Did God Pre-Know?

It has been stated in Scripture that God not merely wants all human males to be saved (or: delivered) [but for what?] :

First Timothy 2:3 This is good, and it is acceptable in the sight of God our Savior,
4 who desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth.
5 For there is one God, and there is one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus,
6 who gave Himself [not "herself"] a ransom for all, the testimony to which was borne at the proper time.

. . . but being that the Greek word for "men" in verse 4 is: anthr(o)pous (from where we obviously get our both-genders-of-humanity word: anthropology) . . . and the Greek word for "men" in verse 5 is: anthr(o)p(o)n and even the word for "man" referring to The Son of God is: anthr(o)pos . . . God also wants all human females to be saved (or: delivered) [but for what?] .

Essentially, then, First Timothy 2:3-6 should instead read:

First Timothy 2:3 This is good, and it is acceptable in the sight of God our Savior,
4 who desires all humans to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth.
5 For there is one God, and there is one mediator between God and humans, the human Christ Jesus,
6 who gave Himself as a ransom for all, the testimony to which was borne at the proper time.

It almost also "goes without saying" that God calls everyone to accept Him as Savior and Lord, and wants them to respond favorably, because He will eventually judge all of them according to their positive or negative response to His call (whenever and wherever that comes):

Luke 5:32 "I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance."

Job 36:5 Hey, God is mighty, and does not despise any; He is mighty in strength of understanding.
6 He does not keep the wicked alive, but gives the afflicted their right.
7 He does not withdraw his eyes from the righteous, but with kings upon the throne He sets them forever, and they are exalted.
8 And if they are bound in fetters and caught in the cords of affliction,
9 then He declares to them their work and their transgressions, that they are behaving arrogantly.
10 He opens their ears to instruction, and commands that they return from iniquity.
11 If they positively respond and serve Him, they complete their days in prosperity, and their years in pleasantness.
12 But if they do not positively respond, they perish by the sword, and die without knowledge.
13 The godless in heart cherish anger; they do not cry for help when He binds them.
14 They die in youth, and their life ends in shame, among the cult prostitutes.
15 He delivers the afflicted by their affliction, and opens their ear by adversity.
16 He also allured you out of distress into a broad place where there was no cramping, and what was set on your table was full of fatness.
17 But you are full of the judgment on the wicked; judgment and justice seize you.
18 Beware lest wrath entice you into scoffing; and let not the greatness of the ransom turn you aside.
19 Will your cry avail to keep you from distress, or all the force of your strength?
20 Do not long for the night, when peoples are cut off in their place.
21 Watch out: do not turn to iniquity, for this you have chosen rather than affliction.
22 Hey, God is exalted in His power; who is a teacher like Him?
23 Who has prescribed for Him his way, or who can say, 'You have done wrong'?

Psalm 96:10 Say among the nations, "The LORD reigns! Yes, the world is established, it shall never be moved; He will judge the peoples with equity."
Psalm 96:13 before the LORD, for He comes, for He comes to judge the earth. He will judge the world with righteousness, and the peoples with his truth.

Acts 17:30 The times of ignorance God overlooked, but now He commands all men [and women!] everywhere to repent,
Acts 17:31 because He has fixed a Day on which He will judge the world in righteousness by a human whom He has appointed, and of this He has given assurance to all humans by raising Him from the dead.

Revelation 20:11 Then I saw a Great White Throne and Him who sat upon it; from His presence Earth and sky fled away, and no place was found for them.
12 And I saw the dead, great and small, standing before the throne, and Books were opened. Also another Book was opened, which is The Book of Life. And the dead were judged by what was written in the books, by what they had done.
13 And the sea gave up the dead in it, Death and Hades gave up the dead in them, and all were judged by what they had done.
14 Then Death and Hades were thrown into The [Outer Darkness] Lake of Fire. This is The Second Death, The Lake of Fire;
15 and if any one's name was not found written in The Book of Life, he/she was thrown into The Lake of Fire.

Romans 11:32 For God has consigned all humans to disobedience [He is responsible for so consigning them - with His non-solicited non-asked-for Tempter and Forbidden Tree in The Garden?], that He may have mercy upon all [including those He will damn to perpetual solitary confinement within suspended-in-nothingness outer-darkness blackness and fervent-heat fiery torture, worse than waterboarding].

There seems, however, to be an oddity in Scripture, in which it is claimed that whoever(?) God calls, He "justifies:"

Romans 8:30 And those whom He predestined [for or to what?] He also called; and those whom He called He also justified; and those whom He justified He also glorified.

All those He 'called' He "justified?"

Really?

Is it not true that the predestination or pre-planning or pre-arrangement or proposed plan which He has for each and every human being of those He (sooner or later, whenever He wants) calls does not result in Him "justifying" them for salvation, and certainly not "glorifying" them?

Consider the call of God to Judas Iscariot, who Jesus called for becoming and being one of His select twelve disciples. Was Judas Iscariot "justified" ultimately? How about God's call to oppressive Pharaoh of Epypt? Darwin? Marx? Hitler? Lenin and Stalin? Hefner and Guccione and Flynt? Lee Harvey Oswald? Arafat? Jimmy Carter? Bill and Hillary Clinton? Pseudo/imposter-"president" and Kenyan-not-Hawaiian-born Barack Hussein Obama? Did they respond favorably, and were they "justified?" -- and if not, will they ever be "justified" and "glorified?"

Clearly, one can easily guess that called-by-God Jerome, Erasmus and Luther, Scrivener and Burgeon, Moody, Falwell and DJ Kennedy and Billy Graham have been or are being "justified" and "glorified" -- regarding (and not "concerning") all of who God had or has a predestined plan for as those who have complied or are yet accommodating to God's call, and - again - continuously being "justified" and "glorified."

Of a certainty, humans (on the broad and easy road to perpetual destruction in fiery outer-darkness torment rather than on the narrow and difficult way to eternal-life bliss and joy) who misuse their God-given free wills by consciously and deliberately choosing to adversarially talk back to God, turn away from God's call, and thus not participate in His predestined plan for them are consequently not at all "justified" nor "glorified:"

Romans 9:6 It is not as though the Word of God has taken no effect. For they are not all Israel, who are of Israel;
7 neither because they are the seed of Abraham are they all children; but: "In Isaac shall thy seed be called."
8 That is, they who are the children of the flesh, these are not the children of God; rather, the children of the promise are counted as the seed.
10 And not only this, but when Rebecca also had conceived by one, even by our father Isaac
11 (for the children being not yet born, neither having done any good or evil, in order that the purpose of God according to election might stand, not by works, but by Him who calls),
12 it was said to her, "The elder shall serve the younger."
13 As it is written: "Jacob have I loved, but Esau have I hated."
14 What shall we say then? Is there unrighteousness with God? No way!
15 For He says to Moses, "I will have mercy on whom I will have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I will have compassion."
16 So then it is not of him who wills, nor of him who runs, but of God who shows mercy.
17 For the Scripture says to Pharaoh:, "Even for this same purpose have I raised you up, that I might show My power in you, and that My name declared throughout all the earth."
18 Therefore He has mercy on whom He will have mercy, and whomever He wills, He hardens.
19 You will then say then to me: "Why does He yet find fault, for who has resisted His will?"
20 But no, human: who are you who talks back to God? Shall the thing formed say to him who formed it, "Why have you made me so?"
21 Has not the potter power over the clay to make from the same lump one vessel for honor and another for dishonor?
22 What if God, choosing to show His wrath and to make His power known, endured with much patience the vessels of wrath fitted for destruction;
23 and this that He might make known the riches of His glory on the vessels of mercy, whom He had prepared before for glory,
24 even us whom He has called, not of the Jews only, but also of the Gentiles?
25 As He also says in Hosea: "I will call them: `My people,' who were not My people, and `her beloved' who was not beloved."
26 And, "It shall come to pass that in the place where it was said to them, `Ye are not My people,' there shall they be called the children of the living God."
27 Isaiah also proclaims concerning Israel: "Though the number of the children of Israel be as the sand of the sea, a remnant shall be saved.
28 For He will finish the work and abruptly terminate in righteousness, because a short work will the Lord make upon the earth."
29 And as Isaiah said before: "Unless the Lord of Sabaoth had left us a seed, we would have been as Sodom and been made like to Gomorrah."
30 What shall we say then? That the Gentiles, who followed not after righteousness, have attained to righteousness, even the righteousness which is by faith;
31 but Israel, who followed after the law of righteousness, have not attained to the law of righteousness.
32 Why so? Because they sought it not by faith but, as it were, by works of law. For they stumbled at that stumbling stone.
33 As it is written: "Hey, I lay in Zion a stumbling stone and rock of offense, and whoever believes in Him shall not be ashamed."


But a deeper question comes about with the verse preceding Romans 8:30, which is:

Romans 8:29 (RSV) For those whom he foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, in order that he might be the first-born among many brethren.

29 (ERV) For whom he foreknew, he also foreordained to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren:
29 (ESV) For those whom he foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, in order that he might be the firstborn among many brothers.

29 (Message) God knew what he was doing from the very beginning. He decided from the outset to shape the lives of those who love him along the same lines as the life of his Son. The Son stands first in the line of humanity he restored. We see the original and intended shape of our lives there in him.

In Acts 2:23, we read that it was the "determinate purpose/plan/intention of God . . . and "foreknowledge" of God . . . to allow deviant jews and romans to crucify Christ and thus by default making Him the Ultimate Atoning Sacrifice cancelling the eternal punishment for every penitent person's sins.

But did, then if so, how did God know or definitively predict that already-wicked-speaking-and-acting humans would (of their own free will) choose to not repent and believe the Messiahship of Jesus but instead murder Him?

Pre-planning in advance or pre-"determining" (sounds forced!) the free-willed decision of any human (whether that human chooses to either be for God or instead against God) is one thing:

Acts 4:26 [MKJV] The kings of the earth stood up, and the rulers were gathered together against the Lord and against His Christ."
27 For truly, against Your holy child Jesus, whom You have anointed, both Herod and Pontius Pilate, with the nations, and the people of Israel, were gathered together
28 in order to do whatever Your hand and Your counsel determined before to be done.

Acts 4:26 [RSV] The kings of the earth set themselves in array, and the rulers were gathered together, against the Lord and against his Anointed'--
27 for truly in this city there were gathered together against thy holy servant Jesus, whom thou didst anoint, both Herod and Pontius Pilate, with the Gentiles and the peoples of Israel,
28 to do whatever thy hand and thy plan had predestined to take place.

. . . but it gets at least questionable to assume or believe and assuredly or dogmatically accept that God knows ahead of time what that free-willed human decision will be before it happens (and - worse yet - before that human being is even conceived into existence!):

Jeremiah 1:5 (RSV) "Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, and before you were born I consecrated you; I appointed you a prophet to the nations."

Who is to blame and at fault for people not being saved for Heaven? Is it God's fault for not "foreknowing" those of the Immoral Majority, and/or for not "predestining" a purpose and plan for them, and/or not calling them, and/or not "justifying" and "glorifying" them after He called them (if at all)? Or does the blame for the hardening fall squarely on deviant and aberrant humans also, or alone?

Exodus 4:21 And the LORD said to Moses, "When you go back to Egypt, see that you do before Pharaoh all the miracles which I have put in your power; but I will harden his heart, so that he will not let the people go.
7:3 But I will harden Pharaoh's heart, and though I multiply my signs and wonders in the land of Egypt,
7:13 Still Pharaoh's heart was hardened, and he would not listen to them; as the LORD had said.
7:14 Then the LORD said to Moses, "Pharaoh's heart is hardened, he refuses to let the people go.
7:22 But the magicians of Egypt did the same by their secret arts; so Pharaoh's heart remained hardened, and he would not listen to them; as the LORD had said.
8:15 But when Pharaoh saw that there was a respite, he hardened his heart, and would not listen to them; as the LORD had said.
8:19 And the magicians said to Pharaoh, "This is the finger of God." But Pharaoh's heart was hardened, and he would not listen to them; as the LORD had said.
8:32 But Pharaoh hardened his heart this time also, and did not let the people go.
9:7 And Pharaoh sent, and hey, not one of the cattle of the Israelites was dead. But the heart of Pharaoh was hardened, and he did not let the people go.
9:12 But the LORD hardened the heart of Pharaoh, and he did not listen to them; as the LORD had spoken to Moses.
9:34 But when Pharaoh saw that the rain and the hail and the thunder had ceased, he sinned yet again, and hardened his heart, he and his servants.
9:35 So the heart of Pharaoh was hardened, and he did not let the people of Israel go; as the LORD had spoken through Moses.
10:1 Then the LORD said to Moses, "Go in to Pharaoh; for I have hardened his heart and the heart of his servants, that I may show these signs of mine among them,
10:20 But the LORD hardened Pharaoh's heart, and he did not let the children of Israel go.
10:27 But the LORD hardened Pharaoh's heart, and he would not let them go.
11:10 Moses and Aaron did all these wonders before Pharaoh; and the LORD hardened Pharaoh's heart, and he did not let the people of Israel go out of his land.
14:4 And I will harden Pharaoh's heart, and he will pursue them and I will get glory over Pharaoh and all his host; and the Egyptians shall know that I am the LORD." And they did so.

4:7 again he sets a certain day, "Today," saying through David so long afterward, in the words already quoted, "Today, when you hear his voice, do not harden your hearts."
12:25 See that you do not refuse Him who speaks. For if they did not escape, those who refused him that spoke on earth, much more we shall not escape if we turn away from Him who speaks from Heaven.

In summary, certain questions have come to mind, and need to be thought through:

Can God predict or foresee, before a human is conceived into existence, if that person is either going to be for Him or instead against Him?

Does God pre-arrange or pre-plan or pre-ordain or pre-determine both a for-God and an against-God human free-will decision or choice of any human before that human is conceived into existence?

Does, then how does, eventual freewill choice about liking or instead not liking God, of a human not yet conceived into existence, affect (if at all) the "pre-knowledge" of God regarding or concerning that human being?

Does God's "foreknowledge" about any human override or negate the free will of not-actually-yet-existing humans before they are conceived into existence and who have not yet decided to either be for God or instead against God?

In conclusion:

Was the mere thought of a to-be-"predestined," then (beyond that) to a to-be-"called" human being not yet conceived into existence (which human would not have yet consciously or deliberately, of their own free will, chosen to either be for God or instead against God) . . . always existing in past eternity in the mind of God?

If that thought was present, but did not always exist in past eternity in the mind of God, did it instead come into God's mind at least at some instant before the human being was conceived into existence?

Though it might sound blasphemous, God Himself would certainly know what to expect of us and our eventual then made quite evident free-will choice (thus explaining His "foreknowledge" pertaining to us elect saints) if we had always been and were always part of Him though not yet conceived into actual existence (if not from the entirety of past eternity, at least at some instant along the line), as alluded to in Hebrews chapter 2:
