"The" "rich" will simply raise prices on their products, lower wages of employees, re-define job types, layoff workers, and relocate resources to cheap and harder-working laborers to Mexico, China, and wherever else.
And those "less rich" (i.e. the typical small-business proprietor) will not even start up any business nor hire new employees -- frozen with fear about suddenly-concocted debilitating Obamanite red-tape restrictions which would financially hamstring them, and inevitably cause them to go bankrupt and belly up.
As mentioned before, excessive taxation - especially when expected and equal-value services are not rendered back in return - is destined for angry reaction, adamant and fervent non-cooperation, and pathetic failure.
