It should be logically obvious that nothing has not created everything, but instead the Creator created everything from the Source indicted below:

Hebrews 11:3 By faith we understand that the world was created by the word of God, so that what is seen was made out of things which do not appear.

It should also be be intrinsically evident that if there is no mass [unique and varied cohesively-interacting and interdependent assemblages of organized energy/force] -

(reminiscent of what the Old-Testament prophet Ezekiel celetially observed in accord with his comment:

Ezekiel 1:16 As for the appearance of the wheels and their construction: their appearance was like the gleaming of a chrysolite; and the four had the same likeness, their construction being as it were a wheel within a wheel)

- and no energy (even the infinitesmally slightest amount) within a certain area in space (which for all practical purposes is never the case), there are no "fluctuations" nor any else physically existing in that totally particular physical empty space, because there is nothing (not even a trace of gravity or electromagnetism, both of which are forms of kinetic energy - in contrast to potential-energy mass) to fluctuate nor even have the potential to fluctuate -- which is not to say that something (whether mass or energy) has not and cannot be put into that empty space, which would then cause that space to no longer be empty but instead occupied with whatever is put into it.

The circular nature of things was noted by the Old-Testament prophet Isaiah:

Isaiah 40:22 It is He who sits above the circle of the earth, and its inhabitants are like grasshoppers; who stretches out the [expanding] heavens like a curtain, and spreads them like a tent to reside in;
23 who brings princes to nought, and makes the rulers of the earth as nothing.
24 Scarcely are they planted, scarcely sown, scarcely has their stem taken root in the earth, when he blows upon them, and they wither, and the tempest carries them off like stubble.
25 "To whom then will you compare me, that I should be like him?" says the Holy One.
26 Lift up your eyes on high and see: who created these? He who brings out their host by number, calling them all by name; by the greatness of His might, and because He is strong in power not one is missing.

Also, what the Creator created, and the characteristics of such, is not altered, added to, nor subtracted from, by variously-changing perspectives of human observers.

Entities themselves can change into one form or another, but not outside the parameters initially set and maintained by The Creator.

But variously-changing perspectives of human observers never cause that change. One might deceitfully pretend to have done so or do so, but in reality such never happens, as indicated from the Old-Testament book of Job:

"Will He [God] make requital (i.e. adjust) to suit you, because you reject it?" - [ Job 34:33, in the Old Testament of The Holy Bible ]

God the Creator is not going to get out of our way because we want it so, but instead we better get out of His way, or we will inflict ourselves (perhaps even lethally) violating His ordained and owned blamelessly-benign environmental phenomena.

Concerning differing and relativistic perspectives, if someone blows air into a balloon, the balloon gets bigger.

The observational perspective of someone viewing that phenomenon does not alter the fact that that balloon is actually - in reality - increasing in size or volume....even if the observer is receding away from that balloon, so that the balloon appears or seems to stay the same size as air is being blown into that balloon.

As the Speed of Sound in Earth's air is a constant 700 miles/hour whether that sound is coming toward the listener or is instead receding away from the listener so as to change pitch, so the Speed of Light is not altered whether heading toward the viewer or instead away from the viewer.

What the viewer does notice, of course, is wavelength color shift of gravitationally-affected photons.

Such is vital when contemplating relativistic apparently-changing observational perspectives.

The entities themselves and their characteristics remain constant, and it is the responsibility of the descriptive observer, whose perspective observing such might be changing, to realize that quasi-deceptive quasi-illusional changing-perspective factor in making declared evaluations.

A manifestation of that is the so-called Heisenberg Uncertainty Principle. It is not that which is observed which changes it's constant characteristics (however varied such characteristics might be), but rather exploring with what is changing (such as intrusion and imposition of exploratory energy of whatever types) always is reconfiguring the entity explored.

To view what is real in the physical world by substituting increasingly-complex mathematical-equation abstractions describing whatever presumed closed-system is described is not only dangerous but inevitably futile, because all sorts of variables (many maybe non-foreseen at the time) might enter the scenario resulting in endless alterations of the initial inadequate equations.

Actually, entities should be described as separately-named objects of reality which have affected, do effect, and can effect humans, even though the very beginning and ending pertaining to measurement of start to finish of such entities and processes can never be precisely-enough determined. One's household dictionary based on the contents of The Holy Bible gives a plethoria of names of nouns which adequately and simply-enough identify what needs to and should be identified for human survival.

Finally, all that is seen is light (photonic energy) emitted from visible objects, not the objects themselves, as it states in the New Testament:

Ephesians 5:13 . . . but when anything is exposed by the light it becomes visible, for anything that becomes visible is light.

That does not mean that invisible-without-photonic-emission objects do not exist. They, in fact, do exist.

Also, "Christ holds all things together" - both on a macrocosmic and a microcosmic level, and He fills all in all - as it states in the Biblical book of Colossians:

Colossians 1:16 for in Him all things were created, in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or authorities . . . all things were created through Him and for Him.
Colossians 1:17 He is before all things, and in Him all things hold together.
