The Temple?

Although it apparently is a foregone conclusion of some judaizers? that "The Temple" in Jerusalem Israel will be rebuilt, and moreover that [ G-d forbid! ] sacrificial-atonement-by-Jesus-ignoring-and-bypassing bloody animal sacrifices will commence and be committed (not "performed") therein, below are a few Bible verses giving us insight on whether the alleged "future rebuilt temple" is going to be an actual physical building built on the Mount of Olives or wherever in Jerusalem . . . or instead merely has a spiritual or allegorical meaning with direct reference, of course, to the true Messiah (Jesus Christ) and His "church" (whoever that is comprised of):

Judges 4:22 And hey, as Barak pursued Sisera, Jael went out to meet him, and said to him, "Come, and I will show you the man whom you are seeking." So he went in to her tent; and there lay Sisera dead, with the tent peg in his forehead (NOT "temple").

Second Samuel 22:7 "In my distress I called on the LORD; to my God I called. From His temple? [ not built by Solomon! ] He heard my voice, and my shout came to His ears."

Ezra 5:14 And the gold and silver vessels of the house of God, which Nebuchadnezzar had taken out of the temple that was in Jerusalem and brought into the temple of Babylon, these Cyrus the king took out of the temple of Babylon, and they were delivered to one whose name was Sheshbazzar, whom he had made governor;
Ezra 5:15 and he said to him, "Take these vessels, go and put them in the temple which is in Jerusalem, and let the house of God be rebuilt on its site."

13 Do I eat the flesh of bulls, or drink the blood of goats? [ golden statues of fat Buddha certainly do not eat it either ]
14 Offer to God a sacrifice of thanksgiving [ without the bloody ASPCA/PETA-protected stockyard dead-meat animals ], and pay your vows to the Most High;
15 and call upon me in the day of trouble; I will deliver you, and you shall glorify me."
16 But to the wicked God says: "What right have you to recite my statutes, or take my covenant on your lips?
17 For you hate discipline, and you throw my words behind you.
18 If you see a thief, you are a friend of his; and you keep company with adulterers.
19 You give your mouth free rein for evil, and your tongue frames deceit.
20 You sit and speak against your brother; you slander your own mother's son.
21 These things you have done and I have been silent; you thought that I was one like yourself. But now I rebuke you, and lay the charge before you.
22 Mark this, then, you who forget God, lest I rend, and there be none to deliver!
23 He who brings thanksgiving as his sacrifice honors me; to him who orders his way aright I will show the salvation of God!"

Ezekiel 43:11 And if they are ashamed of all that they have done, portray the temple, its arrangement, its exits and its entrances, and its whole form; and make known to them all its ordinances and all its laws; and write it down in their sight, so that they may observe and perform [ not "commit" ] all its laws and all its ordinances.

Daniel 11:31 Forces from him shall appear and profane the temple [ "the" temple? Which temple? ] and fortress [ What "fortress?" ], and shall take away the continual burnt offering [ What is "the continual burnt offering? The bloody gospel of Jesus Christ? The Holy Spirit? Those in whom the Spirit resides? ]. And they shall set up the abomination that makes desolate [ What abomination? Which makes what desolate? "Desolate" in what way(s)? ].

Amos 5:21 "I hate, I despise your feasts, and I take no delight in your solemn assemblies [ wherein the chauvinistic inferior gender get up and flap their feminist-sexist pseudo-"bishop"/pseudo-"reverend"/pseudo-"pastor"/pseudo-"priest" jaws at the lectern and near the altar ]
22 Even though you offer me your burnt offerings and cereal offerings, I will not accept them, and the peace offerings of your fatted beasts I will not look upon.
23 Take away from me the noise of your [ pablum-doctrine praise ] songs; to the melody of your harps [ i.e. screechy and bangy guitars and drums ] I will not listen.
24 But let [ patriarchal/male leadership only at the altar, lectern, and in church councils ] justice roll down like waters, and [ church-pew women always modestly attired in up-do or back-of-head-ponytail hairstyles, long sleeves, long slacks, and socks with shoes ] righteousness like an ever-flowing stream."

Micah 6:7 Will the LORD be pleased with thousands of rams [ or even one bloody specimen ], with ten thousands of rivers of oil [ imported foreign oil? ]? Zechariah 6:15 And those who are far off shall come and help to build the temple [ What "temple?" Build it where? How, and with what? With specs of Solomon's temple, or instead a later one? ] of the LORD; and you shall know that the LORD of hosts has sent me to you. And this shall come to pass, if you will diligently obey the voice of the LORD your God.
Zechariah 8:9 Thus says the LORD of hosts: "Let your hands be strong, you who in these days have been hearing these words from the mouth of the prophets, since the day that the foundation of the house of the LORD of hosts was laid, that the temple might be built."

Matthew 9:13 Go and learn what this means, 'I desire mercy, and not sacrifice.' For I came not to call the righteous, but sinners.

Matthew 24:15 "So when you see the desolating sacrilege [ What "desolating sacrilege?" ] spoken of by the prophet Daniel, standing in the holy place (let the reader understand) [ What "holy place?" ],
16 then let those who are in Judea [ sorry, I live in America ] flee to the mountains;
17 let him who is on the housetop not go down to take what is in his house;
18 and let him who is in the field not turn back to take his mantle.
19 And alas for those who are with child and for those who give suck [ "give suck?" ] in those days!
20 Pray that your flight may not be in winter or on a sabbath [ You'd better pray specifically for that! ].
21 For then there will be great tribulation, such as has not been from the beginning of the world until now, no, and never will be.
22 And if those days had not been shortened, no human being would be saved; but for the sake of the elect those days will be shortened.
29 Immediately after the [ 42-month Great-Tribulation ] tribulation of those days the Sun will be darkened, and the Moon will not give its light, and the stars will fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken;
30 then will appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven, and then all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see the Son of man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory [ to battle at Armageddon, in accord with Revelation chapter 19];
31 and He will send out His angels with a loud trumpet call, and they will gather His elect from the four winds [ south/west/north/east ?] , from one end of heaven to the other" [ not to be confused with THE Final Rapture that will only occur after the Millennium when the heavens and Earth are annihilated with a loud noise in fervent heat immediately before the Matthew-chapter-25-referenced sheep-and-goats Judgment occurs ].

Matthew 26:61 "...and said, "This Fellow said, 'I am able to destroy the temple of God, and to build it in three days.'

Luke 21:37 And every day [ full-time job ] He was teaching in the temple, but at night He went out and lodged on the mount called Olivet [ not at the Ramada nor Hilton nor Motel 6, but instead The Hideout? ].
Luke 22:53 "When I was with you day after day in the temple, you did not lay hands on me. But this is your hour, and the power of darkness."

John 2:21 But He spoke of the temple of his body [ another potentially-confusing allegory, like bread meaning flesh, wine meaning blood, sleeping meaning death, etc etc. etc. Why the possibly-dangerous poetry talk misconstrued as being mistaken as literal references? ]

John 10:23 it was winter [ no subzero icestorms there and then? ], and Jesus was walking in the temple, in the portico of Solomon.
John 11:56 They were looking for Jesus and saying to one another as they stood in the temple, "What do you think? That He will not come to the feast?"
John 18:20 Jesus answered him, "I have spoken openly to the world; I have always taught in synagogues and in the temple, where all Jews come together; I have said nothing secretly.

Acts 2:46 And day by day, attending the temple together and breaking bread in their homes, they partook of food with glad and generous hearts
3:1 Now Peter and John were going up to the temple at the hour of prayer, about 3 p.m.
3:2 And a man lame from birth was being carried, whom they laid daily at that gate of the temple which is called Beautiful to ask alms of those who entered the temple.
3:3 Seeing Peter and John about to go into the temple, he asked for alms [ perhaps not having a city permit to beg and thus annoy passers-by disturbed and frightened by such 'Homeless'-sign-displaying spam-like non-solicited harassment at stoplight intersections ].

Acts 5:21 And when they heard this, they entered the temple at daybreak and taught. Now the high priest came and those who were with him and called together the council and all the senate of Israel, and sent to the prison to have them brought.

27 When the seven days were almost completed, the Jews from Asia, who had seen him in the temple, stirred up all the crowd, and laid hands on him,
28 blattering out, "Men of Israel, help! This is the man who is teaching men everywhere against the people and the law and this place [ or, in other words, against us vile-vermin creeps who hate the saving gospel of Jesus Christ, His servant Paul, and thus God Almighty Himself ]; moreover he also brought Greeks into the temple, and he has defiled this holy place."
29 For they had previously seen Trophimus the Ephesian with him in the city, and they supposed that Paul had brought him into the temple.
30 Then all the city was aroused, and the people ran together; they seized Paul and dragged him out of the temple, and at once the gates were shut.

Acts 24:6 He even tried to profane the temple, but we seized him [ Wrong, blasphemous heresy-breath: You profaned the temple by imposing your stinking illegal-alien carcasses therein, and Roman citizens - not you - seized him ].
Acts 24:12 and they did not find me disputing with any one or stirring up a crowd, either in the temple or in the synagogues, or in the city.

Acts 24:14 "But this I admit to you, that according to the Way, which they call a sect, I worship the God of our fathers, believing everything laid down by the law or written in the prophets,
15 having a hope in God which these themselves accept, that there will be a resurrection of both the just and the injust.
16 So I always am very contentious to have a clear conscience toward God and toward men.
17 Now after some years I came to bring to my nation alms and offerings.
18 As I was doing this, they found me purified in the temple, without any gang nor causing a public nuisance . . . except to some trouble-causing holocaust-deserving jews from Asia
19 who ought to be here before you and to make an accusation (if they have anything against me)
20 Or else let these men themselves say what wrongdoing they found when I stood before the council . . .
21 except this one thing which I openly declared while standing among them: with respect [ and I do mean respect ] to the resurrection of the dead I am on trial before you this day."
22 But Felix [ not the cat ], having a rather accurate knowledge of the Way, put them off, saying, "When Lysias the tribune comes down, I will decide your case."
23 Then he gave orders to the centurion that he should be kept in custody but should have some liberty, and that none of his friends should be prevented from attending to his needs.

Acts 25:8 Paul said in his defense, "Neither against the law of the Jews, nor against the temple, nor against Caesar [ Roman civil statutes and ordinances, be they federal or state or county or city/township ] have I offended at all."
Acts 26:21 For this cause [ anti-Christians and anti-Christianity 70-A.D.-and-1940s-A.D.-holocaust-deserving ] jews seized me in the temple and tried to murder me.

Luke 23:28 But Jesus turning to them said, "Daughters of Jerusalem, do not weep for me, but weep for yourselves and for your children.
29 For hey, the days are coming [ 70 A.D. and the 1940s A.D. and more ] when they will say, 'Blessed are the barren, and the wombs that never bore, and the breasts that never gave suck!'
30 Then they will begin to say to the mountains, 'Fall on us'; and to the hills, 'Cover us.'

First Corinthians 3:16 Do you not know that you are God's temple and that God's Spirit resides in you?
First Corinthians 3:17 If any one destroys God's temple, God will destroy him (or her). For God's temple is holy, and that temple you are.

First Corinthians 5:7 Cleanse out the old leaven that you may be a new lump, as you really are unleavened. For Christ, our paschal lamb, has been sacrificed [ so there is absolutely and positively no need whatsoever to begin and perpetuate bloody animal sacrifices! ].

And, for the sake of any dull of understanding . . . ONE more time:

First Corinthians 5:7 Cleanse out the old leaven that you may be a new lump, as you really are unleavened. For Christ, our paschal lamb, has been sacrificed [ so there is absolutely and positively no need whatsoever to begin and perpetuate bloody animal sacrifices! ].

First Corinthians 6:19 Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, which you have from God? You are not your own

Second Corinthians 6:16 What agreement has the temple of God with idols? For we are THE temple of the living God; as God said, "I will live in them and move among them, and I will be their God, and they shall be my people."

Ephesians 2:19 So then you are no longer strangers and sojourners, but you are fellow citizens with the saints and members of the household of God,
20 built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Christ Jesus himself being the cornerstone,
21 in whom the whole structure is joined together and grows into a holy temple in the Lord

Second Thessalonians 2:3 Let no one deceive you in any way; for that [ Second-Coming-of-Christ-at-Armageddon ] Day will not come, unless the rebellion comes first, and The Man of Lawlessness [ sort of sounds like Barack "Executive-Orders-bypassing-Congress" Kenyan-not-Hawaiian-born Obama? ] is revealed, the son of perdition,
Second Thessalonians 2:4 who opposes and exalts himself against every so-called god or object of worship, so that he seats himself in the temple of God [ review First Corinthians 6:19 and Second Corinthians 6:16 ], proclaiming himself to be God.

Hebrew 10:5 Consequently, when Christ came into the world, He said, "Sacrifices and offerings you have not desired, but a body have you prepared for me;
6 in burnt offerings and sin offerings you have taken no pleasure.
7 Then I said, 'Wow, I have come to do your will, God,' as it is written of me in the roll of the book."
8 When He said above, "You have neither desired nor taken pleasure in sacrifices and offerings and burnt offerings and sin offerings" (these are offered according to the law),
9 then he added, "Wow, I have come to do your will." He abolishes the first in order to establish the second.
10 And by that will we have been sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.
11 And every priest stands daily at his service, offering repeatedly the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins.
12 But when Christ had offered for all time a single sacrifice for sins, He sat down at the right hand of God.
14 For by a single offering He has perfected for all time those who are sanctified.
15 And the Holy Spirit also bears witness to us; for after saying,
16 "This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days," says the Lord: "I will put my laws on their hearts, and write them on their minds,"
17 then He adds, "I will remember their sins and their misdeeds no more."
18 Where there is forgiveness of these, there is no longer any offering for sin.
19 Therefore, brethren, since we have confidence to enter the sanctuary by the blood of Jesus,
20 by the new and living way which He opened for us through the curtain, that is, through His flesh,
21 and since we have a Great Priest over the house of God,
22 let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, with our hearts sprinkled clean from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water [ showering is best, instead of lying in scummy bathwater ].

Revelation 3:12 He who conquers, I will make him a pillar in the temple of my God; never shall he go out of it, and I will write on him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, the new Jerusalem which comes down from my God out of heaven, and my own new name.
7:15 Therefore are they before the throne of God, and serve [ with astonishing vocational and occupational diversity ] Him day and night within His temple; and He who sits upon the throne will shelter them with His presence.
11:1 Then I was given a measuring rod like a staff, and I was told: "Rise and measure the temple of God and the altar and those who worship there,
11:2 but do not measure the court outside the temple; leave that out, for it is given over to the nations, and they will trample over the holy city for forty-two months.
11:19 Then God's temple in heaven was opened, and THE Ark of His Covenant was seen within His temple [ NOT in the possession of Indiana Jones and his deplorably-mopheaded snit all tied up by the nazis]; and there were flashes of lightning, voices, peals of thunder, an earthquake, and heavy hail.
15:5 After this I looked, and the temple of the tent of witness in heaven was opened,
15:6 and out of the temple came the seven angels with the seven plagues, robed in pure bright linen, and their breasts girded with golden breastpieces.
15:8 and the temple was filled with smoke from the glory of God and from his power, and no one could enter the temple until the seven plagues of the seven angels were ended.
16:1 Then I heard a loud voice from the temple telling the seven angels, "Go and pour out on the earth the seven bowls of the wrath of God."
16:17 The seventh angel poured his bowl into the air, and a loud voice came out of the temple, from the throne, saying, "It is done!" [ What is done? Don't jump the gun, nor count your chickens before they hatch! It ain't over till the fat lady sings. ]
21:22 And I saw no temple in the city, for its temple is the Lord God the Almighty and the Lamb.

From the above-mentioned verses, it is absolutely clear that Christ's body was THE Temple of temples, and those belonging to Christ Jesus (both in Heaven and on Earth) are part of His Temple!

Moreover, according to the previously-stated Scripture references, there obviously is a temple in Heaven which is not located on Earth (particularly not on the present Mount of Olives in Jerusalem Israel -- with or without the Moslem Dome of the Rock underneath it).

Then, while leaning on Your breast,
Let me hear You say to me:
'Fear not, I will pilot thee.'
