Take, for example, the typical Christian man or woman involved with the realm of sexuality.

There is an instinctual drive the Creator God has instilled in both the man and the woman for both erotic desire and erotic fulfillment, evidenced by His first and primal command to humans of: " . . . be fruitful and multiply . . ." - which multiplication, of non-deniable necessity, involves a number of sexually-related aspects -- one of which profoundly involves the phenomenon of either being clothed or not being clothed, being naked or not being naked . . . clearly a vital factor according to the Divine record pertaining to such not only in the opening chapters of the Old-Testament book of Genesis, but all throughout the entire Bible, including (but not limited to) significant portions of Scripture in Exodus, Leviticus, Deuteronomy, Ruth, Proverbs, Song of Solomon, Isaiah, Jeremiah, Hosea, Romans, First Corinthians, Second Corinthians, Galatians, Ephesians, Colossians, First Timothy, First Peter, Second Peter, and Revelation.

Intensity of sensual desire intimately associated and involved with the clothed-or-not-clothed aspect of sexuality is directly proportional to the severity or the degree of types of partial or more complete human nakedness (and lack of it) displayed, regardless of situational circumstances or contexts (although manifestation of such built-up arousals might be delayed for various lengths of time but then resolved in assorted ways).

Aforementioned erotic desire is a driving and must-be-seriously-considered factor in the area of sinfully and immodestly posing for, sinfully photographing for general-public display, sinfully posting, sinfully advertising, sinfully searching for, sinfully finding or deliberately discovering, sinfully retaining, and sinfully lusting at various types and degrees of sinful partially-nude or totally-nude male-human-imagery and particularly female-human-imagery pornography.

God, who - again - not simply predicted but also mandated that people "be fruitful and multiply," of course realizes and provides recourse for that the immutable and ultimately-non-restrainable, "biological-clock," sensuous-stimulation-and-arousal-by-sight-and-touch, behavioral sexual proclivity of human creatures He created and not concocted.

Hence, in existence is Divine command to and for "needing-it" man to procure, permanently retain, and thoroughly sexualize with at least one wife or concubine, plus command to and for "needing-it" woman to procure, permanently retain, and thoroughly sexualize with only one husband in a Biblically-incepted relational concept which The Divine Author inspired His human writers to describe and pen with the strange but acceptable word: "marriage."

So, part of the answer to ALWAYS avoiding falling into sexual sin (e.g. impure-imagery idolatry, fornication, adultery, sodomy) in all its [ sinfully and immodestly posing for, sinfully photographing for general-public display, sinfully posting, sinfully advertising, sinfully searching for, sinfully finding or deliberately discovering, sinfully retaining, and sinfully lusting at various types and degrees of sinful partially-nude or totally-nude male-human-imagery and particularly female-human-imagery pornography ] myriad stages and severities, is to comply with our respective imitations and applications of the following Biblical admonitions and prime directives:

Eve wanted to investigate. " . . .to go where no man (or "person", as Picard would sexistly re-word it) has gone before."
Eve wanted to know "how bad it really was" and "if it was actually bad at all."
She wanted non-authorized knowledge which she had no right (that's correct: no right!) to seek and search for, even though God the Creator had given to her the capacity (NOT any "right") to delve into.

Eve is yet grabbing for the forbidden fruit of forbidden knowledge, and falling flat on her face because of such grasping for what she was never and is never allowed to grasp for.

One cannot always depend upon The Higher Authorities to censor out what not simply "could" but likely would be antisocially-harmful impurity which pollution would certainly and definitively defile them.

One MUST be realistic, and "not put God to the test."

IF the wicked have changed for the better [ good luck! ], it usually and generally is NOT in our jurisdiction nor capacity to find out for ourselves by ourselves.

The Spirit Himself will let us know whatever we need to know on a need-to-know basis, and/or He will let us know what's happening or IF [fat chance!] there are any positive changes by trusted informed counselors who will communicate and convey to us reliably-accurate enlightenment.

The best thing to do is:

If a movie or website gives a preliminary R or X or MA or XXX-rated warning screen, take the warning seriously RATHER THAN clicking further into it. Even some PG and PG-13 movies generally contain some eventually-devastating-and compounding low-powered types of porn [ quasi-long-loose hairstyle, scant armwear or lack of it, inadequate legwear or lack of it, toes-baring footwear or lack of it ] -- the sight of which invariably leads to desire to seek and find more severe types of porn to lust at. And ever-increasing immodesties become a downward-cascading satanic competition of girls and women craving male attention as they jealously compare, compete, and rate themselves to and against each other.

Men, let's not go to a public beach on a warm day if we reasonably guess that it will be populated by sunbathing pornies flaunting "swimsuit"-exposed female-human body parts which - in all frank and admitted honestly - would be erotically titillating and should have been covered in the reasonable likelihood of them being seen by human males not married to them at the time of exposure.

If we can, when nervously alert and apprehensively watching a non-predictable non-VHS movie on airwave or cable TV with mutable remote control ready in hand, advisable it is to temporarily switch off especially the video completely then leaving only the sound (though muting irritating sound) immediately BEFORE (if possible) the terroristic imposition of a suddenly-appearing TV commercial -- again: before the commercial suddenly and sniper-like sneaks into view . . . so that our vulnerable eyesight is not incessantly and relentlessly assaulted and abused with a noxious and devastating barrage and plethora of all-of-a-sudden partially-pornographic TV commercials (which usually are piggy-backed one after the other, up to eleven of them at a time) . . . all of which attacks result in latent memories compounding in our (the victim's) mind leading to both a desensitization and - ironically - a subconscious craving for even worse porn and perhaps even a cheap and available phone-in prostitute later on when convenient.

We dassn't even switch channels into a TV program in which we might reasonably expect at least a 99% chance of seeing the proverbial feces or dung or excrement of girl or woman gymnasts or divers or swimmers or tennis players flaunting their bare-naked legs and/or barefootedness into our faces.

We, who have stumbled into sexually-related sins of immodesty and porn many times before, already know what - in all REASONABLE probability is - in reality - YET and STILL there, being that:

Jeremiah 13:23 Can the Ethiopian change his skin or the leopard his spots? Then also you can do good who are accustomed to do evil.

The answer is to find and get and sexually enjoy at least one spouse of one's own for a man, and only one spouse of one's own for a woman.

If we cannot afford marriage, pregnancy, expensive pissy/poopy/shrieky/mischievous/bawling/bratty-and-sassy/toys-and-clothes-demanding-and-requiring kids, and related financial obligations associated with them . . . but WANT them . . . it obviously behooves us to get a job - even a temp one - and a shack of our own . . .without robbing any banks, nor resorting to covert self-sodomizing masturbation with secretly-viewed porn on TV or internet-access computer monitors.

So much for the theoretical answer.

Now, we ALL (including yours truly) are under Divine compulsion and command to put that into realtime behavioral action from henceforth on.

And it takes more than the words I am now writing to do that. A lot more.

But, here is the bizarre part. And it has to do with both God's and with human memory.

Part of our recurrent-sinning problem is that we not merely remember what sins we encountered and confronted, but also remember what faithless and perverted sins we shamefully indulged in, and therefore such has become part of our habitual nature . . . and, as we all know, habitual addictions are difficult if not somewhat impossible to completely break.

It fascinates me how God Himself has stated that He can [and does!] completely forget the sins of the penitent:

Jeremiah 31:34 And no longer shall each man teach his neighbor and each his brother, saying, 'Know the LORD,' for they shall all know me, from the least of them to the greatest," says the LORD; "for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more."

Hebrews 8:12 For I will be merciful toward their iniquities, and I will remember their sins no more."
Hebrews 10:17 then He adds, "I will remember their sins and their misdeeds no more."

Is that forgetfulness a defect of His, concerning God? A liability He is beset with? Does not that forgetfulness make God a pathetic victim of Alzheimer's senility? Does the God-of-Forgetfulness not realize that His errant-but-fallible human creatures can [ though not necessarily will ] do the same dastardly things again, and thus shock Him anew causing Him grief about accursed deviancies committed by recurrently-sinful humans which NON-"boo-boo" NON-"oopsy" sins He had completely forgotten about?

Not really. God is ready for it, and has always been ready for it:

Genesis 8:21 And when the LORD smelled the pleasing aroma, the LORD said in His heart, "I will never again curse the ground because of man, for the imagination of man's heart is evil from his youth; neither will I ever again destroy every living creature as I have done.

Job 35:6 If you have sinned, what do you accomplish against Him? And if your transgressions are multiplied, what do you do to Him?
Job 35:7 If you are righteous, what do you give to Him; or what does He receive from your hand?
Job 35:8 Your wickedness concerns a man like yourself, and your righteousness a son of man.

Indeed, HE was the one who put The-Garden-of-Eden stumbling blocks of The Tempter, The Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil, human feet to walk toward them and human eyes to see them, human arms and hands and fingers to grab the fruit of The Forbidden Tree, and human free will to choose and decide to thus sinfully screw up. And HE (in remarkably-benevolent and both thankfully and wondrously fair justice) - was The One who had formulated and operationalized The Great Contingency Plan in case the inevitable happened, which of course did happen [ surprise, surprise - whenever you put a roller skate in the path of a blind man! ] and which Contingency Plan we now know as Jesus Christ the Redeemer taking human form and sacrificing Himself (with murderous-jewish-human compliance) as bloody-sacrificial atonement for His We're-so-sorry-Lord-about-that-Big-Mistake-our-ancestral-goofs-committed-way-back-then penitents relating to His glorious-gospel particulars.

Another question is: Would we humans WANT that type of COMPLETE forgetfulness? In other words, if we completely forgot the bemoaned sinful things we had regretfully but nevertheless deliberately done, and the we'll-never-do-that-again-resolution guilt accrued thereby, would we not do the exact same dumb and stupid sinful things we did in the past if we were under the same circumstances with the same temptations having forgotten not simply the sin but the forgotten consequences relating to that forgotten sin?

We should (and to various extents do) continue sinning (though we should not sin at all whatsoever) to lesser and lesser extents by not only not NOT increasing the same sinning but less frequently and/or less extensively repeat past mistakes as we mature in Christ, though complete perfection and resolution out of this dire predicament is not possible until The Final-Day Transformation occurs and we are either resurrected or raptured up eternally safe and secure in Heaven completely without ANY more temptations EVER.

Philippians 3:11 . . . that if possible I may attain the resurrection from the dead.

IF such is our basic intention (and it most likely either HAS ALWAYS been, instead of NEVER once has been) we who have accepted Christ as our Redeemer and Lord, and with names thus registered in the Book of Life, are "once saved, always saved" - being that:

John 10:28 . . . I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish, and no one shall snatch them out of my hand.

BUT, if such is NOT our current basic intention, is NO LONGER our basic intention (or NEVER HAS BEEN our basic intention, and we have therefore always been against God and The Master's multi-faceted moral-holiness requirements for us), the wrath of God resides on and against us . . . and for those who desert or want to desert the Lord (whose names had previously been inscribed in The Book of Life) their names will be blotted out, which Divine intention is to blot is NOT a promise to not blot:

Revelation 3:5 He who conquers shall be clad thus in white clothes, and I will not blot his/her name out of the book of life; I will confess his/her name before my Father and before His (not "her") angels.

. . . but rather a serious and irrevocable intention to permanently blot (to eternal damnation):

It is not merely one or more of the 'angels' of The Seven Churches of Asia mentioned in Revelation chapters 2 through 3 who will receive the brunt of punishment for non-rectification of misbehaviors, but all those humans under the supervision of those Guardian Angels who will turn on sinful traitors among their mixed-company congregants as death-angel destroyers -- all of which pollutants and polluted will be in defiant and non-cooperative rebellion against Him having The [mysterious] "Seven Spirits of God" (as strange to us as are "The Four Living Creatures" around The Throne of God in Glory), and "The Seven Stars" (whatever they are, like the mysterious "Seven Thunders") in His hand.

Exodus 32:33 But the LORD said to Moses, "Whoever has sinned against me, him/her will I blot out of my Book.
Nehemiah 4:5 Do not cover their guilt, and let not their sin be blotted out from your sight; for they have provoked you to anger before the builders.
Psalm 9:5 You have told off the nations, you have destroyed the wicked; you have blotted out their name forever.
Psalm 69:28 Let them be blotted out of The Book of the Living; let them not be enrolled among The Righteous.

Hebrews 10:26 For if we sin deliberately after receiving the knowledge of the truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins [including Christ's atoning sacrifice of Himself which had been intended to be applied to the disqualified-by-impenitence adversaries],
Hebrews 10:27 but a fearful prospect of Judgment, and a fury of [everlasting outer-darkness] Fire which will consume the [ever-regenerated-for-more-painfully-tormented-consumption] adversaries.

Jude 1:5 Now I desire to remind you, though you were once for all fully informed, that he who saved a people out of the land of Egypt, afterward destroyed those who did not believe.
Jude 1:6 And the angels that did not keep their own position but left their proper dwelling have been kept by Him in eternal chains in the nether gloom until The Judgment of The Great Day.

Yes, as strange as it might seem, willful and deliberate apostasy to damnation by former [rocky-ground/choked-by-weeds-and-thus-smug-and-self-righteous/stunted-growth] baptists and others of other religious denominations is quite possible!

Matthew 7:22 On that day many will say to me, 'Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and cast out demons in your name, and do many mighty works in your name?'

Luke 6:46 "Why do you call me 'Lord, Lord,' and not do what I tell you?

Sometimes, a Nathan-the-prophet type chastises a sitting U.S. President, or an evangelical church (Baptist or other), after the Lord chastises him to do-it-right-from-now-on repentance.

If those who love what they know of God and His humanly-authored Bible really want to please God, but try to please him by carnally being publicly immodest in hairstyle or attire or in other ways persecute the church like Saul did, the Lord will see to it that they are enlightened and faced with an ultimatum to serve God in modest and acceptable ways which He wants them to do instead, like Saint Paul was enlightened on the road to Damascus when he "saw The Light."

Meanwhile:

Joshua 24:19 But Joshua said to the people, "You cannot serve the LORD; for He is a holy God; He is a jealous God; He will not forgive your transgressions or your sins."
Ecclesiastes 7:20 Surely there is not a righteous man on earth who does good and never sins.
Jeremiah 6:21 Therefore thus says the LORD: 'Hey, I will lay before this people stumbling blocks against which they shall stumble; fathers and sons together, neighbor and friend shall perish.'" [ Thanks a lot, Lord. May we return the favor, with interest ]

Matthew 13:41 The Son of Man will [thankfully] send His angels, and they will gather out of His kingdom all causes of sin and all evildoers,
Matthew 13:42 and throw them into the furnace of fire [yes!]; there men will weep and gnash their teeth.
Matthew 13:43 Then the righteous will shine like the sun in the kingdom of their Father. He who has ears, let him hear. [ Sounds like a plan! ]

Galatians 3:22 But the Scripture consigned all things to sin [ again, thanks a lot for that ], that what was promised to faith in Jesus Christ might be given to those who believe.

First John 1:8 If we [ once-saved-always-saved-Baptists? ] say we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.
First John 1:9 If we confess our sins [ in Catholic confessional booths? ], He is faithful and just, and will forgive our sins and cleanse us from all non-righteousness.
First John 1:10 If we say we have not sinned, we make Him out to be a liar, and His word is not in us.

First John 3:9 No one born of God commits sin [ even a teeny-weeny one, even one time ]; for God's nature resides in him, and he cannot sin because he is born of God.

Revelation 21:27 But nothing unclean shall enter it, nor any one who practices abomination or falsehood, but only those who are written in the Lamb's Book of Life. [ Holy Discrimination! - as Batman's Robin would exclaim ]

Do we have to wait until we get to Paradise to be endowed with God's perfect forgetfulness?

Surprisingly, and to some (limited) extent:

Isaiah 54:4 "Fear not, for you will not be ashamed; be not confounded, for you will not be put to shame; for you will forget the shame of your youth, and the reproach of your widowhood you will remember no more."

If we completely forget the sins we've committed in the past, and all sources of sinful temptations and stumbling are forever removed, it clearly is quite possible and probable [ and more ] that NO sinning will ever be done again by us FOREVER.

The righteous look forward to that.

And it almost "goes with saying" that the wicked would neither be happy nor pleased with it, and so - logically - would not and never be content being perfectly holy and sinless for all eternity.

Their choice.

God is not at fault nor to blame for that.

Moreover, the Word of the Lord (a sacred-sixty-six-books record of greed, jealousies, lies, murders, rapes, fornications, adulteries, slanders, blasphemies, and a lot more), which "abides forever" (maybe even forever in Heaven?), does promise:

Revelation 21:5 And He who sat upon the throne said, "Hey, I make all things new." Also He said, "Write this, for these words are trustworthy and true."

In view of what the Bible states Christ Jesus physically could and did do after His resurrection, part of that "new" probably will include what is now a necessity and mandatory for us humans to then become unnecessary and optional for the always-long-robed redeemed -- such as eating, drinking, urinating, defecating, sneezing, coughing, choking, sweating, sleeping, and the insatiable drive for reproductive sexually-erotic genitalizing, legitimatized by first getting then staying married:

Matthew 22:30 For in the resurrection they neither marry, nor are given in marriage, but are as the angels of God in Heaven.

Mark 12:25 For when they shall rise from the dead, they neither marry nor are given in marriage, but are as the angels who are in Heaven.

Luke 20:35 But they who shall be accounted worthy to obtain that world and the resurrection from the dead, neither marry nor are given in marriage
Luke 20:36 neither can they die any more; for they are equal to the angels and are the children of God, being the children of the resurrection.

Long white robes will be just the thing for the pure in heart then endowed with X-ray-like insight:

Hebrews 4:13 Neither is there any creature that is not manifest in His sight, but all things are naked and open to the eyes of Him with whom we have to do.

Paradise of Eden restored, in all it's beautiful aspects?
