By not re-instituting the Bible as THE public-school textbook, he has encouraged misuse of firearms and other violence - both internally and internationally.

He has replaced the word "sin" with "mental illness," and substituted the word "correctional facilities" for "prisons."

We're 11 months from full implementation and the real-world impact of Obamascare is hitting the newswires.

Taco Bell and Wendy's just cut the hours of hundreds of employees to avoid the Obamacare employer health insurance mandate. These workers will not only not have health insurance, they will have less money to pay for it and may be forced into Medicaid under the individual mandate.

Now, the Internal Revenue Service is warning employers not to avoid the employer mandate. The IRS issued a 144-page notice which says they will soon issue proposed regulations with "anti-abuse rules."

This means penalties. The IRS intends to penalize any employer who dares to follow the law by finding the Obamascare's legal loopholes and employing perfectly legal tactics to avoid its penalties. These legal tactics are nothing new.

In fact, nothing in the Obamascare law says employers can't cut hours, re-hire, split companies into separate legal entities to shrink the size of the company to the requisite penalty-avoiding 49 employees, or use temporary agencies. As the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) states, "A business can avoid the penalties by firing employees, by not hiring new ones, by replacing full-timers with part-timers, or by outsourcing."

In addition, because Obamascare defines "full-time" as 30 hours/week, employers have good reason to cut the hours of workers to 29 hours a week, which is exactly what Wendy's and Taco Bell have done. But the IRS hopes to shut down these legal maneuvers through regulatory overreach.

Employers face two penalties under Obamascare. First, Obamacare requires employers with 50 full-time employees or more to offer "minimum essential coverage" or pay a fine of $2,000 per employee (minus the first 30 employees). Thus for a mid-sized restaurant that does not offer insurance, going from 49 to 50 employees will cost the restaurant $40,000, says the NFIB.

Second, if the employer does offer health insurance but even one employee opts to buy government-subsidized insurance on Obamascare's government Exchange, the IRS is notified and the employer must pay a $3,000 penalty per subsidized employee or $2,000 per employee (minus the first 30), whichever is less.

The IRS Notice states:

"The Treasury Department and the IRS are aware of various structures being considered under which employers might use temporary staffing agencies (or other staffing agencies)...to evade application of section 4980H [the employer mandate].

In other words, as reported by CNSNews.com, if an employer hires someone part-time, then uses an employment agency to bring the same person on for a second part-time shift, the IRS will still hold the employer liable under the Obamascare mandate. This new penalty would be outside the law.

Is the IRS going rogue?

Perhaps the NFIB, whose last Obamacare lawsuit ended up freeing states from the Medicaid mandate, should begin constructing another lawsuit against Obamacare.

TOPIC: What is "science?"

One definition is:

"Science" is a conceptual communicatively-conveyed human abstraction involving investigative research and analysis of measured spatial and durational characteristics of perceived and currently-existing environmental entities resulting in changeable definitions and descriptions of such, plus speculative assumptions involving present interactions and past origins of those detected phenomena.

Time is one factor which can be used to differentiate three types of science, which are:

(1) hopefully-truthful-and-accurate factual descriptions about present characteristics of currently-observable and testable entities and related processes.

(2) hopefully-truthful-and-accurate factual speculations about past characteristics and historical origins of currently-observable and testable entities and related processes.

(3) hopefully-truthful-and-accurate factual speculations about future characteristics of currently-observable and testable entities and related processes.

There are two discrepant-against-each-other humanly-communicated verbal and/or written narratives pertaining to origins of environmental entities and processes relating to such:

1. the knowledgeable, non-adjustably stable, and sensibly-credible historical-records account of Biblical creationism, and

2. the vacillating and alterable, aberrantly-disbelievable, anti-Scriptural doubts and superstitions of [heretical] evolutionism.

It is plainly obvious to non-foolish sensible human scientists that nothing did not create everything, and that created entities did not - at nor during any extremely-brief nor extremely-lengthy time or time period (whether such time period was a nano-second or zillions of years) - create themselves by themselves of their own intention, nor at random.

Nothing has assembled nor does assemble itself or themself, no matter how little or much alleged time is associated with such purported self-assemblage, and certainly not at rarely-hit-but-mostly-miss, haphazard-chance, order-out-of-chaos happening(s).

Concerning evolution, and a generally-narrow-minded application of so-called "natural selection" and/or "survival of the fittest," various and diverse environmental factors are frequently overlooked pertaining to perceived, assumed, or presumed extinction and/or preservation of various kinds of lifeforms, particularly those lifeforms no longer existing concerning which forensic-type research is attempted.

According to the Old-Testament book of Genesis in the sacred-66-books Judeo-Christian Holy Bible (one of the many sources of information open-minded scientists have discovered and explored), it is noted that the historically-assumed persons of male-human Adam and female-human Eve were both completely naked for a while after they had been formed by God their Creator.

Had they not sinned as described in Genesis, it is logical to assume that they and their offspring would have continued on totally nude, and that the entire population of planet Earth would also be similarly non-clothed.

Weather conditions within the Garden of Eden, and globally during the period of sinlessly relating to our primal ancestral parents, might have been vastly different than it has recently been and currently is.

It is not known if Adam and Eve had the capability and/or the intention of ever venturing outside the Garden of Eden in their clothes-free state, nor is it known if environmental conditions elsewhere during that time period were different and perhaps more harsh than they were within the confines of the Garden of Eden.

It is also not known if consumption of any types of meat were possible during the time of their complete nudity in the Garden. Had there been the opportunity to acquire and ingest meat of whatever kind, it seems plausible that such meat would have had to be killed first, and thus the strange and rather repulsive phenomenon of "death" would have been evident and experienced by the innocent human couple.

A substantial number of Christians have asserted that there was no such death during that temporary period of public human nudity in the Garden of Eden, being that the act of sinful disobedience described in Genesis committed first by Eve and then by Adam initiated and thereafter perpetuated the phenomenon of death of all kinds of lifeforms across the planet.

Had the phenomenon of death never occurred - pertaining to plants, trees, fish, birds, animals, and humans - it is intriguing to imagine what the present accumulated population of all such lifeforms would be nowadays.

Perhaps there was a "silver lining" in the sinful downfall of humans Adam and Eve, in that killing animals for meat began and continued, being that many people (including yours truly) would not want to be mere vegetarians.

Not only that, but had not Adam and Eve sinned, become ashamed of their public nakedness, and concocted the idea of clothing themselves with the meager and inadequate fig-leaf coverings (concerning which the Lord concurred and even accentuated their bodily attire with garments of "skins"), exploration into the vacuum of outer space, the deep ocean, and so on might have been hindered without the protection of clothing (although it is conceivable that that clothing might not have been necessary had Adam and Eve figured out how to protect their continuously-nude bodies elsewhere and wherever other than within the Garden of Eden).

It is commonly and rightfully acknowledged that generally being sufficiently and consistently clothed when in general public view actually intensifies the eroticism of heterosexual persons when they do occasional get naked together, and certainly such nakedness is practical and useful in the processes of sexual interaction and various type of sexual intercourse without the obstruction of wearing clothes while so interacting.

As to High-Court-discussed pros and cons concerning (and not "regarding") the presently-adjudicated unconstitutionality of the non-constitutional NON-affordable "Affordable Care Act" (commonly referred to as Obamacare, or Obamacare), it should be noted that United States citizens from coast to coast are not dependent upon Obama nor his Obomination to supply and continue United States citizens with amount and quality of free gravity, sunlight, and even breathable air and drinkable water. Nor are they the providers of good health.

Even if they, in some minute ways, attempted to regulate - with a few concocted devices - and infinitesmally mis-adjust gravity, sunlight, air, and water - and then, on top of that, impose taxation and fines or penalties using that excuse - their phenomenally puny and practically insignificant manipulations would not significantly affect nor deter the entire planet's population from continuously being provided with life-sustaining natural resources for survival having been bestowed by their Almighty Creator.

It is possible, but would similarly be non-constitutional (as some judges on the High-Court judges pointed out) enslave and constrict Americans, with some kind of Individual Mandate, to commercially buy cellphones for more prompt police and fire assistance, or have to buy commercially-purchased burial or cremation insurance.

What makes ObamaScare anti-constitutional, and completely different than widespread Social Security paycheck deductions for those having Social Security affiliation with the United States Government (in view of a general positive consensus of the vital usefulness of such, particularly for seniors unable to get entrepreneurial employment when in hospice), is that the Government (and not any private, or group of private, commercial companies or corporations), receives, processes, and disburses Social Security benefits to those who have paid into it.

Therefore, a repeal and complete abrogation of Obamascare, replaced by Scripturally-adjustable and fraud-free cradle-to-grave Social Security and Medicare provision, [ NOT funded by IRS-related paycheck deductions! ], administered in totality by the Government and not any private, or group of private, commercial companies or corporations, is the appropriate substitute.

The monies needed for such would first and initially be supplied, and adequate, by the amount saved by obliterating $500 billion Obamascare, refusing service to illegal aliens, and withdrawing foreign aid from countries who vote against America in the United Nations, green-energy pork projects, and with militaristic misdirected fervor blasting bullets and mortar rockets into the barren and non-inhabited sands of Afghanistan.

As with "president" Kenyana swearing inaugural oath of allegiance on Judeo-Christian Bibles a non-constitutional integration of church and state, mosque and state, and synagogue of state....it is a clear violation against both the anti-Establishment and the Non-Prohibition Clauses of the First Amendment of the Constitution to designate Obamascare to anti-Biblically fund anti-pregnancy contraceptives for fornicators and adulterers and sodomites; pay for abortion homicides; subsidize abusive and needless mammograms plus side-effects-causing pharmaceuticals for drug dependents who can and should instead get their anti-toxin nutrients simply from a balanced combination of trustful faith in God, moral obedience to his Divinely-declared "Operating-Manual" directives, healthy foods and drinks, adequate rest and sleep, plus sufficient exercise.

Health insurers make a profit by going on the assumption, and (in a legitimate sense) gambling, that the premiums they get from voluntarily-contracted customers will exceed expenditures to those customers when such customers occasionally get mildly to more-severely sick or injured.

But to force gaming-by-chance-similar health insurance companies to insure everyone with so-called "pre-existing [poverty] conditions," plus forbidding coverage limitation caps, is like strong-arming managers who profit from legalized gambling casinos to dole out jackpots to every pre-existing-poverty person who enters and pulls slot-machine handles.

Especially those who deliberately cause themselves (through their own illegal carelessness and irresponsibility) to have "pre-existing conditions" . . . and thus to blame for handicapping themselves . . . must NOT be given a free handout by sane and sensible, law-abiding, health-conscious citizens would absurdly waste their precious and hard-earned incomes mandatorily deposited into some universally-required insurance-payments pool for antisocially hostile or mischievous ne'er-do-well riffraff, and thus not "throw their pearls before swine" nor "give dogs what is holy."

The New-Testament book of Acts tells about a sort of Christian "socialism" where everyone shared everything they had and no one called anything they owned their own. But that plainly was a voluntary option, and once it was "bought into" the understood requirement was thereafter across-the-board sharing.

In that case, St Peter put it right when he stated to Ananias: "While the profits of the sale of your property was with you, did it not remain your own? But once you joined our Holy-Covenant-Share-All, and supposed to declare all that you received from that property sale saying that it was the total amount of that property sale, when it was not the total amount, why did you perjure yourself and lie about the amount withheld?"

Fortunately, not everyone under Obamascare would be under obligation nor forced to commercially purchase their own commercially-available insurance (and if not becoming penalized by the IRS), being that those very poor whose registered (in contrast to non-declared) W-4 income was under $3700 annually, OR receiving nothing but up-to-$10,000-annually birthday or other gifts, OR having their self-employment Form 1099 state that they earned less than $400 annually . . . do not even have to file Form 1040 nor Form 1040A nor Form 1040EZ, along with those not living with their spouses anytime during the year.

Even IF the IRS rules changed regarding those exemptions-of-sorts, so that everyone had to declare ALL monies annually acquired (including birthday gifts in non-serial-numbered coins or bartered goods or services), the extremely poor would, of necessity, be thrust into declaring complete bankruptcy because of having to "pay their fair share" (whatever that means or doesn't mean) into the Obamascare insurance-coverage pool.

Moreover, the touted claims of purported current(?) "benefits" of Obamascare, when it comes right down to it, are piffle and relatively insignificant...even counterproductive often times.

"Free checkups and exams for 'preventative' 'care'?" (or is it instead I.D.-disclosing and/or invasive abuse)?

"Free pharmaceutical drugs" to further debilitate addicted seniors to eventual and cumulatively-fatal side effects, without them simply relying on God-given natural remedies, good foods and drinks, trust in God, and both sufficient rest and exercise?

WHO needs such? WHO actually uses such?

"Free mammograms" (which abusive procedures males thankfully cannot have, but which generally-needless "nurse"-inflicted torture actually causes more harm to women enduring and suffering through such than they are worth)?

"Insurance coverage for [mature-adult 'children' up to age 26" (who are irresponsibly dependent upon their financially-oppressed-and-overburdened parents)?

Why "up to age 26?" Why not up to age 37? Or 44? Or even 58?

Not everyone needs Obamascare coverage in case of a rare heart or liver or kidney transplant, or some other extraordinarily-expensive operation. Not everyone becomes a crippled quadriplegic, with all the massive financial drain that involves.

The judicial remedy against the enactment of non-constitutional laws is for the High Court to deem them non-constitutional and vote out the subversives who enacted such absurd and needless laws.

None of the 50 states has ever required us to buy individually-mandated? broccoli, cell phones, cars, eat other types of individually-mandated? vegetables, drink certain types of water, breathe certain types of air, and expose ourselves to certain amounts of sunlight or anything else from the parade of horribles offered by the challengers.

Does the Commerce Clause give Congress any power to ban purchases of any product? If Congress has such power, couldn't they enact outrageous laws prohibiting us from buying broccoli, GM cars, cell phones, drink certain types of water, breathe certain types of air, and expose ourselves to certain amounts of sunlight or for that matter health insurance or even health care?

If Congress could make us buy broccoli, they cannot make us eat it. All they can do is force us to pay money to arbitrarily-selected commercial sources to procure broccoli and/or whatever else.

Likewise, the health insurance mandate does not require anyone to actually get or use medical treatment. It only makes the already-impoverished pay money.

First of all, the same type of personal pressure and subtle extortion they have, for weeks previously, been putting upon chief judge Roberts of the High Court, they imposed against election judges, ballot counters, secretaries of state, and even selected individual voters themselves pertaining to making sure that Barack Hussein Obama was re-elected in November of 2012.

Their combined and persistent threats of intimidation, blackmail, and money-or-sex/reputation-or-job-security bribery payoffs went a long way for most people.

And health insurance is not the only thing that Obama and Reid and Pelosi likely intend to mandate forced purchase for.

All three of those non-defeatable-by-ACORN/Panther-tampered-election persons suspiciously seem to have their sights on similarly taxing American citizens pertaining to what they prospectively and then presumptuously claim as government-owned-and-taxable sunlight, gravity, ocean tides, earthquakes, atmosphere, and Van Allen radiation-belt assets.

Liability in court would be difficult to prove, being that presumptuous Obama and cohorts could not claim exclusive United States ownership of sunlight, Van Allen radiation belts, and gravity - part of which belongs to others on planet Earth and throughout the Solar System.

But mis-figuring that all of the above natural resources could be altered or polluted against EPA Standards by either miniscule human interference or mismanagement, or even Acts of God adversely affecting citizen health, individual-mandate insurance purchase concerning such disaster-relief-reminiscent Marshal-Law-regulated coup looms in the very-near future.

What about people (such as some homosexuals) who claim that they have no choice to do either good or to do evil, but declare or infer that "they were born that way, and cannot do anything about it?" Are they being truthful and honest as to their actual God-given potential to be able to choose? Are they insinuating blame or condemnation against God who supposedly created them that way (that is, robotically) - with or without their permission - and thus, in effect, genetically forcing them to be evil?

Clearly, the person or persons who choose only evil (as much as possible) and therefore generally do not (nor like to) accommodate to the Creator-created environment and God-incepted phenomena and processes around them, are destined for disappointment, self-inflicted suffering, pain, regret, death, and (as indicated in Holy Writ) much more after that.

Similarly, the person or person who deliberately choose to sometimes do good (as "good" is defined in The Holy Bible) but sometimes deliberately do evil (as "evil" is also defined in The Holy Bible) are internally contradictory and self-destructive (since "a house divided against itself cannot stand" - quoting the words of Scripture).

Those who deliberately choose to always and only do good (or at least have reasonable intention to do so) and who adjust themselves (more often than not) to the created entities and phenomena around them, are destined for gladness, self-preserving pleasure, painlessness and absence of regret, life rather than death, and (as indicated within Holy Writ) much more after that.

DO the righteous like it that they can choose evil if they want to? DO the wicked like it that they can choose good if they want to?

WILL the righteous like it, in afterlife eternity, that they will always deliberately choose to do good and never accidently (under wicked duress) choose to do evil? It is assumed that the righteous (or those whose basic intention is to be perfectly righteous) will, in afterlife eternity, still retain their capacity to choose either good or evil, but because all temptation to choose to do evil is permanently and completely removed, they will automatically (by default) always choose to perpetually do good - and like it.

It is also assumed that the wicked (or those whose inner intention is to be completely evil) will, in afterlife eternity, still retain their capacity to choose either good or evil, but because all incentive and influence to choose to do good is permanently and completely removed, they will automatically (by default) always choose to perpetually do evil.

20. He wants to take "one nation under God" out of the Pledge of Allegiance.
21. He is letting illegal aliens come over into our country without getting deported with the so-called 'Dream Act.'
