Over the past several months, a number of free e-mail servicers (e.g. Excite Webmail [related to "bluetie.com"], G-Mail, Yahoo Mail, Facebook, and even Lycos Mail and Hotmail/Outlook/MSN and Inbox Mail) have engaged in what must be considered what in effect is none other than censorship against my Christian-essays bulk e-mailing endeavors...for whatever questionable and probably-demonic causes.
Each has done the blacklisting in various ways.
Excite Webmail, under the auspices and diversionary control of bluetie.com, all of a sudden simply informed me, when I had tried to bulk e-mail my theological masterpieces, that: "This Service is Not Available At This time."
I tried multiple times on different days to bulk e-mail using them, only to be frustrated by getting the same denial-of-service message on the computer screen, and ending up canceling the entire account with them altogether.
At least I could do that. Not as fortunate with some of the other ones.
Both G-Mail and Facebook suddenly required me to state my Mobile Number, with their excuse that "Suspicious Activity Has Been Detected on Your Account." I myself had not caused such so-called "suspicious activity." But there was then no possible access into that account without typing in my Mobile Number to get an entrance code (which I felt would have been a breach against my own security, and concerning which I saw no reasonable nor valid reason for me to so disclose my private phone number for God-only-knows what nefariousness they would do with it once they got it - despite their stated denials and supposed protection of such info).
I had a gut feeling that either quench-the-Spirit atheists or repressive homosexuals non-admittedly in charge of the "Anti-Spam Unit" of both G-Mail and Facebook and Yahoo Mail were behind the Required-Mobile-Number thing, and I certainly was not, nor presently am, willing to gullibly be deceitfully harassed by such adversarial dogs, or have my identity mismanaged relating to needlessly giving them my precious phone number relating to my crucial and vital communications phone service with T-Mobile.
A previous inhibitor they had imposed (with their own spam-like vagueness) was disallowing my e-mails to get through because "they were too many of them" (without forthrightly ever specifying just how many in quantity would have been acceptable).
Another technique they used to blacklist my bulk e-mails using their service was to then indiscriminately label ALL my bulk e-mails (even to friends who had been e-mailed previously and not objected to any of them) "Spam" -- which they mis-defined as ANY "non-solicited" bulk e-mail.
Matthew 28:19 Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,
Matthew 28:20 ...teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you..
Romans 10:14 But how are men to call upon Him in whom they have not believed? And how are they to believe in Him of whom they have never heard? And how are they to hear without a preacher?

In all rationality, I had always considered it sufficient that if anyone did not like anything which I e-mailed to them, they could bravely, courteously, and merely e-mail me back their objection asking to be removed from the listing, which I (of course) would gladly have non-harassively done. But apparently some did not have the politeness nor courage to do so, and so rather - as despicable cowards - they bypassed me and complained to Facebook, G-Mail, Yahoo Mail, and/or Excite Webmail, and so that I did not know which and that such individuals wanted discontinuation. How was I supposed to know that, if such persons did not directly inform me personally?
ACTUAL spam is continued or repeated messages sent from an automated or non-automated source, which continued or repeated messages the designated individual receiving them (not the e-mailer provider or conveyer) objects to receiving, but has no realistic or effective way to notify the specific source who sent such messages that the designed recipient wants no further messages from that designated source sent to them, OR the designated source continues to deliberately or knowingly send such objected-to-by-the-designated-recipient (not the e-mailer provider or conveyer) messages to the designed recipient, after the recipient actually and reasonably notifies the designated source of their objection with an actual, politely, and reasonably understandable request to cease sending further messages to them.
As it was, the anonymous-identity so-called Google Groups and the nameless "Internet Community" (whoever the duce they were and were not) had legalistically required me to put an Opt-Out in all my e-mails, which I did not deem necessary.....so I was blocked in the aforementioned ways, and could nothing about it (although in the case of Facebook I did register an official complaint to the California Better Business Bureau which did get the attention of one guys in Facebook management)....although I have learned by now to nevermore try to "Friend" anyone in my new no-personal-identity-given Facebook account, even those they suggest I "Friend" -- for fear of being threatened with Blockage for so friending, or trying to.
Perhaps some of those I had e-mailed using G-Mail and Excite Webmail Yahoo Mail were closet non-declared haters against God and His doctrines....virtual modern-day replicas of the Scripturally-mentioned "Alexander The Coppersmith" (who, as we remember, St Paul, in his Biblical book of Second Timothy, had declared that such coppersmith had "done him great harm and would be requited by the Lord").
It is possible that some such [demonic] e-mailed recipients who I had presumed were responsive and fair-minded Christians, were actually soldiers of Satan underneath it all -- who, upon finally reading some of my most recent literature instead of promptly deleting it without reading it, read it and then vehemently despised it....or who had been following my godly and righteous dissertations and not then responding for some time for whatever cause, but lying in wait to plan how they could (using an equivalent of identity-theft computer-software or protocol manipulation) suddenly and as diabolically as possible disrupt my e-mailing so as to confuse G-Mail and Excite Webmail Yahoo Mail, and simultaneously give me a bad name and reputation in the thinking not only of true Christians I had e-mailed, but also G-Mail and Excite Webmail Yahoo Mail staff and management.
St Paul bemoaned his similar situation:
Second Thessalonians 2:1 Now regarding the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and our assembling to meet him, we beg you, brethren,
Second Thessalonians 2:2 to not be quickly shaken in mind or excited, either by spirit or by word, or by letter purporting to be from us, to the effect that the day of Christ has come.
Second Timothy 4:14 Alexander the coppersmith did me great harm; the Lord will requite him for his deeds.
Which brings us to the question of what actually is "illegal" or "illegitimate" "spam?"
IS sunlight from the Sun to be mis-called "spam" by those who do not want sunlight coming down on them? IS gravity to be considered "spam" by those who do not like gravity? How about atmospheric oxygen?
Maybe stopsigns and stoplights are "spam" to some. Perhaps ambulances or police squad cars with the flashing red and blue strobelights getting precedence at intersections are considered "spam" by others.
Asking someone the time of day might be considered "spam" by the churlish. Saying "excuse me" or "thanks" at shops and service station doors might be considered "spam" by others.
How about everyone going out into the woods by themselves alone and never talking to anyone ever again being the ultimate solution to preventing "spam?"

That leads us to who has a "right" to do what - especially if, then when, that conflicts with the presumed "right" of someone else to not do whatever.
Media conjecture has it that ISIS is retaliating against alleged descendants of Catholic crusaders for such long-since deceased forcefully taking lands which ISIS presumes did not "initially" belong to such crusaders, and now they are using that as a satanic excuse to be hooded-terrorist murderers -- contrary to the Scriptural directive:
Deuteronomy 24:16 The fathers shall not be put to death for the children, nor shall the children be put to death for the fathers; every man shall be put to death for his own sin.
Second Kings 14:6 But he did not put to death the children of the murderers; according to what is written in the book of the law of Moses, where the LORD commanded: "The fathers shall not be put to death for the children, or the children be put to death for the fathers; but every man shall die for his own sin."
Second Chronicles 25:4 But he did not put their children to death, according to what is written in the law, in the book of Moses, where the LORD commanded: "The fathers shall not be put to death for the children, or the children be put to death for the fathers; but every man shall die for his own sin."
It is helpful to realize that many of the much-maligned Catholic crusaders were not only those whose penalty of sins was neutralized by Christ's atonement for them, but who were also and then redeemed by the redemption provided by their Lord Jesus and thus had had their sinfulness forever removed and taken away [Baptist-style?]:
Hebrews 10:1 For being the Law has but a shadow of the good things to come instead of the true form of these realities, it can never, by the same sacrifices which are continually offered year after year, make perfect those who draw near [even though we must yet obey all the moral law of Moses and Jesus and Paul and Peter and John per Christ's command to "be perfect" and "do what He tells us if we say that we love Him" being that ultimately "we will be judged - and hopefully acquitted rather than condemned - by what we have done").
10:2 Otherwise, would they not have ceased to be offered? If the worshipers had once been cleansed [atoned for and redeemed], they would no longer have any consciousness of sin.
10:3 But in these sacrifices there is a reminder of sin year after year.
10:4 For it is impossible that the blood of bulls and goats should take away sins [even though temporary atonement happened because of such].
10:5 Consequently, when Christ came into the world, He said, "Sacrifices and offerings you have not desired, but a body have you prepared for me;

Jeremiah 14:12 "Though they fast, I will not hear their cry, and though they offer burnt offering and cereal offering [and swallow hordes of repeatedly-accumulated communion wafers and gallons of communion wine], I will not accept them; but I will consume them by the sword, by famine, and by pestilence."
Amos 5:22 Even though you offer me your burnt offerings and cereal offerings [and slow-moving choreography up near the altar when attired in expensively-purchased fancy-design priest robes as attention bells are ding-a-linged], I will not accept them, and the peace offerings of your fatted beasts I will not look upon.
Hebrews 10:7 Then I said, 'Whoa! I have come to do your will, God,' as it is written of me in the roll of the book."
10:8 When He said above: "You have neither desired nor taken pleasure in sacrifices and offerings and burnt offerings and sin offerings" (these are offered according to the Law),
10:9 then he added, "Whoa! I have come to do your will." He abolishes the first in order to establish the second.
10:10 And by that will we have been sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once forever.
10:11 And every priest stands daily at his service, offering repeatedly the same sacrifices, which can never take away [i.e. redeem, concerning] sins.
10:12 But when Christ had offered for all time [backwards, present, and forward] a single sacrifice for sins, He sat down at the right hand of God,
10:13 then to wait until His enemies be made a stool for His feet.
10:14 For by a single offering He has perfected for all time those who are sanctified.
And was it "sin" for Pope Urban, around the eleventh century, and his questionably-"brutal" retaliating Catholic crusaders (as Kenyan-not-Hawaiian-born liar-in-chief Barack Hussein Obama has so slandered with his "brutality" charge) to take back Holy Land territory from homicidal muslim armies who had previously pillaged it themselves during the latter part of the Middle Ages, which already-previously-apportioned land God Himself (according to the Torah and Ezekiel chapter 47) had specifically promised not simply to father Abram/Abraham (who first produced the Arab Ishmael but then produced the Jew Isaac) but forever to Isaac and Jacob and their offspring Israelites?
Did Joshua "sin" by obeying the command of the LORD to peacefully pass through territory of the pagan idols-worshipping Canaanites? Was he guilty of "trespassing," or "spamming" them?
Exodus 23:28 "And I will send hornets before you, which shall drive out Hivite, Canaanite, and Hittite from before you."
Exodus 33:2 "And I will send an angel before you, and I will drive out the Canaanites, the Amorites, the Hittites, the Perizzites, the Hivites, and the Jebusites."
Exodus 34:11 "Observe what I command you this day. Hey, I will drive out before you the Amorites, the Canaanites, the Hittites, the Perizzites, the Hivites, and the Jebusites."
Numbers 20:17 "Now let us pass through your land. We will not pass through field or vineyard, neither will we drink water from a well; we will go along the King's Highway, we will not turn aside to the right hand or to the left, until we have passed through your territory."

Even the mighty warrior David did not self-appoint himself as mass-executioner, but instead:
Second Samuel 5:19 And David inquired of the LORD: "Shall I go up against the Philistines? Will you give them into my hand?" And the LORD said to David: "Go up; for I will certainly give the Philistines into your hand."
First Chronicles 14:10 And David inquired of God: "Shall I go up against the Philistines? Will you give them into my hand?" And the LORD said to him, "Go up, and I will give them into your hand."
Were American quite-modestly-attired pilgrim pioneers guilty of "spamming" obscenely-misattired native indians in what was to become known as United States territory? Where were the 'No Trespassing' signs from the half-naked savages? Where were the motion-detector sensors and barbed-wire fences [or at least poison-tipped voodoo spears] with snarling attack dogs on the eastern shores of North America? Where were the buried land mines and rifle sentrys plus missiles-and-mortars-defenses of the indians?
Was it "spam" for God the Creator to put The Tempter and the Forbidden Tree into the Garden of Eden without first asking Adam and Eve their permission to do that? Was it even "spam" for God to create Adam and Eve in the first place without getting their prior approval?
Did Japanese kamikazes spam our Navy soldiers at Pearl Harbor, or did we "spam" Hiroshima and Nagasaki with nuclear-blast bombs?
Who owns what?
It should be obvious that God is not simply The Creator of planet Earth....but then (by logical default) He also owns it.
It is His planet, and it is not that He has a "right" to own it, because "rights" are "rights" only if there is a higher or superior authority who grants such "right," and obviously in God the Creator's case there is no such higher or superior authority over Him.
The question then is: who (among those humans of conflicting interests) should and has and does God the Creator give the "right" to own and live peaceably on His planet?
There is a passive and an active answer.
The passive answer is that whoever accommodates best (or at least satisfactorily) to the environmental entities which the Creator has created has the "right" to possess His property -- simply because they (in stark contrast to others) survive to possess it by their previously-mentioned accommodation to what God has made and how He has made things.
To give one simple illustration among perhaps thousands and even millions:
God has, in myriad locations, created high cliffs with sharp rocks below. The one who has the "right" to exist is the one who exists and continues to exist by simply not jumping off the cliff and thus not suicidally murdering themself. The one who has the "right" to exist is the one who does not leap into God's erupting lava pit nor deliberately intrude into the roaring funnel of God's tornado. The one who has the "right" to exist is the one who does not, with belligerent and insane questioning, doubt and despise "Warning! High Voltage" signs, then fatally touch the terminals of a huge electrical transformer enclosed within a power substation.
But there is also the active answer.
God (whether some believe it, or not - it is irrelevant) already has, in various ways, directly communicated with certain of His deserving and compliant human creatures who He has [understandably] and non-capriciously chosen, predicted events of sometimes extraordinary manifestations and varieties, resulting in their sole survival contrasted with the demise of others He has not communicated to, probably because they rebelliously and even defiantly did not want communication from their Creator.
God - somehow - warned Noah to build an Ark out in the wilderness when it had never yet rained on Earth. No one at that time even had the slightest idea of what "rain" was. God not only communicated the future-event Global Flood to Noah, and details to prepare for it, but Noah (thankfully) believed Him and built the Ark.
And we're all here because of it. We all essentially stepped off the Ark together (or at least our ancestors did).
Survivors. All was not lost.
Consider that, ISIS.
No malicious homicidal swordplay was involved pertaining to Noah, the Ark, and The Worldwide Flood. No nitpicking about what land belonged to who. What happened was an Act of God beyond anything any human could do anything about, except prepare concerning it for survival.
The same thing was true regarding the plagues against antisemitic Egyptians. Neither Moses nor Aaron nor any other Hebrew caused any of the devastating and lethal plagues from the LORD to happen; they merely predicted them and then got out of God's way themselves (unlike Pharaoh and his pathetically-deceased cohorts).
St Peter himself did not harm nor murder Ananias and Sapphira in the book of Acts with some islamic or muslim knife or sword, but merely predicted that they both would suddenly drop dead in front of him. He himself did not lay a hand on them, nor even holler or swear at them. Nor did he superstitiously frighten them to death. The same thing happened to fatally-struck-down Herod by a retaliating angel of the Lord, as recorded in the New-Testament book of Acts.
By no human hand he met sudden and remarkably-"coincidental" death.
And which human took it upon himself to behead or decapitate 186,000 Syrian soldiers in one night? Zero!
Second Kings 19:35 And that night the angel of the LORD went forth, and slew a hundred and eighty-five thousand in the camp of the Assyrians; and when men arose early in the morning, hey, they were all dead bodies.
Isaiah 37:36 And the angel of the LORD went forth, and slew a hundred and eighty-five thousand in the camp of the Assyrians; and when men arose early in the morning, hey, they were all dead bodies.
The Scriptural Text does not elaborate on how the angel did that; such is not recorded in Holy Writ, nor does it need to be.
With a Creator like that actively involved with commanding whoever He wanted to do whatever for their very survival, is there any question of who has the "right" to which lands of His, and who was and is "spamming" who?
When the Death Angel caused every single first-born of both humankind and animals to stop breathing at midnight right before the Hebrew exodus out of Egypt, what beheader or decapitator or body burner did that? Who arrogantly took it upon himself or herself to do that?
Clearly, none.
Anyone tied in with a such an awesomely-terrifying Creator who can cause and has caused (at His discretion) to simply stop breathing all those who do not have the seemingly-ridiculous thing of having lamb's blood painted on their doorposts, clearly has the "right" to do anything that they, concordant with their Divine Commander, want.
First Corinthians 6:12 'All things are lawful for me,' but not all things are helpful. 'All things are lawful for me,' but I will not be enslaved by anything.
First Corinthians 10:23 'All things are lawful,' but not all things are helpful. 'All things are lawful,' but not all things build up.
That was verifiable history. But it did not stop there. Such providence is yet operational, and will continue to be.
Even more so, as time goes on. Deny it or not, those yet obeying God and thus continuing to live (and to continue on after prophesied resurrection) will have the last word. Not MSNBC's Lawrence O'Donnell.
