A majority of legislative Republicans in the Minnesota capitol recently passed a resolution to have the following Minnesota Constitutional Ballot question intended for Minnesota voters to answer in an upcoming November election.

Apparently, the ballot question will be something like: "Should marriage be defined as the union between one man and one woman?"

Notice that the precise ballot wording above does not read: "Should marriage be defined as the union between one man and one woman, but not between one man and one man nor one woman and one woman". And further amendments could also be added regarding or instead concerning other options.

It is positively but perhaps too-narrowly worded, in that the ballot question wording first stated does not specifically exclude the possibility of marriage also incepted and existing between two men, between two women, between a man and a pre-18-year-old teen or tween, between a woman and a pre-18-year-old teen or tween, nor between a human being and some animal or animals or even inanimate object(s).

Admittedly, the semantics of the question might be construed to convey anti-homosexual-unions intention, but what is to be considered "legal" "marriage" (in the determination of pluralistic government bureacrats) does not necessarily prohibit either temporary nor permanent, part-time nor full-time, non-State-certified and non-State-recognized Common-Law "marriages" (existing with complete absence of any State registration and processing of legal Marriage License, and devoid of any viable punishment against such) concerning homosexual or regarding heterosexual types.

"Legal" penalties for (neither-partner-presently-being-State-married) "fornication" and/or for (at-least-one-partner-presently-being-State-married) "adultery" are "legally" related ONLY to State-registered betrothals and marriages -- especially when children of such partners are involved, which situations become complex because of considerations of such additional juveniles possibly involving child protection, child custody, school registration and obligations, etc. -- while quasi-publicly-declared or somewhat-covert common-law temporary or permanent marriages are out of the realm of "legal" violations relating to "legal" definitions of "illegal" adultery and/or "Illegal" fornication and/or "illegal" sodomy....except in cases where transfer of Federal-Reserve-Note money is done, in which case use of such federal property automatically makes one liable to become in subjection to all sorts of federal regulations and statutes (even though such subjection is not always detected nor enforced, as is the case with exchange of Federal Reserve Notes for prostitution, garage sales, birthday gifts, gun running, drug dealing, etc.).

Even weddings transpiring with 501(c)(3) non-profit corporations called [State-registered] "churches" in which a State-certified "clergyperson" officiates cannot be utilized as proofs or mechanisms against non-State-registered acts of harlotry, infidelity relating to common-law non-State-certified marriages and divorces annulling and dissoluting such, birthday-gift donations, garage-sale profits, etc.

Somewhat relating to "churches" at times, the factor of Biblical definitions of "marriage," "fornication," "adultery," and "sodomy" as found throughout Judeo-Christian Holy Scripture puts everything in an entirely different and higher realm.....where wayward deviations and confusing ambiguity are refreshingly absent. When one deals with the Lord and His authentic Holy Writ, there is no wiggleroom for concocted weaselword satanspeak:

Leviticus 20:13 If a man lies with a male as with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination; they shall be put to death, their blood is upon them.

Romans 1:18 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and wickedness of men who by their wickedness suppress the truth.
19 For what can be known about God is plain to them, because God has shown it to them.
20 Ever since the creation of the world His invisible nature, namely, His eternal power and deity, has been clearly perceived in the things that have been made. So they are without excuse;
21 for although they knew God they did not honor Him as God or give thanks to Him, but they became futile in their thinking and their senseless minds were darkened.

First Corinthians 6:9-10 Do you not know that the non-righteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor sodomites....shall inherit the kingdom of God.

So, the specifics of the ballot wording first stated above, however, imply other allowances and prohibitions besides what is stated using the above-stated exact ballot words.

It is noteworthy that neither weddings nor wedding ceremonies are involved in the linguistics of the ballot question as first stated -- whether or not such would apply to homosexual or heterosexual, temporary or permanent, partnerships.

For instance, by default, the words used do not address the problems of non-marital, involuntary or instead consentual, homosexual sodomy.....nor non-marital involuntary or instead consentual heterosexual mating.

The wording first stated seems to disallow harem-type multiple-wife, multiple-wives, additional-concubine, and multiple-concubines heterosexual marriages.....which definitely is complicated when either immigrant or alien visitors to America bring more than one spouse legally allowed according to the social laws of their home countries of origin or residence (as, for example, multiple harem ladies accompanying their singular arab-sheik husband from Saudi Arabia or Africa).

Also, the singularity of the first-stated ballot wording is problematic, in that the phrase: one man....one woman.... can be taken (although perhaps being a silly interpretation to some) to mean that only one marriage in the entire State of Minnesota can legally exist.

How could such wording be corrected -- if the desired motivation is simply to prohibit homosexuals from legally being allowed to claim same-gender marital status on all sorts of State forms.....be they tax forms, public-assistance forms, employment forms, insurance and inheritance forms, birth and death certificates, selective-service forms, driver's license forms, and so forth?

To suggest that the ballot phraseology be revised to read: "Should marriages be defined as unions between men and women?" could be considered an improvement, and such indeed would have the desired effect of prohibiting same-gender unions from being considered "legal marital" unions against such who are thus united, and therefore prevent them from acquiring State-funded marriage-based benefits.

But the word: "unions" does not adequately define the parameters of what such "unions" consist of.

To elaborate, two or more [heterosexually-oriented] persons can obviously be "united" for all kinds of non-sexual relationships and partnerships -- whether of a singular nature ("one man with one woman" in a workshop, a seminar or classroom lecture, in a laboratory on research project, and so on) or rather of a plural nature ("the union of men with women" for sundry educational or business endeavors previously mentioned).

Perhaps the best rephrasing of the ballot wording is: "Should State-registered-and-declared marriage be defined as permanently-intended heterosexually-oriented relationships between men and their women."

Such wording does not violate the potential for legitimate patriarchal polygamy, while it does prevent multiple-husband bigamy, plus clearly prohibits legal marriage being claimed and conferred to same-gender partners, whether joined by force or by free will of either or both of them.

Lamentably, there are a significant number of vile-filth, potty-mouthed, blasphemous-slander-and-libel-expletives-uttering bastards and bitches who are hell-bent on imposing scurrilous and inflammatory homosexual activism against particularly Biblically-oriented citizens espousing heterosexuality exclusively. Grievance retaliation against such putrid dan sometimes dangerous subversives will be mentioned shortly.

Getting back to that majority of legislative Republicans in the Minnesota capitol who recently passed a resolution to have a Minnesota Constitutional Ballot question on an upcoming General-Election Ballot intended for Minnesota voters to answer in an the November election...and who had to have armed guards protecting them against a viciously-ranting mob of homoperverts and homopervertesses....the LORD must have felt that 300+ rioting pro-homosodomite protestors gathering in Loring Park (Mpls) who perhaps intended to militantly trespass, harass, and intimidate further west, using civil-disobedience vandalism and assault, had too much time on their hands - so (like His awesome ancient devastation of fire and brimstone against Sodom and Gomorrah, the Worldwide Flood of Noah's time, the Pillar of Fire separating antisemitic Egyptians from the Hebrews before the Red Sea drowned the entirely of Pharaoah's army) there was a tornado on 22 May 2011 which ripped through Wirth Park (within a western suburb of Minneapolis Minnesota).....with which Divine Providence drew a terrifying line in the proverbial sand, wordlessly saying: "Thus far you shall go, and no further."

Serves a lot of them right for grumbling and complaining about the long winter and persistence of snowfall. God never forced them to live in frigid snowbound Minnesota. Instead of fooling around screwing each other sexually and making rape-like sodo-assault threats, then arrogantly boasting about it, they should instead have patiently and respectfully saved up enough money to become California or Florida-bound snowbirds....and accept the fact that God will NOT get out of their perverse way; instead, they have to get out of God's way...or miserably and painfully even die, if they don't -- however, wherever, and whenever.

Which gets us to Ms Jeffords, titullar pseudo-"archbishop" of the Episcopal Church of America. Rumor has it that that lesbian homosexuals-coddling feminist-twit fake clergywoman is threatening lawsuits against Episcopal parishes who do not accept her homosexual-activist pseudo-"priests."

Understandably, the situation is of concern because many church congregations have and continue to be affiliated with IRS government registration as 501(c)(3) "non"-profit tax-exempt corporations. They are thus - in one sense - subject to the so-called and feminist-sexist "equal-rights" and "equal-employment-opportunity" plus "homo-human-rights" "inclusive-diversity" "non-discrimination" state and federal government statutes (plus perhaps Roe-v-Wade abortion-homicide and pseudo-"science" evolutionist mythology plurality-tolerance regulations which some judiciary on the district-court, appeals-court, and supreme-court levels have frequently adjudicated in favor of).

Using such [questionably]-"legal" excuses as bullygirl leverage, Ms Jeffords (along with wimp pseudo-clergy "bishops" who voted her in and support her, such as Mr. "Vicky" Gene Robinson), Jeffords arrogantly flaunts her government-based-rules clout to maliciously threaten anti-homosexual, anti-feminist, anti-evolutionist, anti-abortion-homicide saints....scheming to deprive them of both their sometimes-magnificent church buildings and the substantial territorial property they are situated on.

It is not that God's pure ones won't "cooperate" with the demonic mis-agenda of Jeffords and Co. It is instead that they will not comspire with her and hers.

There are several legal and quasi-legal remedies against her personally and her satanic shenanigans which are hateful and despicable attacks against the genuine Body of Christ.

Using the assistance of attorneys like the renowed Peter Kershaw (see hushmoney.com) who can not only help a church congregation slightly change their legal name to effectively disassociate legally away from the deviant claws of Jeffords and her ilk, but also actually disassociate Jefford-related and other "civil-rights"/"equal-rights"/"human-rights" obligations to the IRS by becoming re-classified as a tax-free (rather than a tax-exempt) religious organization (more effective even than claiming a Bonafide Occupational Exemption exclusion with the IRS).

The Constitutional Charter and By-Laws of each church congregation likely would contain statements of supreme allegiance to Scripture pertaining to various procedures, dogma, and doctrine in church-related operations....and such can be used to quite-substantially and proverbially hamstring and definitively immobilize Jeffords and her complicit conspirators.

To wit, Biblical admonition plainly prohibits recourse to secular lawsuits for dispute settlements, and - of course - homosexual misbehavior:

Such defensive recourse to Scriptural directives is beyond prohibitory jurisdiction of the IRS and any other pluralistic government proscription, on the grounds of a properly-interpreted First Amendment of the United States Constitution - which could be rendered as follows:

Congress (along with other government entities and agents) shall respect no law establishing pro-homosexual, pro-feminist, pro-abortionist, pro-evolutionist, cultic anti-Christian/anti-Biblical religion....nor prohibit the free exercise of (bonafide fundamentalist-orthodox) Scriptural Christian religion, regardless of denominational preferences and reasonable expressions.

Demand of Ms Jeffords to homosexual and feminist subserviance is beyond the jurisdiction of Ms Jeffords herself -- for starters, simply on the grounds of her (inferior-status) gender, which automatically disqualifies her as any type of authority-over-reasonably-qualified-males supervisor on any echelon of ecclesiastical hierarchy:

What should be done with Ms Jeffords?

For one thing, Jesus Christ - through his New-Testament apostolic gospel and epistle authors - never commanded us to donate money to nor fund the offering plates of infidel heretics:

The Lord Jesus, through his New-Testament-author spokemen, commanded us to not associate with people such as Ms Jeffords, nor attend the parishes and congregations she infiltrates and infests:

Finally, it behooves the diligent, courageous, and brave elect of God to vote out such apostates, do not re-nominate them, do not list them on the ballots, and do not re-vote them back in:

First Corinthians 5:13 For those who are outside, God judges. Therefore put away from among yourselves wicked persons.
