Who to Kill

The human personhood within which resides the unique eternal-destiny human soul of the non-born fetal human baby in the womb of his or her (not "it's") Divinely-appointed-caretaker human mother....has ALREADY been adequately-established by such Scriptural references and proof as:

Exodus 21:22 When men strive together, and hurt a woman with child, so that there is a miscarriage, and yet no harm follows, the one who hurt her shall be fined, according as the woman's husband shall lay upon him; and he shall pay as the judges determine.
Exodus 21:23 If any harm follows, then you shall give life for life....

Numbers 35:16 But if he struck him down with an instrument of iron, so that he died, he is a murderer; the murderer shall be put to death.

Deuteronomy 19:21 Your eye shall not pity; it shall be life for life, eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot.

Deuteronomy 30:19 I call heaven and earth to witness against you this day, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and curse; therefore choose life, that you and your descendants may live...

Job 10:11 You did clothe me with skin and flesh, and knit me together with bones and sinews.

Psalm 139:13 For You did form my inward parts, You did knit me together in my mother's womb.

Jeremiah 1:5 Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, and before you were born I consecrated you; I appointed you a prophet to the nations.

Luke 1:36 And hey, your cousin Elizabeth has also conceived a son [Gr. uion] in her old age, and this is the sixth month with her, who was called barren.
Luke 1:41 And it came to pass, when Elizabeth heard the salutation of Mary, the babe [Gr. brephos] leaped in her womb, and Elizabeth was filled with the Holy Spirit.
Luke 1:42 And she spoke out with a loud voice and said, "Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb.
Luke 1:43 And why is it granted to me that the mother of my Lord should come to me?
Luke 1:44 For wow, as soon as the voice of your salutation sounded in my ears, the babe [Gr. brephos] leaped in my womb for joy.

Luke 2:4 And Joseph also went up from Galilee, from the city of Nazareth, to Judea, to the city of David, which is called Bethlehem, because he was of the house and lineage of David,
Luke 2:5 to be enrolled with Mary, his betrothed, who was with child.
Luke 2:6 And while they were there, the time came for her to be delivered.
Luke 2:7 And she gave birth to her first-born Son [Gr. uion] and wrapped Him in swaddling cloths, and laid Him in a manger, because there was no place for them in the inn.
Luke 2:16 And they went in a hurry, and found Mary and Joseph, and the babe [Gr. brephos] lying in a manger.

Thus, regarding (not necessarily concerning, let alone pertaining to) an actual pre-born fetal human being with BOTH personhood and soul, Biblical passages which require executing a fornicated mom who got pregnant outside of marriage (not necessarily "wedlock") initially seem perplexing, to say the least.

In other words, should girls, who conceive a child while not married to the man who participated in the conception, be [legally] executed by prison-officials-performed hanging, firing squad, gas chamber, or lethal injection...while the non-born child is yet in her womb....or instead should the execution occur [immediately] after she has given birth to the child?

The Divinely-inspired directives for extra-marital execution against female fornicators are as follows:

Genesis 38:24 About three months later Judah was told, "Tamar your daughter-in-law has played the harlot; and moreover she is with child by harlotry." And Judah said, "Bring her out, and let her be burned."

John 8:3 The scribes and the Pharisees brought a woman who had been caught in adultery, and placing her in the midst
John 8:4 they said to him, "Teacher [like miscalling President George Bush "Governor" Bush instead], this woman has been caught in the act of adultery. [Prove it! Did you hypocritically watch with glee?]
John 8:5 Now in the law Moses commanded us to stone such. What do you say about her?"
John 8:6 This they said to test Him, that they might have some charge to bring against Him. Jesus bent down and wrote with His finger on the ground.
John 8:7 And as they continued to ask Him, He stood up and said to them, "Let him who is without sin among you be the first to throw a stone at her."
John 8:8 And once more He bent down and wrote with His finger on the ground.
John 8:9 But when they heard it, they went away, one by one, beginning with the eldest, and Jesus was left alone with the woman standing before Him.
John 8:10 Jesus looked up and said to her, "Woman, where are they? Has no one condemned you?"
John 8:11 She said, "No one, Lord." ["Lord?" which infers authoritative mastery, instead of merely: "God?"] And Jesus said, "Neither do I condemn you; go, and do not sin again." [Except maybe one or twice later on, but afterwards (if you're still alive to do it) simply ask for forgiveness, do penance, and continue to irresponsibly misuse the grace of God by presuming that "God is unconditional love, mercy, and forgiveness - no matter what we are or have done, and accepts us just as we are"]?

Galatians 6:1 Brethren, if a man is overtaken in any trespass, you who are spiritual should restore him in a spirit of gentleness. Look to yourself, lest you too be tempted.

Deuteronomy 22:20 But if the thing is true, that the tokens of virginity were not found in the young woman,
Deuteronomy 22:21 then they shall bring out the young woman to the door of her father's house, and the men of her city shall stone her to death with stones, because she has wrought folly in Israel by playing the harlot in her father's house; so you shall purge the evil from the midst of you.

Deuteronomy 22:23 If there is a betrothed virgin, and a man meets her in the city and lies with her,
Deuteronomy 22:24 then you shall bring them both out to the gate of that city, and you shall stone them to death with stones, the young woman because she did not cry for help though she was in the city, and the man because he violated his neighbor's wife; so you shall purge the evil from the midst of you.

Ezekiel 5:11 Wherefore, as I live, says the Lord GOD, surely, because you have defiled My sanctuary with all your detestable things and with all your abominations, therefore I will cut you down; My eye will not spare, and I will have no pity.

Ezekiel 16:36 Thus says the Lord GOD, Because your shame was laid bare and your nakedness uncovered in your harlotries with your lovers, and because of all your idols, and because of the [abortion-homicide-butchery] blood of your children that you gave to them,
Ezekiel 16:37 therefore, hey, I will gather all your lovers, with whom you took pleasure, all those you loved and all those you loathed; I will gather them against you from every side, and will uncover your [R-to-XXX] nakedness to them, that they may see all your nakedness.
Ezekiel 16:38 And I will judge you as women who break wedlock and shed [abortion-murder] blood are judged, and bring upon you the blood of wrath and jealousy.
Ezekiel 16:39 And I will give you into the hand of your lovers, and they shall throw down your vaulted chamber and break down your lofty places; they shall strip you of your clothes and take your fair jewels [job loss, permanant unemployment, and bankruptcy] and leave you naked and bare.
Ezekiel 16:40 They shall bring up a host against you, and they shall stone you and cut you to pieces with their [abortion-homicide-scalpel, dark-alley-knives, and-worse] swords.

Second Samuel 12:7 Nathan said to David, "You are the man. Thus says the LORD, the God of Israel, 'I anointed you king over Israel, and I delivered you out of the hand of Saul;
Second Samuel 12:8 and I gave you your master's house, and your master's wives into your bosom, and gave you the house of Israel and of Judah; and if this were too little, I would add to you as much more.
Second Samuel 12:9 Why have you despised the word of the LORD, to do what is evil in his sight? You have smitten Uriah the Hittite with the sword, and have taken his wife to be your wife, and have slain him with the sword of the Ammonites.
Second Samuel 12:10 Now therefore the sword shall never depart from your house, because you have despised Me, and have taken the wife of Uriah the Hittite to be your wife.'
Second Samuel 12:11 Thus says the LORD, 'Hey, I will raise up evil against you out of your own house; and I will take your wives before your eyes, and give them to your neighbor, and he shall lie with your wives in the sight of this sun.
Second Samuel 12:12 For you did it secretly; but I will do this thing before all Israel, and before the sun.'"
Second Samuel 12:13 David said to Nathan, "I have sinned against the LORD." And Nathan said to David, "The LORD also has put away your sin; you shall not die.
Second Samuel 12:14 Nevertheless, because by this deed you have utterly scorned the LORD, the child that is born to you shall die." [Tell that to 911, the Bureau of Criminal Apprehension and the Sheriff's Hate-Crimes-and-Homicide-Investigation Department]

Surely, the [so-called, purported, and alleged] "unconditional love of the Lord" and "His boundless mercy and forgiveness" is clearly indicated [sarcasm intended] by what Paul Harvey might have called "the rest of the story:"

Second Samuel 12:15 Then Nathan went to his house. And the LORD struck the child that Uriah's wife bore to David, and it became sick.
Second Samuel 12:16 David therefore besought God for the child; and David fasted, and went in and lay all night upon the ground.
Second Samuel 12:17 And the elders of his house stood beside him, to raise him from the ground; but he would not, nor did he eat food with them.

And surely, the [so-called, purported, and alleged] "unconditional love of the Lord" and "His boundless mercy and forgiveness" is clearly indicated [sarcasm intended] by what Paul Harvey might have called "the rest of the story."

Besides that, perhaps David was dunked in a re-immersion baptism, and ingested eucharist on top of that, to show his genuine sincerity and works-righteousness debasement and abstinence for arrogantly-self-sufficient pseudo-self-atonement?

Second Samuel 12:18 On the seventh day the child died. And the servants of David feared to tell him that the child was dead; for they said, "Hey, while the child was yet alive, we spoke to him, and he did not listen to us; how then can we say to him the child is dead? He may do himself some harm."
Second Samuel 12:19 But when David saw that his servants were whispering together, David perceived that the child was dead; and David said to his servants, "Is the child dead?" They said, "He is dead."
Second Samuel 12:20 Then David arose from the earth, and washed, and anointed himself, and changed his clothes; and he went into the house of the LORD, and worshiped; he then went to his own house; and when he asked, they set food before him, and he ate.
Second Samuel 12:21 Then his servants said to him, "What is this thing that you have done? You fasted and wept for the child while it was alive; but when the child died, you arose and ate food."
Second Samuel 12:22 He said, "While the child was still alive, I fasted and wept; for I said, 'Who knows whether the LORD will be gracious to me, that the child may live?'
Second Samuel 12:23 But now he is dead; why should I fast? Can I bring him back again? I shall go to him, but he will not return to me."
Second Samuel 12:24 Then David comforted his wife, Bathsheba, and went in to her, and lay with her; and she bore a son, and he called his name Solomon. And the LORD loved him...

...which was better that beating her up for her deliberately and, in gross-indecent-exposure immodesty, exposing her nudity to him while bathing.

Also note that Bathsheba was not promptly, or soon thereafter, stoned for her part in committing adultery with David.

First Corinthians 3:12 Now if any one builds on the foundation with gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, straw...
First Corinthians 3:13 each man's work will become manifest; for the Day will disclose it, because it will be revealed with fire, and the fire will test what sort of work each one has done.
First Corinthians 3:14 If the work which any man has built on the foundation survives, he will receive a reward.
First Corinthians 3:15 If any man's work is burned up, he will suffer loss, though he himself will be saved, but only as through fire.
First Corinthians 3:16 Do you not know that you are God's temple and that God's Spirit dwells in you? 15 If any man's work is burned up, he will suffer loss, though he himself will be saved, but only as through fire.

Some of the actual performance of the moral laws in the Old Testament were (and yet are) dependent upon certain circumstances.

To wit, for a young woman to be stoned to death, she has to be yet alive to be stoned; specifically, if she has already committed suicide or died of a heart attack, stroke, knife wound, crushed skull [Rocks Kill, Not Guns?], whatever...it is impossible to fulfil the command to stone her to death.

And should the non-born child die in the sinful womb of his or her execution-required mother as she is executed?

Ezekiel 18:20 The soul that sins shall die. The son shall not suffer for the iniquity of the father, nor the father suffer for the iniquity of the son; the righteousness of the righteous shall be upon himself, and the wickedness of the wicked shall be upon himself.

If the mother who conceived when fornicating births the child, and she is promptly executed, who will nurse and take care of the child? The father only? Relatives? An adoption center?

Titus 2:3 Bid the older women likewise to be reverent in behavior, not to be slanderers or slaves to drink; they are to teach what is good,
Titus 2:4 and so train the young women to love their husbands and children,
Titus 2:5 to be sensible, chaste, domestic, kind, and submissive to their husbands, that the word of God may not be discredited.
Titus 2:6 Likewise urge the younger men to control themselves.

More exceptions?

Matthew 22:24 saying, "Teacher [here we go again, with that "teacher"-term slander], Moses said, 'If a man dies, having no children, his brother must marry the widow, and raise up children for his brother.'

But what if that brother already has a wife, and is a bishop or deacon, besides?

First Timothy 3:2 Now a bishop must be above reproach, the husband of one wife [i.e. monogamous males], temperate, sensible, dignified, hospitable, an apt teacher,
First Timothy 3:12 Let deacons be the husband of one wife [i.e. monogamous males], and let them manage their children and their households well;

How about fornicating in cases of sterility without pregnancy and obviously also not childbirth either?

Matthew 19:3 And Pharisees came up to Him and tested Him by asking, "Is it lawful to divorce one's wife for any cause?"
Matthew 19:4 He answered, "Have you not read that He who made them from the beginning made them male and female,
Matthew 19:5 and said, 'For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh'?
Matthew 19:6 So they are no longer two but one flesh. What therefore God has joined together, let not man put asunder."
Matthew 19:7 They said to him, "Why then did Moses command one to give a certificate of divorce, and to put her away?"
Matthew 19:8 He said to them, "For your hardness of heart Moses allowed you to divorce your wives, but from the beginning it was not so.
Matthew 19:9 And I say to you: whoever divorces his wife, except for unchastity, and marries another, commits adultery."
Matthew 19:10 The disciples said to Him, "If such is the case of a man with his wife, it is not expedient to marry."
Matthew 19:11 But He said to them, "Not all men can receive this saying, but only those to whom it is given.
Matthew 19:12 For there are eunuchs who have been so from birth, and there are eunuchs who have been made eunuchs by men, and there are eunuchs who have made themselves eunuchs for the sake of the kingdom of heaven. He who is able to receive this, let him receive it."

Word Substitutions:

The Crucial Yet Limited Necessity of Symbolic Semantically-Conveyed Abstractions

Humans, superior in contrast to animals and other lower lifeforms, have the Creator-incepted capacity and advantage of conveniently (to say the least) describing existing entities and phenomena of nature with written or spoken words consisting of language lettering.

Sometimes, though, words cannot describe some aspects of our environment.

For example, it is practically impossible to describe the color green without actually seeing it for onesself, but then to in fact view something having the color green is often benign and harmless action (though other characteristics of what is green might be quite destructive to the viewer).

Ephesians 5:13 ...but when anything is exposed by the light it becomes visible, for anything that becomes visible is light (photonically speaking).

Also, the visual ability to use eyesight is, by itself, an amoral or ambient potential, but what is viewed can be either constructive or destructive, and correspondingly the eyes themselves are either constructive or destructive:

Matthew 6:22 The eye is the lamp of the body. So, if your eye is sound, your whole body will be full of light;
Matthew 6:23 But if your eye is evil, your whole body shall be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in you is darkness, how great is that darkness!

As with many entities in the environment, their created and maintained presence in existence neither helps nor hurts by themselves, but what is done to and with them many times results in what is termed helpful or harmful.

To wit, nicotene in tobacco plants, marijuana in marijuana plants, U235 in uranium ore, ultraviolet rays, and ingredients for gunpowder, like mosquitos and gnats and flies and bees, are a part of the Lord's handiwork. When used or reacted to for devious and sinful purposes, however, such become a nuisance or even diabolical, for which the blame and fault is rightly assigned to the humans who misuse or are adversely affected by such, instead of to the benign God who provided them.

More often than not, simply viewing or listening to symbolic representations or substitutions of what is described are not adequate to satisfy the human being:

Ecclesiastes 1:8 All things are full of weariness; a man cannot utter it; the eye is not satisfied with seeing, nor the ear filled with hearing.

For instance, to simply state in lingistically-conveyed symbolic word abstractions that one has to eat, relieve onesself in the restroom, or have sex, cannot suffice for actually doing or performing that abstraction behaviorally.

Luke 6:46 Why do you call me 'Lord, Lord,' and not do what I tell you?
John 15:14 You are my friends if you do what I command you.

Romans 4:21 fully convinced that God was able to do what he had promised.

Romans 7:15 I do not understand my own actions. For I do not do what I want, but I do the very thing I hate.
Romans 7:16 Now if I do what I do not want, I agree that the law is good.
Romans 7:20 Now if I do what I do not want, it is no longer I that do it, but sin which resides within me.

Romans 13:3 For rulers are not a terror to good conduct, but to bad. Would you have no fear of him who is in authority? Then do what is good, and you will receive his approval...

Second Corinthians 13:7 But we pray God that you may not do wrong - not that we may appear to have met the test, but that you may do what is right, though we may seem to have failed.
Philemon 1:8 Accordingly, though I am bold enough in Christ to command you to do what is required...

First John 3:22 ...and we receive from him whatever we ask, because we keep His commandments and do what pleases Him.

But merely to describe to others certain harmful entitites with lingistically-conveyed symbolic word abstractions sometimes is required for the wellbeing and even survival of those others. To give one example, one need not ingest poison to understand the dire effects of actually swallowing some, when substitutionary verbal or written description using symbolic-lettering words clearly will suffice. The same is true of substitutionarily describing benign-unless-misused high-voltage electricity, lust-inciting porn (misbehavior never benign or harmless), self-inflicted gunshot wounds to the head, the rather-indescribable short-term/long-term effects of committing (not "performing") warm-weather immodesty and sometimes-consequential fornication-based abortion-homicide murder (misbehavior never benign or harmless), powerful sources of radioactivity, and so on.

The absurd commanded requirement of some persons claiming: "You have to experience it yourself to really know what you are talking about so others can then actually believe you" can not simply be needless but even fatal, and such devastating imperative for that type of "education" one can instead legitimately re-name as propagandizing brainwashing:

Job 11:7 Can you find out the deep things of God? Can you find out the limit of the Almighty?

Proverbs 13:14 The teaching of the wise is a fountain of life, that one may avoid the snares of death.
Proverbs 14:27 The fear of the LORD is a fountain of life, that one may avoid the snares of death.

Proverbs 22:13 The sluggard says, "There is a lion outside! I shall be slain in the streets!"

Job 11:7 Can you find out the deep things of God? Can you find out the limit of the Almighty?

Romans 1:32 Though they know God's decree that those who do such things deserve to die, they not only do them but approve those who practice them.

First Timothy 6:20 Oh Timothy, guard what has been entrusted to you. Avoid the godless chatter and contradictions of what is falsely called knowledge,
First Timothy 6:21 for by professing it some have missed the mark as regards the faith. Grace be with you.

Revelation 2:20 But I have a few things against you because you allow that woman Jezebel to teach, she saying herself to be a prophetess, and to cause My servants to go astray, and to commit fornication, and to eat idol-sacrifices.
Revelation 2:21 And I gave her time that she might repent of her fornication, and she did not repent.
Revelation 2:22 Hey, I am throwing her into a bed, and those who commit adultery with her into great affliction, unless they repent of their works.
Revelation 2:23 And I will kill her children with death. And all the churches will know that I am He who searches the reins and hearts, and I will give to every one of you according to your works.
Revelation 2:24 But to you I say, and to the rest in Thyatira, as many as do not have this doctrine, and who have not known the depths of Satan, as they speak, I will put on you no other burden.
Revelation 2:25 But that which you have, hold fast until I come.
