distant non-solicited exhibitionist, could be done, but - unless performed within some fundamentalist-islam Middle-Eastern country (such as Iran) whose officials strictly and immediately enforce religious dress codes of shawls-and-long-robes modesty - would probably result in various and increasing degrees of disfavor (especially if continued) by police arriving on the scene, and by lawsuit-instigating antagonists.

Similar and greater would be the displeasure and consequences of approaching and confronting immodest offenders using pepper spray or a stun gun - whether female or male - at least in non-Middle-Eastern countries like Europe and America.

Proverbs 17:12 Let a man meet a she-bear robbed of her cubs, rather than a [partially-immodest/sarcastic-backtalk-retort-potential] fool in his [or her] [partial-immodesty-during-warm-weather] folly.

Pity the proud who "put God to the test" by (NOT "bravely," but instead: stupidly) parading themselves non-protected out into the open fire of [immodest] sharp-shooter machine gunners partially obscuring themselves behind rocks and trees. Such reality-ignoring idiots deserve to proverbially be gunned down dead.

Consider instead David, Master Combat Veteran:

Second Samuel 23:6 "But godless men [and somewhat-immodestly-misattired-women] are all like thorns that are thrown away; for they cannot be taken with the hand;
Second Samuel 23:7 but the man who touches them arms himself with iron and the shaft of a spear, and they are utterly consumed with fire in their place."

It behooves righteously-enraged modesty activists to "stand down" until the time is right:

Revelation 13:10 If any one is to be taken captive, to captivity he goes; if any one slays with the sword, with the sword must he be slain. Here is a call for the endurance and faith of the saints.

The lack of law-enforcement and judicial accomodation to complaints against the immodest freely roaming around on warm spring and summer days certainly does not negate nor abrogate the Biblical-backing grounds for initiating and maintaining negative attitudes and free-speech corrective criticism against immodestly-pollutive, needlessly-careless or maliciously-imposed environmental defilement....whether detailed on the internet by discreet and controlled use of counteractive e-mailing and website postings, anonymous or other phone calls or letters to the employers and/or relatives of offenders, along with as-needs-be persistent complaints conveyed to appropriate governmental agencies:

For flagrancies against which nothing can immediately be done:

Revelation 22:11 Let the evildoer still do evil, and the filthy still be filthy, and the righteous still do right, and the holy still be holy."

Moreover, public expression of pent-up irritation, frustration, and anger relating to relentless warm-weather immodest must be fairly ascertained as to what to do, along with when, how, and against whom to wreak wrath.

Because of the sordid and deplorable lack of specific and detailed-enough Biblical modesty education on TV, radio, in public schools; the suppression of anti-Christian corrupt lawyers and legality groups exacerbated by doctrines-of-demons-infested quack-religionists, a few innately-innocent-but-teachable people do not know or have forgotten the basics of puritannical pioneer-pilgrim modesty their great-great-great-great grandmothers were very much used to in the early 1900s, throughout the 1800s and before.

Others, like Doubting Thomas, need more direct, physical, financial, occupational, sociological and other incentives to correctly adjust and rectify their seasonal attire and general-public-view appearance.

Proverbs 29:19 By mere words a servant is not disciplined, for though he understands, he will not give heed.
Isaiah 36:5 Do you think that mere words are strategy and power for war? On whom do you now rely, that you have rebelled against me?
Hosea 10:4 They utter mere words; with empty oaths they make covenants; so judgment springs up like poisonous weeds in the furrows of the field.

That being the lamentable case, advisable initial reaction to onslaughts of non-arrested partial immodesty, particularly during rather warm weather or for certain sports, is:

Joshua 2:16 And she said to them, "Go into the hills, lest the pursuers meet you; and hide yourselves there three days, until the pursuers have returned; then afterward you may go your way."

First Samuel 19:2 And Jonathan told David, "Saul my father seeks to kill you; therefore take heed to yourself in the morning, stay in a secret place and hide yourself

First Samuel 20:5 David said to Jonathan, "Hey, tomorrow is the new moon, and I should not fail to sit at table with the king; but let me go, that I may hide myself in the field till the third day at evening.

First Kings 17:3 Depart from here and turn eastward, and hide yourself by the brook Cherith, that is east of the Jordan.

First Kings 7:12 And the king rose in the night, and said to his servants, "I will tell you what the Syrians have prepared against us. They know that we are hungry; therefore they have gone out of the camp to hide themselves in the open country, thinking, 'When they come out of the city, we shall take them alive and get into the city.

Psalm 27:5 For He will hide me in His shelter in the day of trouble; He will conceal me under the cover of His tent, He will set me high upon a rock.

Psalm 55:12 It is not an enemy who taunts me: then I could bear it; it is not an adversary who deals insolently with me: then I could hide from him.

Proverbs 28:12 When the righteous triumph, there is great glory; but when the wicked rise, men hide themselves.
Proverbs 28:28 When the wicked rise, men hide themselves, but when they perish, the righteous increase.

Isaiah 16:3 Give counsel, grant justice; make your shade like night at the height of noon; hide the outcasts, betray not the fugitive;
Isaiah 26:20 Come, my people, enter your chambers, and shut your doors behind you; hide yourselves for a little while until the wrath is past.

Jeremiah 23:24 "Can a man hide himself in secret places so that I cannot see him?" says the LORD. "Do I not fill heaven and earth?" says the LORD.
Jeremiah 36:19 Then the princes said to Baruch, "Go and hide, you and Jeremiah, and let no one know where you are."

Ecclesiates 8:5 He who obeys a command will meet no harm, and the mind of a wise man will know the time and way [as to when and where it is visually safe to look around without seeing warm-weather immodest imposing their misdressed lasciviousness].

Luke 14:31 Or what king, going to encounter another king in war, will not sit down first and take counsel whether he is able with ten thousand to meet him who comes against him with twenty thousand?

Rather than using a weapon of violence (such as a pistol or revolver, laser-light pen, pepper spray, a stun gun, etc. but which can be seized by an opponent during close-proximity physical combat), the cheapest, safest, least entangling method of military and military-like maneuvering is selective and limited self-isolation withdrawal and avoidance (which frequently is usually the best tactical and strategic action possible -- not simply for assessment by previous covert reconnaisance to determine what weapons should be procured plus how and when they should be deployed, but as a definitive solution to most varieties of hostilities one will encounter).

As with the fate of perpetually impenitent seen in movies where the only adequate solution is lethal-termination execution (whether utilizing firearms or whatever starring Matt Dillon, Charles Bronson, Clint Eastwood, Vin Diesel, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Sylvester Stallone, and others), so it has been predictively prophesied in Scripture that the Lord Jesus will resort to fatal force against adversaries much deserving such:

Deuteronomy 7:20 Moreover the LORD your God will send hornets among them, until those who are left and hide themselves from you are destroyed.

Deuteronomy 7:23 But the LORD your God will give them over to you, and throw them into great confusion, until they are destroyed.

Matthew 13:36 Then He left the crowds and went into the house. And His disciples came to Him, saying, "Explain to us the parable of the weeds of the field."
37 He answered, "He who plants the good seed is the Son of man;
38 the field is the world, and the good seed means the sons of the kingdom; the weeds are the sons of the evil one,
39 and the enemy who planted them is the devil; the harvest is the close of the age, and the reapers are angels.
40 Just as the weeds are gathered and burned with fire, so will it be at the close of the age.
41 The Son of Man will send His angels, and they will gather out of His kingdom all causes of sin and all evildoers,
42 and throw them into the furnace of fire; there men will weep and gnash their teeth.
43 Then the righteous will shine like the sun in the kingdom of their Father. He who has ears, let him hear.
47 Again, the kingdom of heaven is like a net which was thrown into the sea and gathered fish of every kind;
48 when it was full, men drew it ashore and sat down and sorted the good into vessels but threw away the bad.
49 So it will be at the close of the age. The angels will come out and separate the evil from the righteous,
50 and throw them into the furnace of fire; there men will weep and gnash their teeth.

Matthew 22:13 Then the king said to the attendants, 'Bind him hand and foot, and throw him into The Outer Darkness; there men will weep and gnash their teeth.'
Matthew 25:30 And throw the worthless servant into The Outer Darkness; there men will weep and gnash their teeth.'

Concerning all those who would never be happy in a Heaven of perfect public modesty:

Revelation 21:8 But as for the cowardly, the faithless, the polluted, as for murderers, fornicators, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars, their lot shall be in The Lake That Burns With Fire And Sulphur, which is The Second Death.

In summary, the entire conflict caused by non-asked-for immodesty imposed is like a very-serious game of "hide-and-seek" - in that the potential victims, previously oppressed by sinful and wicked immodesty of the impolitely-inconsiderate worldly, both hide [away] from such (as much as safely possible), while doing what it takes to seek the absence of the sight of such vile immodest intruders...many of whom will sadistically continue to irresponsibly defile strangers with selfish and self-justifying deviance in irrational self-denial:

Proverbs 4:16 For they cannot sleep unless they have done wrong; they are robbed of sleep unless they have made some one stumble.

Malachi 2:8 But you have turned aside from the way; you have caused many to stumble by your instruction; you have corrupted the covenant of Levi, says the LORD of hosts

Mutual cooperation is "the name of the game" for there to be peaceful coexistence between the genders (especially during seasonably warm weather) - the female of which is Scripturally admonished to always take care to be dressed modestly when even in [reasonably]-potential view of visually-stimulated men they are not presently married to:

First Corinthians 12:22 On the contrary, the parts of the body which seem to be weaker are indispensable,
23 and those parts of the body which we think less honorable we invest with the greater honor, and our unpresentable parts are treated with greater modesty,
24 which our more presentable parts do not require. But God has so composed the body, giving the greater honor to the inferior part,
25 that there may be no discord in the body, but that the members may have the same care for one another.
26 If one member suffers, all suffer together; if one member is honored, all rejoice together.
27 Now you are the body of Christ and individually members of it.

First Timothy 2:8 I desire then that in every place the men should pray, lifting holy hands without anger or quarreling;
9 also that women should adorn themselves modestly and sensibly in seemly apparel, not with braided hair or gold or pearls or costly attire
10 but by good works, as befits women who profess religion.
11 Let a woman learn in silence with all submissiveness.
12 I allow no woman to teach or to have authority over men; she is to keep silent.
13 For Adam was formed first, then Eve;
14 and Adam was not deceived, but the woman was deceived and became a transgressor.
15 Yet woman will be saved through bearing children, if she continues in faith and love and holiness, with sobriety.

Revelation 16:15 Wow, I am coming like a thief! Blessed is he [and she] who is awake, keeping his [and her] garments that he [especially; she] may not go naked and be seen exposed!

A warm-weather female has the capacity (though NOT the right) to dress however she likes whenever and wherever in a free country, but:

Job 36:21 Take heed, do not turn to [pornographic-misattire] iniquity, for this you have chosen rather than affliction.

Song 8:4 I adjure you, daughters of Jerusalem, that you stir not up nor awaken love until it please.

Romans 14:15 (paraphrase) If your brother is being injured by how you are dressed, you are no longer walking in love. Do not let what you wear cause the ruin of one for whom Christ died.

First Corinthians 8:9 Only take care lest this liberty of yours somehow become a stumbling block to the [visually-arousable] weak.

The males are admonished to not go looking(!) for [immodest-sights] trouble [whether when driving along a pedestrian-intense roadway, shopping in a female-customer-intense store, etc.] to not explore with demonic curiosity to become self-appointed judges and investigators, and go sticking their noses into the worse-than-contagious-germ-laden/radioactive-contaminated, indecent-exposed filth they will eventually find and soil themselves with if they try hard enough:

First Samuel 12:21 ...and do not turn aside after vain things which cannot profit or save, for they are vain.

Proverbs 4:15 Avoid it; do not go on it; turn away from it and pass on.

Proverbs 14:7 Leave the presence of a fool...

Proverbs 17:24 A man of understanding sets his face toward wisdom, but the eyes of a fool are on the ends of the earth.

Proverbs 22:3 A prudent man sees danger and hides himself; but the simple go on, and suffer for it.
Proverbs 27:12 A prudent man sees danger and hides himself; but the simple go on, and suffer for it.

Matthew 5:28 But I say to you that every one who looks at a woman lustfully has already committed adultery with her in his heart.

Matthew 18:9 And if your eye causes you to sin, pluck it out and throw it away; it is better for you to enter life with one eye than with two eyes to be thrown into the hell of fire.
Mark 9:47 And if your eye causes you to sin, pluck it out; it is better for you to enter the kingdom of God with one eye than with two eyes to be thrown into hell

Ephesians 5:7 Therefore do not associate with them

Second Timothy 3:5 ....avoid such people.
