As both you and I have looked around at God-created entities and phenomena in the environment, we have noticed that there are no written regulations imprinted upon those entities and phenomena.

Moreover, there are no inspectors around to make sure that regulations-free entities and phenomena are in compliance with the lack of regulations noticeably absent and non-inscribed upon those entities and phenomena.

Where is the contents label on water in a open mountain stream which humans have never seen nor been near? Where is the instruction manual on each tree in an uninhabited forest? Where is the certificate of approval for streaming sunlight? For freely-available invisible atmospheric oxygen and similarly-invisible continuously-operational gravity?

What is the effect on humans regarding (and not concerning) the absence of written rules and regulations on non-humanly-concocted naturally-occurring entities and phenomena God has created and sustains? Do the God-created phenomena and entities of nature survive without human inspectors binding statutory rules and regulations on them?

Admittedly, we humans are creatures of both verbal and written language, the latter of which necessitates hieroglyphic alpha-numeric images and symbols. Indeed, the Creator - right from the start of humankind - communicated with his human creatures in verbal utterances, and those creatures responded back to Him with the same type of verbage.

Ultimately, He (through his Divinely-inspired human authors) presented His humans with a limited-amount, simple-and-understandable-enough collection of both verbal and written operating-manual instructions and case histories we know as: "The Holy Bible."

Deuteronomy 30:11 For this commandment which I command you this day is not too hard for you, neither is it far off.

It is both intriguing and fortunate that the contents of such canonical Holy Scripture is quite finite in content, even though it could have been disasterously different:

Proverbs 30:4 Who has ascended to heaven and come down? Who has gathered the wind in His fists? Who has wrapped up the waters in a garment? Who has established all the ends of the earth? What is His name, and what is His Son's name? Surely you know!
5 Every word of God proves true; He is a shield to those who take refuge in Him.
6 Do not add to His words, lest He rebuke you, and you be found a liar.
7 Two things I ask of you; deny them not to me before I die:
8 Remove far from me falsehood and lying; give me neither poverty nor riches; feed me with the food that is needful for me,
9 lest I be full, and deny you, and say, "Who is the LORD?" or lest I be poor, and steal, and profane the name of my God.

Blessed are those who believe in the visible Kenyan Birth Certificate of Barack Hussein Obama, invisible radar, the existence of Pluto and the celestial moon Titan, magnetism, radioactivity, and superconductivity.

John 20:30 Now Jesus did many other signs in the presence of the disciples, which are not written in this book;
John 20:31 but these are written that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that believing you may have life in His name.

John 21:25 But there are also many other things which Jesus did; were every one of them to be written, I suppose that the world itself could not contain the books that would be written.

Revelation 22:18 I warn every one who hears the words of the prophecy of this book: if any one adds to them, God will add to him the plagues described in this book,
Revelation 22:19 and if any one takes away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God will take away his share in the tree of life and in the holy city, which are described in this book.

When humans concoct things - however - confusing, contradictory, impermanently-transcient, and frustrating complications occur:

Isaiah 28:9 Whom will He teach knowledge, and to whom will He explain the message? Those who are weaned from the milk, those taken from the breast?
10 For it is precept upon precept, precept upon precept, line upon line, line upon line, here a little, there a little.
11 No, but by men of strange lips and with an alien tongue the LORD will speak to this people,

Matthew 7:3 Why do you see the speck that is in your brother's eye, but do not notice the log that is in your own eye?

Luke 6:41 Why do you see the speck that is in your brother's eye, but do not notice the log that is in your own eye?

Colossians 2:20 If with Christ you died to the elemental spirits of the universe, why do you live as if you still belonged to the world? Why do you submit to regulations,

Colossians 2:22 (referring to things which all perish as they are used), according to human precepts and doctrines?
Colossians 2:23 These have indeed an appearance of wisdom in promoting rigor of devotion and self-abasement and severity to the body, but they are of no value in checking the indulgence of the flesh.

It should be clear that the tyranny of governmental over-regulation and manipulation diabolically thwarts entrepreneurial creativity and innovation, and stifles the formation and operation and maintenance of both small business and corporate endeavors.

There seems to be a growing mental malware in the minds of God-haters and Christian-haters of mis-calling Christian tracts, commentaries, essays, sermonettes, poems, dissertations, and whatever sent to them: "spam" -- with all the blacklisting censorship and exclusion related to such from closely-associated and further-affiliated ISPs, webhosters, and so forth.

It is not unexpected:

Micah 2:6 "Do not preach" -- thus they preach-- "one should not preach of such things; disgrace will not overtake us."

Proverbs 21:16 A man who wanders from the way of understanding will rest in the assembly of the dead.

Proverbs 23:9 Do not speak in the hearing of a fool, for he will despise the wisdom of your words.

Second Timothy 4:3 For the time is coming when people will not endure sound teaching, but having itching ears they will accumulate for themselves teachers to suit their own likings,
Second Timothy 4:4 and will turn away from listening to the truth and wander into myths.
Now, there are many things a lot of people with different preferences find either pleasant or obnoxious in everyday life.

I, for one, consider the imposition of female-human loose long hair, naked arms bared by sleeveslessness, nude legs bared with shorts or shortened skirts, and soxlessly wearing noisy flipflop sandals in general public view, non-asked-for "spam" and "harassment."

Bonafide and authentic spam not only comes from non-catalytic-convertered-auto-vehicle-exhaust-emitting humans, but are even imposed by Satan and demons (temporally allowed by the Lord and Creator Himself) in lamentable addition of flying bats, flies, mosquitos, gnats, wood ticks, stinging bees, carpenter ants, , and sunburn.

Some nutcases might mis-consider being perpetually confined to the clutches of gravity and atmosphere "spam." Other goofs might consider repeatedly-reoccurring sunrise and sunset, non-solicited bright daylight, or non-wanted various phases of the night-sky moon "spam." Personally-embarrassing tides might be misconsidered "spam" by some wackos, as well as "public-nuisance" volcanos, earthquakes, tornados and hurricanes - all "disturbing the peace" and "vandalizing."

But the only way to extricate themselves from receiving such self-defined so-called "spam" of the Creator's beautiful and powerful, intrinsically-benign-and-harmless, stable and consistent, extensive, trustworthy, accommodating, non-stoppable environmental phenomena . . . is to commit suicide and become eternally isolated in solitary-confinement within the outer-darkness invisible tormenting flames of anguish forever. God will thus give the rebelliously defiant and depraved what they want, and deserve - to let them incessantly curse Him and His conservative religious right as much as they relentlessly can with all the might of their understandably-damned-to-Hell ever-renewed-for-more-torture carcasses . . . whether that itself is [mis]-termed "spam" or not.

As long as the Divine Missionary Directive is applicable:

Matthew 28:19 Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,
B>Matthew 28:20 teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you; and wow, I am with you always, to the close of the age."

First Corinthians 9:16 For if I preach the gospel, that gives me no ground for boasting. For necessity is laid upon me. Woe to me if I do not preach the gospel!

Colossians 1:28 Him we proclaim, warning every man and teaching every man in all wisdom, that we may present every man mature in Christ.

Second Timothy 4:5 As for you, always be steady, endure suffering, do the work of an evangelist, fulfil your ministry

Titus 2:15 Declare these things; exhort and reprove with all authority. Let no one disregard you.

. . . it does not behoove nor necessitate proselitizing Christian missionaries to first ask anyone IF they want to hear the law and gospel nor expect (by some perhaps-imperceptable overtly-subtle way) to "get permission and agreement" before such recipients hear what they have never yet heard spoken to them - at least for the first time.

If the recipients do not like hearing what the proselitizing Christian missionaries have to say after whatever said is said by the missionaries to those recipients, those recipients have a reasonable obligation to responsibly and tactfully convey that adversive attitude of theirs in an obvious-enough way.

Yet, even in that case, it is up to the Holy Spirit (who directs the missionary) to determine if anything more should be communicated to objectors at that time, or later on.

For example, a missionary-like squad-car police officer might (using the e-mail-like means of flashing blue and red lights) get out of his car, go over to the driver (like using an e-mail-hosting ISP) and both confront and condemn a traffic offender who did not stop at a red stoplight or stopsign, to show their driver's license, to get out of the car and get cuffed, etc. If the offender misconsiders those requests from the cop "spam" (or non-solicited repeated communication of the same or similar message from the policeman), it is not in the jurisdiction of the offender to resist the officer's request nor consider it "spam" or "harassment." And, of course, the officer will use physical force to make the offender comply - regardless of whether the offender slanderously deems the requests "harassment" or "spam."

Escalating failure to obey a peace officer has increasingly severe consequences against the offender - with or without "spam" accusations.

Of course, there is - admittedly - a point when God has the missionary withdraw and disassociate from an angry or violent objector who is intent upon causing needless, excessive, or extensive-enough damage to the missionaries and other innocent persons:

Matthew 10:23 When they persecute you in one town, flee to the next; for truly, I say to you, you will not have gone through all the towns of Israel, before the Son of man comes.

Such is not done out of missionary cowardice, but instead both prudent convenience (for the missionary and others in desperate need of what the missionary has to proclaim) and retributional punishment against the vehement or adamant objector:

Acts 13:46 And Paul and Barnabas spoke out boldly, saying, "It was necessary that the word of God should be spoken first to you. Since you thrust it from you, and judge yourselves unworthy of eternal life, hey, we turn to the nations."

And, there are ways to get around, bypass, plus override and overrule "spam"-asserting objectors:

Ecclesiastes 8:5 He who obeys a command will meet no harm, and the mind of a wise man will know the time and way.

Proverbs 25:15 With patience a ruler may be persuaded, and a soft tongue will break a bone.

Acts 21:14 And when he would not be persuaded, we ceased and said, "The will of the Lord be done."

There are times to give up, back off, and let vile and impenitent "spam" objectors cut themselves off, to their deteriorating devastation and demise:

Deuteronomy 28:7 The LORD will cause your enemies who rise against you to be defeated before you; they shall come out against you one way, and flee before you seven ways.

Deuteronomy 30:17 But if your heart turns away, and you will not hear, but are drawn away to worship other gods and serve them,
Deuteronomy 30:18 I declare to you this day, that you shall perish; you shall not live long in the land which you are going over the Jordan to enter and possess.
Deuteronomy 30:19 I call heaven and earth to witness against you this day, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and curse; therefore choose life, that you and your descendants may live

Isaiah 30:9 For they are a rebellious people, lying sons, sons who will not hear the instruction of the LORD

Jeremiah 14:12 Though they fast, I will not hear their cry, and though they offer burnt offering and cereal offering, I will not accept them; but I will consume them by the sword, by famine, and by pestilence."

Ezekiel 8:18 Therefore I will deal in wrath; my eye will not spare, nor will I have pity; and though they cry in my ears with a loud voice, I will not hear them."

Titus 3:10 As for a man who is factious, after admonishing him once or twice, have nothing more to do with him,
Titus 3:11 knowing that such a person is perverted and sinful; [he/she] is self-condemned.

Revelation 22:11 Let the evildoer still do evil, and the filthy still be filthy, and the righteous still do right, and the holy still be holy.

The Almighty, who created Life's Playing Field of Everyone's Personal Football Game (whether or not any or all wanted to be in The Game at all to begin with), with all associated Impartial Referees, Yard-Line Demarcations, Penalties, Goal Posts, etc. will obviously have the Final Say on Judgment Day:

Isaiah 45:23 By myself I have sworn, from my mouth has gone forth in righteousness a word that shall not return: 'To me every knee shall bow, every tongue shall swear.'
Romans 14:11 for it is written, "As I live, says the Lord, every knee shall bow to me, and every tongue shall give praise to God."

Irregardless of anyone calling that "harassment" or "spam."
