The hit-and-miss (mostly miss!) attempt at getting people employed across America is about as bad as legally-insane naked-armed sleevesless, nude-legged slacksless, and soxlessly-flipflopped nationwide females freely, slyly, and occasionally defiantly roaming around....trying in vain to avoid anti-puritannical frowns and snide comments of critics enslaved to seasonal fashion and style conformities contrary to decent modesty during warm weather, who thus are duressed by glamor demons around them to pointlessly entice and in effect solicit non-wanted sex at random at every male in sight, whatever marital status.

It is futile and pathetic chaos at its worst.

Anyone who has ever looked into a copy of what is related to IRS Form Schedule C, designated for self-employment business reporting, remembers the full-page somewhat-overbroad category listings of types of vocational employment possible....and most of us have self-assigned ourselves into what we have considered the closest fit in terms of chosen type of occupation we make money doing.

Talking heads of a lion's share of the secular worldly media have irrationally suggested the exact opposite of what is actually needed for jobs growth across the United States. They have mindlessly mouthed tax-the-rich-class-warfare demands along with so-called "civil" and "equal" and "human"-"rights" need for less red-tape restrictions on business loans, promotion of women and minority-owned business-startup funding from the government, tax breaks and payroll-tax deductions for enterprising small-business persons, and so forth.

But in reality, to make it easier for people to borrow money to then go belly up in probable failure due to strings-attached federal-stranglehold restrictions and economic recession and depression is exactly what the nation does NOT need:

Proverbs 22:7 The rich rules over the poor, and the borrower is the slave of the lender.

11:15 He who gives a financial pledge for a stranger will smart for it, but he who hates promissory pledges is secure.
17:18 A man without sense gives a pledge, and becomes financially obligated in the presence of his neighbor.
20:16 Take a man's garment when he has given financial dependence for a stranger, and hold him in dependence when he gives financial-obligation promises for foreigners.
22:26 Be not one of those who give financial-obligation pledges, who become financially beholding for debts.
27:13 Take a man's garment when he has given financial obligation to a stranger, and hold him in contractual bind when he gives surety for foreigners.

Ecclesiastes 5:5 It is better that you should not vow than that you should vow and not pay.

Luke 14:28 For which of you, desiring to build a tower, does not first sit down and count the cost, whether he has enough to complete it?
Luke 14:29 Otherwise, when he has laid a foundation, and is not able to finish, all who see it begin to mock him,
Luke 14:30 saying, 'This man began to build, and was not able to finish.'
Luke 14:31 Or what king, going to encounter another king in war, will not sit down first and take counsel whether he is able with ten thousand to meet him who comes against him with twenty thousand?

Romans 13:8 Owe no one anything, except to love one another; for he who loves his neighbor has fulfilled the law.

Excessive and undue discrimination in evaluating prospective employees for hire relating to past employment records must be eliminated.

That includes precluding the use of blackmail/gossip-type web-based "services" which collect and disperse questionable, exaggerated, and dishonestly-lying slander against potential employees:


Psalm 101:5 Him who slanders his neighbor secretly I will destroy. The man of haughty looks and arrogant heart I will not endure.

Proverbs 10:18 He who conceals hatred has lying lips, and he who utters slander is a fool.
Proverbs 30:10 Do not slander a servant to his master, lest he curse you, and you be held guilty.

Matthew 15:19 For out of the heart come evil thoughts, murder, adultery, fornication, theft, false witness, slander.

Mark 7:20 And he said, "What comes out of a man is what defiles a man.
Mark 7:21 For from within, out of the heart of man, come evil thoughts, fornication, theft, murder, adultery, 22 coveting, wickedness, deceit, licentiousness, envy, slander, pride, foolishness.

Second Corinthians 12:20 For I fear that perhaps I may come and find you not what I wish, and that you may find me not what you wish; that perhaps there may be quarreling, jealousy, anger, selfishness, slander, gossip, conceit, and disorder.

Ephesians 4:31 Let all bitterness and wrath and anger and clamor and slander be put away from you, with all malice....

Colossians 3:8 But now put them all away: anger, wrath, malice, slander, and foul talk from your mouth.

First Timothy 6:4 he is puffed up with conceit, he knows nothing; he has a morbid craving for controversy and for disputes about words, which produce envy, dissension, slander, base suspicions

First Peter 2:1 So put away all malice and all guile and insincerity and envy and all slander.

Revelation 2:9 I know your tribulation and your poverty (but you are rich) and the slander of those who say that they are Jews and are not, but are a synagogue of Satan.

In determining apportionment of available jobs by both federal and state administrators, preference should be given by indicated questionnaire answers to those who do not smoke, men who do not wear earrings, women who do not wear body-pierced jewelry nor display loose long hair in general public view, those who have no tattoos, and especially for those who claim they possess both at least a Revised Standard Version (plus perhaps NASV or ESV) AND King James Version (plus maybe a NKJV, KJ21, or MKJV) Bible on their premises.

However, depending upon the type of job, in general, men should be given hiring preference rather than women:

Titus 2:3 Bid the older women likewise to be reverent in behavior, not to be slanderers or slaves to drink; they are to teach what is good,
Titus 2:4 and so train the young women to love their husbands and children,
Titus 2:5 to be sensible, chaste, domestic [stay at home!], kind, and submissive to their husbands, that the word of God may not be discredited.

Next, what is needed is the elimination of employment hiring and firing by inferior-gender human-resource personnel.

Isaiah 3:12 My people: children are their oppressors, and women rule over them. Oh my people, your leaders mislead you, and confuse the course of your paths.

Ecclesiastes 7:25 I turned my mind to know and to search out and to seek wisdom and the sum of things, and to know the wickedness of folly and the foolishness which is madness.
26 And I found more bitter than death the woman whose heart is snares and nets, and whose hands are fetters; he who pleases God escapes her, but the sinner is taken by her.
27 Hey, this is what I found, says the Preacher, adding one thing to another to find the sum,
28 which my mind has sought repeatedly, but I have not found. One man among a thousand I found, but a woman among all these have not found.
29 Look here, this alone I found: that God made man upright, but they have sought out many devices.

Also, men should be promised higher wages than women, despite illogical and devious claims of "equal pay for equal work:"

Leviticus 27:1 The LORD said to Moses,
2 "Say to the people of Israel, When a man makes a special vow of persons to the LORD at your valuation,
3 then your valuation of a male from twenty years old up to sixty years old shall be fifty shekels of silver, according to the shekel of the sanctuary.
4 If the person is a female, your valuation shall be thirty shekels.
5 If the person is from five years old up to twenty years old, your valuation shall be for a male twenty shekels, and for a female ten shekels.
6 If the person is from a month old up to five years old, your valuation shall be for a male five shekels of silver, and for a female your valuation shall be three shekels of silver.
7 And if the person is sixty years old and upward, then your valuation for a male shall be fifteen shekels, and for a female ten shekels.
8 And if a man is too poor to pay your valuation, then he shall bring the person before the priest, and the priest shall value him; according to the ability of him who vowed the priest shall value him."

After that, the imposition of sexually-harassing female supervisors exercising deficient, contradictory, counter-productive, confusing and disruptive, capriciously-mind-changing, procedural alterations for supposedly-beneficial or innovative "variety" must be thwarted across the board in businesses and corporations throughout the nation.

Nahum 3:2 All your fortresses are like fig trees with first-ripe figs: if shaken they fall into the mouth of the eater.
13 Hey, your [Army, Navy, Air Force, Coast Guard, Marine, National-Guard] troops are women in your midst [literally AND figuratively!]. The gates of your land are wide open to your enemies; fire has devoured your [NYC Trade-Tower] bars.
14 Draw water for the siege, strengthen your forts; go into the clay, tread the mortar, take hold of the brick mold!
15 There will the fire devour you, the sword will cut you off. It will devour you like the locust. Multiply yourselves like the locust, multiply like the grasshopper!

First Timothy 2:8 I desire then that in every place the men should pray, lifting holy hands without anger or quarreling;
9 also that women should adorn themselves modestly and sensibly in decent apparel, not with broided hair or gold or pearls or costly attire
10 but by good works, as befits women who profess religion.
11 Let a woman learn in silence with all submissiveness.
12 I allow no woman to teach or to have authority over men; she is to keep silent.
13 For Adam was formed first, then Eve;
14 and Adam was not deceived, but the woman was deceived and became a transgressor.
15 Yet woman will be saved through bearing children, if she continues in faith and love and holiness, with sobriety.

What can and should be helpful and put into practice - both on the federal and the state level - is for government-official employment counselors and apportionists to have a thoroughly Biblical mindset to enable them to "think out of the box," not merely in terms of creatively and broadly-enough imagining what each unemployed person would like to do and what they are reasonably qualified to do (whether as a learning apprentice and novice, or having more experience)....but in aggressively but respectfully and politely-enough managing to conveniently convey job-apportioning appointments (intimately integrated with compatible businesses or other employers) directly by internet, mail, and/or phone -- without infringing on the job-seeking applicants with narrow-minded one-size-fits-all callous and indifferent mandates - devoid of sensitivity to each individual's unique situation, previous and ongoing sundry activities and responsibilities, and innate specific desires as to the exact type and place and time of employment each wants.

Again, it is absolutely essential that prospective employees who have adequately corresponded with state and federal-government employment apportioners be not turned out nor rejected when they arrive at the designated appointment with whoever human-resource person the state or federal official has referred the prospective employee to.

Any rejection by any human-resources person belonging to the targeted business referred by any state-or-federally-directed apportioner should be seriously investigated, and (except for most unusual circumstances) the human-resource person discouraging or denying the applicant employment should be severely fined and sufficiently imprisoned for whatever duration the judge decides.


It is in the state and federal government's best interest to exempt newly-hired employees from any federal and State income-tax and FICA deductions from their paychecks for at least one year from the date of hire.

Overly repressive and suppressive environmentally-related restrictions from OSHA, the Interior Dept and the EPA should be Scripturally restrained and curtailed:

Matthew 23:24 You blind guides, straining out a gnat and swallowing a camel!
Matthew 10:31 Fear not, therefore; you are of more value than many sparrows.

Luke 12:7 Why, even the hairs of your head are all numbered. Fear not; you are of more value than many sparrows.

First Corinthians 9:9 For it is written in the law of Moses, "You shall not muzzle an ox when it is treading out the grain." Is it for oxen that God is concerned?

Last, but not least, any godless discrimination from previous employers concerning employment downgrade, persecution, demotion, or job termination relating to righteously-expressed disdain against feminist sexist, homo-effeminate or homo-sodomite, evolutionist or atheistic co-workers should be made clear in writing to the state and federal employment apportioners so they can do earnest and thorough research, then retaliate accordingly - working through police, sheriff, state patrol, and federal marshals along with the courts.
