When I am walking down the stairs to my right in the public library, I have noticed that more than one child wordlessly and ambiently gets out of my way by slightly turning to their right to pass me, being that they were walking up the stairs on the left, and I am beginning to sense that a whole generation of children is being confused by entrances at various Twin Cities restaurants and stores (even Walmart and Cosco) being at the left instead of the right. Fortunately, in Walmart's case, the motion sensors open either way for both directions.
This is not a joking matter, nor is it superfluous. It could become confrontational, with police involvement...by belligerents insisting on proceeding in their own incorrect direction.
I am not sure why the managers (perhaps feminists or homosexuals) are having entrances and exits on the wrong side (that is, the left instead of the right). Perhaps they are being deliberately defiant against Scripture:
Ecclesiastes 10:2 A wise man's heart inclines him toward the right, but a fool's heart toward the left....[which is not to say that all of us have to turn either right or left in other situations].
Perhaps they are trying to be "politically correct" when they are politically incorrect, or incorrect when they are actually "correct." Confusion abounds even there.
Or maybe they are ignorant of the Bible and seriously need to be educated thereof regarding all this disturbing phenomenon.
Whatever they case, it needs to change for the better, in accord with what the Lord Himself instituted through Solomon per Ecclesiastes 10:2 stated above -- despite the lunacy of Brits and their ilk who drive on the wrong side of the road, which - again - could really become dangerous and even fatal in this country where most folk have their heads on straight.
I don't know if you, dear reader, have thought about it, but it recently dawned on me (i.e. yours truly) that ALL those who have died (including both all wicked humans and all righteous humans since our primal parents died, and who have yet not been resurrected and whisked away up to Paradise)...will never again see anything in this physical universe which they saw before and when they died....because the overwhelming majority of them (with the exception of those righteous individuals mentioned in Revelation 20:4-6 who are to be beheaded but will be resurrected at the Second-Coming bodily return of Jesus Christ at the future Battle of Armageddon after the predicted 42-month Great Tribulation)...will be resurrected simultaneously during what the following describes:
Second Peter 3:10 But The Day of the Lord will come like a thief, and then the heavens will pass away with a loud noise, and the elements will disintegrate with fire, when Earth and the works that are upon it will be incinerated.
3:11 Being that all these things are thus to be annihilated, what sort of persons ought you to be in lives of holiness and godliness,
3:12 waiting for and speeding up the coming of The Day of God, because of which the heavens will be kindled and dissolved, and the elements will disintegrate with fire!
3:13 But according to His promise we wait for New Heavens and a New Earth in which righteousness resides.
In other words, the Earth and celestial surroundings the aforementioned wicked and righteous dead died in will have been completely incinerated universally at the time they are resurrected for Final Judgment after the Revelation-chapter-20-mentioned Millennium of Christ's rod-of-iron rule on Earth.
Again, those who suddently die by heart attack or stroke or gunshot or bomb explosion or car accident or whatever, or instead pine away into silent demise with whatever fatal illness or sickness or combination of such in hospice or wherever, will never ever again see anything in this physical universe they died in.
Forever.
The slogan: Only one life, t'will soon be past. Only what's done for Christ will last is only partly true. The good and noble "what's done" part which will remain will be of a very real yet quite intangible nature, in that ALL physical objects, entities, and phenomena on planet Earth and everywhere else within the Universe, formed or constructed or put together by godly persons, will not remain but instead be incinerated with fervent heat on The Last Day [i.e. The Final-Judgment Day].
"Oh, what a waste," some loonies might blurtle, "that God would destroy far-distant nebula and galaxies and star clusters and myriad stars no human has ever seen nor visited nor polluted."
Nor polluted? In any way?
Well, what is contained in the entire Universe is, to God, much more infinitesimal than a useless speck of annoying dandruff we flick off our sleeve. The colossal greatness of Almighty God the Creator is awesome in the truest and most complete sense of the word -- not in the inanely-flippant and ludicrous use of "awesome" in describing hideously-incidental whatevers which contemporary mindless goofs around us absurdly blatter.
If we allow ourselves to over-ponder the hugeness of God's power, we seriously risk paralyzing ourselves into non-recoverably-delibitating catatonic stupor.
It is intriguing to speculate about who is going to be absolved into Heaven and who is going to be condemned into Hell when The Time comes, along with pertinent judicially-oriented details involved in that -- both regarding God's part, and concerning the part humans have in That [frightful-for-most] Final Decision they are helplessly headed for.
To wit, I know of a lot of very talented and gifted Jews (and others) who are renowned in their field of expertise and accomplishment (e.g. Albert Einstein and Lisa Meitner, Mark Zuckerberg, Alan Greenspan, Don Rickles, Milton Berle, Horowitz and Rubenstein and Haifitz, Sam Jaffe, Leonard Bernstein, Jack Benny, Benjamin Netanyahu, to cite only a few).
What will be their fate eternally? How will the Lord judge those blood descendants of the Hebrew patriarch Jacob, as to what criteria He will judge them on? Will it be different criteria than He will use to judge quasi-uncivilized generally-ignorant-against-Biblical-Law aborigines and similar remotely-distant-and-secluded tribal natives who apparently have never heard about (or long forgotten) the Torah, the remainder of the entirety of the Old Testament, and the New Testament (particularly with reference to that One-and-Only Redeemer referred to therein)?
Luke 12:48 But he who did not know, and did what deserved a beating, shall receive a light beating. Every one to whom much is given, of him will much be required; and of him to whom men commit much they will demand the more.
Such is not to be taken as an "everyone is going to go to Heaven" nor "everyone is going to be saved" misconception and misinterpretation, but instead a delegating of degrees and types or rewards or punishments in whatever place or state whoever gets such receives.
Romans 2:12 All who have sinned without the Law will also perish without the Law, and all who have sinned under the Law will be judged by the Law.
The arrogance of disbelievers and disclaimers is no match for the actual power of the will of The God who will not back off. Indeed, to the Lord belongs the impressive words errantly used by the idolatrous antisemitic Rabshekah:

The Lord's Spirit is His own Enforcer discriminating for the righteous and against the wicked:
Proverbs 29:19 By mere words a servant is not disciplined, for though he understands, he will not give heed.
Hosea 10:4 They utter mere words; with empty oaths they make covenants; so judgment springs up like poisonous weeds in the furrows of the field.
Obamanites (be they MPR, NPR, or BBC broadcasters and their funding-foundation spokespeople, network TV and radio mediapersons and commentators, bullyboy bastards and sexist twits driving around with Obama-Biden bumper stickers on the backs of their cars, whoever), plus Barack Hussein Obama himself, who deliberately profess the obvious and non-arguable lie that Obama was born in Hawaii (when they are in full knowledge of, but denial against, the existence of Obama's real, bonafide, valid and true Kenyan birth certificate posted at several locations on the Web, are not merely violating part of the U.S. Constitution forbidding foreign-born aliens and outsiders from becoming and being President, but have put themselves on a far more potent path of Divine retribution against themselves concerning blasphemy against the Truth, only to insure each one personally of obtaining God's curse on and against them, however and whenever. And God will not nor ever back down on that one, and neither will His genuine saints and loyal servants...all of who, in good conscience, will never apply the term "President" to the fraudulent, pro-feminists-in-charge, pro-homogay-sodomy-unions-licensing, pro-abortion-homicide-choice, anti-Israeli-settlements/anti-Zionist-"palestinian" profferator plus liar-in-chief, Barack Hussein Obama.
All of us throughout our lives are involved with and encounter our own unique (but not that uncommon or unusual) obedient-or-disobedient-at-the-time decisions relating to various manifestations of natural phenomena God has created.
Touching a hot stove without being enabled with infrared vision. Grabbing what appears to be a benign metal device but silently loaded with shocking electricity. Slipping on refrozen-water ice hid underneath a light covering of snow. Putting hands to our mouth after touching some object some extremely-contagious person loaded with cold germs has previously pawed unbeknowns to us. Innocently going forward on a green traffic light only to suddenly be smashed on the side by some fool running a red light.
It starts when we, at the young age of accountability, are presented with various behavior choices to either comply with reasonable parental commands pertaining to certain potentially-dangerous situations...or instead rebel in doubt or questioning and then impulsively go ahead with non-cooperative defiance -- to our very-unpleasant and sometimes indescribably-painful detriment.
Only one example is needed, which should be helpful.
When dad or mom tells their naive kid to not put their fingers into the open door hinge of the entrance or exit door at the grocery or drug store, the kid will either take the word of their parents literally (not symbolically nor figuratively nor euphemistically nor allegorically nor metaphorically nor philosophically) at face value and believe that there might be some unforeseen problem or danger if they did stick their fingers into the open door hinge....or instead doubt them and disbelieve that there would be any problem whatsoever if they did stick their fingers in, contrary to the direct order of their parent or parents.
Some kids might presume that if they do stick their fingers therein, the door will never close (or they never imagined that it could close, but instead always stay open and never shut).
Perhaps Eve in The Garden mis-thought something like that. "How do I know if the Forbidden Fruit is poisonous? What does "poisonous" mean, anyway? I can take it without getting indigestion. Why waste something so pretty, and perhaps-honestly reported by The Tempter to have such educational benefits of enlightening knowledge? Why not get an advantage over Adam while I have this passing opportunity?" "No one is going to tell me what to do, and what I can't do. They are merely trying to deprive me sadistically, thwart my natural curiosity, and stifle my craving to investigate on my own."
Many things in life are like that, including the contemplation of if that indecently-hairstyled mophead has tied back her hair yet into a single back-of-head ponytail or into an up-do. Wondering if that porn we saw on the internet is still there, or even has gotten any worse. Maybe the big firecracker in hand will turn out to be a dud. Perhaps if we zoom through the red light no one will be there, including any cop cars off to the side. A million different applications.
Even as adults we constantly encounter, are confronted by, and irritated by warnings of all types. Dubious prediction from "know-it-alls" of what could or will happen under certain conditions or circumstances in only their "opinion."
Typically and lamentably, we do not especially like our behavior patterns altered or inconveniently adjusted by warnings when we have a quite different agenda for whatever we want in mind when on a tight schedule for some appointment we are already late in getting there. Moreover, we (like the kid with the open door hinge) frequently cannot foresee (in our stupid shortsightedness) any problem there might be if we violated the warnings given - whatever they are and involve.
Why we do not get ourselves in more trouble than we do is that we observe and have observed the effects and consequences of others who disregard and ignore the warnings we ourselves are subject to. We see the dire and painful results of their non-compliance, and rightly ascertain that we are similar humans who would suffer the same way if we did the same wrong things they did.
After the open-door-hinge child previously mentioned endures the excruciating pain of getting his fingers crushed by a closing door (perhaps, again, something he or she never expected), the kid probably thereafter regards his parents and any future warnings from them with more respect and in more submissive acknowledgment of, plus increased trust and faith in, their credibility and believability pertaining to future and different things.
Parents are, of course, a representative of God the Creator Himself, to the child. And when the child grows up, he or she as an adult is constantly evaluating who they carefully and persistently scrutinize are credible sources informing him or her of phenomena and events (perhaps even of a most bizarre and unusual nature) yet to see or yet to come. . . in stark contrast to who are not credible sources but instead deceptive liars, concocting not merely silly and ridiculous myths and fairy tales but even dangerously lethal ones, with insanely subversive and anti-social wicked purposes in mind.
God knows that none of us like to be deceived. It is no honor to be tricked and then embarrassed by superstitious gullibility and naivety. Not only that, such can sometimes be mortally fatal. He also is aware of our reluctance to be presented with a take-it-or-leave-it lifestyle-altering ultimatum which is woefully uncomfortable by disruptively and significantly altering our previously-habitual beliefs and actions.
And the Lord also knows that we adults are continually evaluating, when "push comes to shove," in terms of finally (and irrevocably) choosing one way or the opposite pertaining to non-certain unknowns with chance of incurring either great pleasure or instead great pain.
Probably two of the greatest factors in determining "who goes up compared to who goes down" are:
(1) does one want to find out what they should do, and why, before they do it, and
(2) do they respond positively and compliantly when the choices of the ultimatum finally come, or instead respond negatively and non-compliantly?
The main cause why a person would not want to explore and then evaluate about something which they sense might be vital and important for them to do, which someone in authority (such as God speaking through His divinely-inspired human authors of The Bible) insists upon, is that they have a gut feeling and sense that they would be obligated by sheer rationality and sensibility and logic to accommodate to what they suspect they would in all probability discover if they pursued investigation of it.
It isn't that they are so diehard "conservative" and anti-avant-garde that they don't want to ever try anything different which might be of betterment in the long range involving change which they might find either beneficial or harmful to themselves, but merely that such life-changing decisions are best "put on hold" until some presumed future time after they have fully committed themselves to whatever kinky or titillating immoral or indecent misbehaviors they are busy with, adamantly desire, and presume vitally expedient or fun at the moment.
And there's the problem. A little rejection of inhibitive morality here. A little disregard of pleasure-crippling law-compliance there. "We can be good when we're older, being that then there is plenty of time for that. Why not postpone rigidly instructing ourselves and being instructed with inconsequential moralistic trifles and incidentals for later? Sensual deprivation involving discomfortable discipline can wait! There's no real harm in a little procrastination. We'll never have this opportunity to indulge like this again. Life is short, we only go around once. There will always be more time to consign ourselves to humiliation with prudishly stiff legalism."
So, the Lord watches each little move of each person every moment of every hour of every day and night, on weekends, every month - it accumulates and accumulates with behaviors and misbehaviors reaching into years then maybe a few decades . . . until the accumulated successes and failures of those who occasionally wanted to do right but also deliberately chose (though at times under non-solicited duress) to indulge in wrong culminates in worn-out body-breakdown demise.
God sees and perceives with pleasure those who regret their sins with sincere intention to never do such again, in contrast to Him observing with non-invasive pity those who hurt themselves disregarding and fighting against the immovable and non-conquerable physical-phenomena natural manifestations of God's sovereign authority, castigate the stringent morality of His non-compromising Law, are grieved by the consistent and non-stoppable immutability of what He has created, and slanderously ridicule the forms those Divinely-indestructible entities are locked into.
The fear of what others would say is a powerful incentive to the immoral majority, be they previously-prejudiced or instead honestly-open-minded jews or gentiles. Those destined for glory with God eternally are more in tune with fear of what God has already said in His Bible, not baselessly in arrogant bias misconstruing the contents thereof as non-historical fiction of either a silly or childish type, but rather fully aware of and acquiescent to the Creator's credentials and qualifications for insisting on moral perfection for those destined to become absolutely holy forever with Him in Heaven.
Most people eventually - sooner or later - having done, over and over, the kid-with-fingers-in-the-door-hinge experiences throughout their entire lives, mis-convince themselves in wayward delusion that there is yet a chance that God will not do what He, in His Bible, promised He will do. Lucifer thought that, and tried his fateful coup. Why Satan presumed that He could "do God in" and then in his own non-omnipotent non-omniscient capriciousness rule and run the entire Universe is puzzling. And of course laughably deplorable. The worst type of despicable insanity, forever without remedy.
The demonic do not want to be saved. Too "embarrassing" for them. Too "humiliating." Too pleasures-prohibitive "disgusting." They can "take care of themselves - no matter what happens, or they think will happen, or anyone else thinks will happen." They will "figure out a way to get around anything." They will "think out of the box" and "consider escape angles no one else has ever thought of." They will be "the famous big shots who got away with it."
Now, is it becoming more evident the motivations and parameters of why and how God is going to judge both jews and gentiles?
Would the Lord of mercy and love be so unkind as to save those into perfect holiness of thinking and conduct they so despise who avidly do not want to be saved for that? Is God so fiendish that He would force those who in effect lividly hate Him to love Him instead?
So are we -- His Christian servants and missionaries -- glad that the immoral majority [who relentlessly and incessantly make it absolutely clear to us that they do not want to be saved - even having full awareness of all the valid doctrinal facts of Biblical truth and prophecy and reality we relate them about that both verbally and behaviorally] will assuredly never become saved.
Or, do we instead want to persist in some spam-like illegal and unlawful religious crusade to save them which they would not only deem offensive harassment, but actively engage in perhaps-even-lethal retaliation and retribution if we so continued to "button-hole" those who have already made it unmistakably clear to us that they do not want to be button-holed?
We should, instead, be happy that they are going to be damned, because that is what they want. And, like God Himself, we are here to please. For whatever and whoever.
Have we any pleasure in the death of the wicked? Yes, if that is what the wicked wants.
Acts 13:46 And Paul and Barnabas spoke out boldly, saying, "It was necessary that the word of God should be spoken first to you. Since you thrust it from you, and judge yourselves unworthy of eternal life, hey, we turn to the Gentiles.
Revelation 18:20 Rejoice over her, heaven, saints and apostles and prophets, for God has given judgment for you against her!"
Preaching only to the choir is the ultimate destiny of saints headed for glory in a completely-polarized completely-temptation-free state of absolute sacred segregation and sequestration:
Second Corinthians 6:17 "Therefore come out from them, and be separate from them," says the Lord, "and touch nothing unclean; then I will welcome you..."
Revelation 21:8 But as for the cowardly, the faithless, the polluted, as for murderers, fornicators, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars, they shall be in the Lake that burns with fire and brimstone, which is The Second Death."
Revelation 21:27 But nothing unclean shall enter it, nor any one who practices abomination or falsehood, but only those who are written in the Lamb's Book of Life.
Revelation 22:15 Outside are the dogs and sorcerers and fornicators and murderers and idolaters, and every one who loves and practices falsehood.
And the gratefully-damned, who are unspeakably thankful to be forever removed from who and what they misconsider the obnoxious presence of the holy God and His religious right, will not be celebrating one big beer party after another in sex orgies with rebelliously-tattooed-and-pathetically-pierced naked teenagers in perdition.
In spite of the wailing, weeping, and gnashing of teeth, the obstinence of sovereign-free-choice non-cooperative defiant humans will "make it all worth it" in both their's and God's opinion (not to mention that of His forever-far-removed saints frolicking in celestial ecstatic bliss) as their ever-renewed resurrected flesh is painfully consumed perpetually in solitary-confinement outer-darkness incarceration within the invisible flames of the Lake of Fire.
Second Thessalonians 1:9 They shall suffer the punishment of Eternal Destruction and Exclusion away from the presence of the Lord and from the glory of His might...
