Freedom

God has clearly, but knowingly and deliberately, set Himself (and others) up for disappointment and rejection, by giving Lucifer (now a.k.a. Satan), the demons, and most humans (both jewish and non-jewish): diabolically-dangerous free-will choice.

It's the 'American Way.'

Though vile vermin (commonly referred to as anti-life "abortionists") have misconfigured that capability known as 'free-will choice' to apply only to those who irresponsibly murder not-yet-but-would-have-been-born human-babe fetii in wombs to blasphemously attempt self-sacrifice for their own sins of slacker-based poverty and lewdly-indecent sexual immorality, and/or choose to eat feces and drink urine, suddenly stab their sleeping spouses to slice them up and eat them, terroristically rape and molest little boys and little girls, eat and vomit bat not bacon, and commit The Non-Forgiveable Sin of Blaspheming the Holy Spirit . . . it should be obvious that anti-abortionists ALSO have free-will choice to commit (and not "perform") [or not commit] the aforementioned antisocial and downright-damnable atrocities.

They (i.e. anti-abortionists) ALSO have free-will choice to not do any of them, and in addition to relish (or instead be burdened by) the pro-choice option to choose them and others by THE Ultimate Pro-Choicer Himself, so designated by not merely bestowing His morally/immorally-sentient creatures free will to choose to obey Him or instead disobey Him, but by giving them His very own nature of free-will choice.

The LORD has consigned Himself to be under the whims of freewill choosers within the pre-apportioned parameters He Himself has initially set.

It's the 'American Way.'

Numbers 16:5 and [Moses] said to Korah and all his company, "In the morning the LORD will show who is His, and who is holy, and will cause him to come near to him; him whom He will choose He will cause to come near to Him.

Pro-Choice-Moses's Deuteronomy 17:15 you may indeed set [by popular majority vote after copious media propaganda and ballot-box cheating?], [political-party] king [or president or senator or rep or mayor] over you him whom the LORD your God will choose. One from among your brethren you shall set as king over you; you may not put a foreigner (like Kenyan-not-Hawaiian-born Barack Hussein Obama over you, who is not your brother.

Pro-Choice-Joshua's Joshua 24:15 And if you be unwilling to serve the LORD, choose this day whom you will serve, whether the gods your fathers served in the region beyond the River, or the gods of the Amorites in whose land you reside; but as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD."

Pro-Choice-Elijah's First Kings 18:25 Then Elijah said to the prophets of Baal, "Choose(!) for yourselves one bull and prepare it first, for you are many; and call on the name of your god, but put no fire to it."

Pro-Choice-Elihu's Job 34:4 Let us choose(!) what is right; let us determine among ourselves what is good.
Job 34:33 Will He [God] then make requital to suit you, because you reject it? For you must choose(!), and not I; therefore declare what you know [be honest now, and do not say: 'I do not know, and do not want to find out - as an asinine agnostic'].

Pro-Choice-David's Psalm 78:67 He rejected the tent of Joseph, He did not choose the tribe of Ephraim [so they are left out of the Twelve-Tribes listing in Revelation chapter 7];
Pro-Choice-Solomon's Proverbs 1:29 Because they hated knowledge and did not choose(!) the fear of the LORD
Proverbs 3:31 Do not envy a man of violence and do not choose(!) any of his ways

Pro-Choice-Isaiah's 7:15 He shall eat curds and honey when he knows how to refuse the evil and choose(!) the good. Isaiah 7:16 For before the child knows how to refuse the evil and choose(!) the good, the land before whose two kings you are in dread will be deserted.
Isaiah 14:1 The LORD will have compassion on Jacob and will again choose(!) Israel, and will set them in their own land [see Ezekiel chapter 47 for the designated territorial boundaries, including Gaza and Lebanon], and aliens [such as pro-Israeli arabs] will join them and will cleave to the house of Jacob.

Pro-Choice-Jesus's John 6:70 Jesus answered them, "Did I not choose(!) you, the twelve, and one of you is a devil?" John 15:16 You did not choose(!) me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit and that your fruit should stay around; so that whatever you ask the Father in my name, He will give it to you.

Pro-Choice-Paul's Philippians 1:22 If it is to be life in the flesh, that means fruitful labor for me. Yet which I shall choose(!) I cannot tell.

We're free to choose(!) to run red stoplights or not run red stoplights, free to choose to shoot cops or not shoot cops [or sheriff], free to unexpectedly commit (but not "perform") the Hell-insuring sin of suicide without prior permission or announcement, plus choose other things too horrible to mention with mere words -- and who is there to stop us with our freewill choice?

It's the 'American Way.' Popular because it is so reflective of the admitted natural endowment, characteristic of human beings.

The basis of all Biblical prophecy of predicting the future (especially pertaining to capricious and driven-by-whoever-knows-what-whims-they-will-exhibit-next human beings) is indicated by the following mysterious and questionably-debatable verses:

Jeremiah 1:5 "Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, and before you were born I consecrated you; I appointed you a prophet to the nations."

Romans 8:29 ...those whom He foreknew He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son, in order that He might be the first-born among many brethren.

Romans 11:2 God has not rejected His people whom he foreknew. Do you not know what the Scripture says of Elijah, how he pleads with God against Israel?

THE Omnipotent God knows and can predict exactly what free-will human beings, who have not even been brought into body/spirit/soul existence yet(!), will capriciously decide what to do with the random whims of their seemingly-non-predictable impulsiveness.(?)

But, does that not do havoc to the fact of operational God-given-and-immutably/irrevocably-bestowed sovereign free-will choice of humans -- to do whatever such humans themselves decide to do, once they are created and are existing, on the spur of the moment to perform or instead commit?

So God the Creator predictably pre-knows and predestines someone to obey Him or disobey Him with whatever usual or unusual resources they have been endowed with -- to either obey Him, or instead disobey Him, and thus fulfill their pre-designated lifestyle, words, and actions. Is that a can't-do-anything-about-it imposition for God to then acquit or condemn the haplessly-predestined-to-do-whatever-God-has-foreknown-and-predestined-for-them, overriding their God-given capacity of free-will choice to either decide to obey or instead to not obey Him then not fulfill their pre-designated lifestyle, words, and actions?

And most (at least 51% or 60% or 70% or 80% or even 90% or more?) such sentient human entities lamentably indeed have not, do not, and will not obey [evidenced by plainly-seen-and-heard-"fruit" words and actions and mannerisms by which they are known], by mis-use of their Divinely-ingrained free-will choice:

Matthew 7:13 "Enter by the narrow gate; for the gate is wide and the way is easy, that leads to destruction, and those who enter by it are many.
Matthew 7:14 For the gate is narrow and the way is hard, that leads to life, and those who find it are few.

Romans 9:27 And Isaiah proclaims concerning (and not "regarding") Israel: "Though the number of the sons of Israel be as the sand of the sea, only a remnant of them will be saved...

To repeat, God has set Himself up for disappointment.

It's the 'American Way." Maybe even the Communist Russian and Nazi German Way.

No wonder more people do not take the chance of asking someone to marry them!

No big deal, however. God simply will confine all such disappointers to be forever suspended and tormented within the Outer-Darkness Lake-of-Fire after arraignment and condemnation on Judgment Day. And there's always free porn on the internet against anti-marriage naysayers?

First Corinthians 7:1 Now concerning the matters about which you wrote. It is well for a man not to touch a woman.
2 But because of the temptation to immorality, each man should have his own wife and each woman her own husband [rather than postponing it with idolatrous educational/scholastic diversions while lasciviously screwing around a little on the side now and then].
3 The husband should give to his wife her conjugal rights, and likewise the wife to her husband.
4 For the wife does not rule over her own body, but the husband does; likewise the husband does not rule over his own body, but the wife does.
5 Do not refuse one another except perhaps by agreement for a while, that you may devote yourselves to prayer; but then come together again, lest Satan tempt you through lack of self-control.
8 To virgins and widows I say that it is well for them to remain single as I do.
9 But if they cannot exercise self-control, they should marry. For it is better to marry than to be aflame with passion.

First Timothy 5:14 So I would have younger women marry, bear children, manage their house, and give the enemy no cause to revile us.
First Timothy 5:15 For some have already strayed after Satan.

The deprived (both Divine and human) will thus more than get His and their understandable vengeance and retaliation.

Take the case of Cain and Abel:

Genesis 4:1 Now Adam "knew" [copulatively-genitalized] Eve his wife, and she conceived and bore Cain, saying, "I have gotten a man with the help of the LORD, and note that I gave credit to the God who ousted me out of the pleasant Garden of Eden to a much harsher environment because I had, one-time, gullibly and disobediently opened by big feminist-power-hungry mouth and ingested the poisonous fruit from the Stumbling-Block-from-God-Imposed Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil which instead of making me wise made me a knowledgeable idiot, but thankfully countered by The Compensatory Contingency Plan from The Benevolent and Fair-Minded Creator, commonly referred to as: The Gospel of Jesus Christ, Manifestation of God's Atonement and Forgiveness."
Genesis 4:2 And again, she bore his brother Abel. Now Abel was a sheepherder, and Cain a farmer.
Genesis 4:3-5 Abel brought a more expensive and financially-costly gift of firstlings from his flock, but Cain took the cheap route and sacrificed some carrots or potatoes or whatever, and the LORD was displeased with Cain's pithy provision (but happy with Abel's choice) -- not because the Lord hated farmers and instead liked the aroma of roasted steak, but because He detected a suspicious stingy attitude in Cain way back before Cain came into physical existence in the predictive foreknowledge of the Triune Creator. So Cain was very angry, and his countenance fell.
Genesis 4:6 The LORD said to Cain, "Why are you angry, and why has your countenance fallen?
Genesis 4:7 If you do well, will you not be accepted? And if you do not do well, sin is couching at the door; its desire is for you, but you must master it. You choose, bucko. The ball is in your court."

WHOA! Hold on there! What is all this supposed inference from the foreknowledging/predestinating God against? free-will choice Cain had to rectify things himself? How was that involved in God's predictive foreknowledge of what and what not Cain was supposed to do but actually would do? Did God, Cain's Creator, force Cain (by Divine predictive foreknowledge) to have a bad attitude toward God and a hateful non-loving attitude toward his brother Abel? Did not pro-choice God give pro-choice Cain a chance to choose, of his own free will, to decide to do things right? Did not pro-choice Abel, wisely and righteously utilizing his free-will power to choose, choose to do what he figured would please God instead of displease Him?

Genesis 4:8 Cain said to Abel his brother, "Let us go out to the field." And when they were in the field, Cain rose up against his brother Abel, and murdered (but did not "execute") him.
Genesis 4:9 Then the LORD said to Cain, "Where is Abel your brother?" He said, "I do not know; am I my brother's keeper?"

A smarty remark, and a lie on top of it.

Hebrews 11:4 By faith Abel offered to God a more acceptable sacrifice than Cain, through which he received approval as righteous, God bearing witness by accepting his gifts; he died, but through his faith he is still speaking.
First John 3:12 and not be like Cain who was of the evil one and murdered his brother. And why did he murder him? Because his own works were evil and his brother's righteous.
Jude 1:11 Woe to them! For they walk in the way of Cain, and abandon themselves for the sake of gain to Balaam's error, and perish in Korah's rebellion.

Now, The pro-choice Omniscient Foreknowledgeable God who "predestines" whoever to do whatever, albeit with permission from those similarly-pro-choice free-willed whoevers, had a different plan for Enoch son of Seth - not Enoch son of Cain:

Hebrews 11:5 By faith Enoch was taken up so that he should not see death; and he was not found, because the God of Foreknowledge and Predestination had taken him. Now before he was taken he was attested as having pleased God.

Speaking of preknowledge, predestination, and prophecy, you have probably heard the expression: "I'm outa here."

Not quite. The person uttering that is not out of anywhere until they are actually OUT of where they incorrectly said that they were already out of.

Has God has done the same thing? Like putting the proverbial "cart before the horse" and "counting His chickens before they hatch?"

John 19:30 When Jesus had received the vinegar, He said, "It is finished" [What is finished? The vinegar?]; and He bowed his head and gave up His spirit.

No, Christ's physical life functions were not "finished" until He had actually died. Then (and only then) His vital signs were actually "finished."

Ditto situation with Saint Paul:

Second Timothy 4:7 I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.

"Finishing" what race, Paul? You have not "finished" until you have actually finished. You will not be "finished" until the moment you are dead. Then you will, in fact, be "finished."

Similar allusions to "jumping the gun" are indicated by such Scripture verses as:

John 15:3 You are already made clean by the word which I have spoken to you.

"Already made clean?" So why continue on the the lynching and murderous crucifixion of the cross?

Next, if wine ingested at The Last Supper was "the blood of the covenant for the forgiveness of sins," why did actual human blood (not merely "wine") have to soon be shed later on on some bloody cross?

Leviticus 7:27 "Whoever eats any blood, that person shall be cut off from his/her people."
Leviticus 17:10 "If any human of the house of Israel or of the strangers who travel among them eats any blood, I will set my face against that person who eats blood, and will cut him or her off from among his or her people."
Matthew 26:28 "...this is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins."
Mark 14:24 And He said to them, "This is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many."
John 6:53 So Jesus said to them, "Truly, truly, I say to you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink His blood, you have no life in you."
John 6:54 "...he who eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day."
John 6:56 "He who eats my flesh and drinks my blood resides in me, and I in him."
Acts 15:20 ... write to them to abstain from the pollutions of idols and from unchastity and from what is strangled and from blood.
First Corinthians 10:16 The "cup" of blessing which we bless, is it not a "participation" in the blood of Christ? The bread which we break, is it not a "participation" in the body of Christ?
First Corinthians 11:25 In the same way also the cup, after supper, saying, "This cup is not only my blood of the covenant, but instead is the new covenant in my blood, and notice the crucial difference in semantical wording. Do this, not as "often" but whenever as you drink it [i.e. the covenant, as previously mentioned], in remembrance of me - whether that whenever is every five minutes, every fifteen minutes, every hour on the hour, every two hours, three times a day, every Sunday morning, only on the first Sunday of the month, or once a year during Holy Week at Passover."

How "often" (and incidentally, the word "often" is NOT found in the actual Greek Text of First Corinthians chapter 11, but instead, in the scholastic lexicons, the Greek-Text word actually is truly translated: "whenever") should the quasi-cannibalistic ritual of ingesting the symbolic/spiritual/metaphorical "body" and "blood" of Jesus be done?

Hebrews 9:7 but into the second unit only the high priest goes, and he but once a year (at Passover), and not without taking blood which he offers for himself and for the errors of the people.

John 6:63 Do not take my eucharistic words literally as if I was illegally promoting barbaric anti-Roman-law cannibalism. It is the spirit that gives life, the flesh is of no avail; the words that I have spoken to you are merely "spirit," and "life."

It's the 'American Way.' Not necessarily the Russian Communist nor German Nazi Way. Hard to say about the Swedish, Norse, Dane, Finn, Brit, Italian, Scottish, Mexican, Egyptian, Chinese, Pakistani, Saudi, Iranian, Syrian, Mongolian, Tibetan, or Aussie Way.
