There clearly is a deficiency on the part of a certain "Pete" at support@lavabit.com in that he has not and does not specify how many outgoing e-mailed messages e-mailed by a Lavabit e-mail account client are considered (by "Pete") to be "bulk" e-mail.....nor even if there is any right at all on the part of any Lavabit-account client to initiate any e-mailed message which the intended recipient has not previously requested be e-mailed to him or her, whether or not the intended recipient might want OR wants to receive it or not because he or she has not given previous permission to the Lavabit account client to initiate any new message not previously requested by an intended recipient.

It's a sort of "I am not allowed (by "Pete") to suggest anything new to you, even if you have not in the past objected (to me personally) of me suggesting things to you, being that you have not asked and particularly did not first ask me to suggest something new to you in the first place before I even thought of suggesting something to you."

Or mandating that: "Don't even begin to start to try to e-mail me for the first time unless I first supernaturally sense that you want to e-mail me something and then I first ask you to e-mail me.....and don't even start to respond back to me unless I first request you to respond back to me."

And HOW does a non-malicious/non-hostile e-mailer know if a potentially e-mailed recipient wants to unsubscribe unless the recipient informs the sender by Reply E-mail? Must we expect all senders of e-mailers to be psychic and supernaturally detect if an intended e-mail recipient is going to respond positively or instead negatively?

Maybe even Christ Himself could not foretell that Judas Iscariot was going to go "south" against Him, and - if the Lord had been able to ascertain that beforehand - would He have chosen Judas Iscariot at all in the first place to be one of The Twelve?

Ridiculous! Obviously, "Pete S." of Lavabit does not understand and does not have a clue whatsoever what actual 'harassment' and 'spam' really are, how they are truly defined, and reasonably consist of!

E-mailed messages relayed from me to you in the past via http://lavabit.com have not been non-solicited, commercial "spam," because:

(1) Short political/religious essays from me (the political/religious-essays author) have already been e-mailed to you at your usual e-mail address before, and you the recipient have not (to the best of my knowledge, and correct me if I am wrong) personally notified me by return e-mail to get unsubscribed, nor have flagged my other e-mails which I e-mailed to you as "spam" so as for me to automatically receive from the e-mail provider a notice of any of my many e-mailed messages to you being spammed by you.

(2) None of my e-mails using ANY e-mail sourced e-mail address by me to you have ever solicited for money, and thus have always and consistently been of a non-commercial nature.

It is refreshing, now at the end of Winter 2013, to continue to appreciate the relaxed and non-apprehensive viewing of general-public girls and women yet modestly attired in long sleeves (see RSV's/NASV's Second Samuel 13:18), full-length slacks and shoes or boots with socks on.

An immediate, crucial, and effective antidote to correct such mindless and irresponsibly-deficient licentuousness is for everyone (whether guilty or not of displaying themselves in public mopheadedness or even condoning or supporting such) . . . is to seriously and thoughtfully read and study, then ponder on and contemplate, the verses (and rather obvious intentions and ramifications of the verses):

3. KJV's (or KJV-equivalent) First Corinthians 11:14-16 with the understanding that "the churches of God" do not have a custom of allowing a girl or woman to regard her [glorious] LOOSE long hair as equivalent to a prayer covering or veil.
