Who's Boss?

WHO is Boss? I mean: Who is the Ultimate Boss?

Let's cut right to the chase, and get right to the point:

Second Thessalonians 2:9 [RSV] The coming of the lawless one by the activity of Satan will be with all power and with pretended signs and wonders...
Second Thessalonians 2:9 [KJ21] ...even him, whose coming is according to the working of Satan, with all power and signs and lying wonders...

"All power." To a son of The Devil?

Sick.

Give me a break.

Can't we do better than that?

Let's try again:

First John 5:19 We know that we are of God, and the whole world is in the power of The Evil One.

Well, that's better, but yet bittersweet. Anything more?

Luke 4:5 And The Devil took Him up, and showed Him all the kingdoms of the world in a moment of time,
Luke 4:6 and said to Him: "To you I will give all this authority and their glory; for it has been delivered to me, and I give it to whom I will.
Luke 4:7 If you, then, will worship me, it shall all be yours."
Luke 4:8 And Jesus answered Him: "It is written, 'You shall worship the Lord your God, and Him [not "her"] only shall you serve.'"

Again, bittersweet.

Anything else?

Ephesians 2:2 [RSV] ....in which you once walked, following the course of this world, following the prince of the power of the air, the spirit who is now at work in the sons of disobedience.

Ephesians 2:2 [KJ21].....wherein in times past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience.

"Prince of the power of the air."

Disgusting.

At least the KJ21 version states the word "children" instead of the RSV's sexist word: "sons," although the term "sons" does not have the same humiliating and immature jist which the word "children" has.

Neither translation personifies the spirit by rather relegating him to a neuter "it" by stating the word "that" instead of describing him with the word "who."

So, according to all of what is contained in the verses above, WHO is the Boss - The Devil and his ilk....or instead the Lord God and His ilk?

"Ilk?" Oh well, you get the idea.

Reading further is yet more depressing as to who is in charge:

Revelation 13:5 And The Beast was given a mouth uttering haughty and blasphemous words, and he was allowed to exercise authority for forty-two months;
Revelation 13:7 Also he was allowed to make war on the saints and to conquer them. And authority was given [The Animal] over every tribe and people and tongue and nation....

Can we find something in Scripture better, or more encouraging, than the above quotations?

After all, The Tempter [i.e. Satan] in the Garden of Eden would seem to have wanted the best for Naked-But-Not-Afraid Eve with his suggestion that she have increased fellowship with, and become more patronizingly imitative of and for, a [in her opinion] possibly-somewhat-deceptive God who threatened "death" [whatever the duce THAT was in her naive mind] yet pleasing God in a closer relationship by not being ignorant of what evil was:

Genesis 3:4 But the serpent said to the woman, "You will not die.
Genesis 3:5 For God knows that when you eat of it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil."
Genesis 3:6 So when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was a delight to the eyes, and that the tree was to be desired to make one "wise," ["wise" in whose opinion?] she took of its fruit and ate; and she also gave some to her husband [common-law married right from the start], and he ate.
Genesis 3:7 Then the eyes of both were opened [ouch!], and they knew that they were naked; and they sewed fig leaves together and made themselves aprons.

Knit-wits.

So much for innocent public nudity. There goes the neighborhood. Things went south from there on.

Eve gullibly might have both mindlessly and impulsively concurred with Satan that God was either being confusing or - for whatever cause - somewhat misinformed or deceptive, indicated by her freewill-choice conclusion that the silently-lethal Forbidden Fruit was "good for food" and "a delight to the eyes" and "desired to make one wise." [or knowledgeable or whatever]

Who would not want to please God by eating what was good for them and their survival, by enjoying the delights of God's creation, and being "wise" instead of being stupid or ignorant?

So, essentially, Eve - at the behest of The Tempter - intended to please God by disobeying His One Prime Directive.

Great. And look at all the trouble the inferior gender got us all into by doing that.

So, who was the Boss at that time? The Tempter? Eve?

Either or both left much to be desired to qualify as Boss.

We look further:

Psalm 22:28 For dominion belongs to the LORD, and He rules over the nations.
Psalm 103:19 The LORD has established His throne in the heavens, and His kingdom rules over all.

Ephesians 1:16 I do not cease to give thanks for you, remembering you in my prayers,
1:17 that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give you a spirit of wisdom and of revelation in the knowledge of Him,
1:18 having the eyes of your hearts enlightened, that you may know what is the hope to which He has called you, what are the riches of His glorious inheritance in the saints,
1:19 and what is the immeasurable greatness of His power in us who believe, according to the working of His great might
1:20 which He accomplished in Christ when He raised Him from the dead and made Him sit at His right hand in the heavenly places,
1:21 far above all rule and authority and power and dominion, and above every name that is named, not only in this age but also in that which is to come;
1:22 and He has put all things under His feet and has made Him the head over all things for "the" "church," [with or without steeple?]
1:23 which is His body, the fullness of Him who fills all in all.

First Corinthians 15:24 Then comes the end, when He delivers the kingdom to God the Father after destroying every rule and every authority and power.

Jude 1:25 to the only God, our Savior through Jesus Christ our Lord, be glory, majesty, dominion, and authority, before all time and now and forever. Amen.

Revelation 12:10 And I heard a loud voice in heaven, saying: "Now the salvation and the power and the kingdom of our God and the authority of His Christ have come, for the accuser of our brethren has been thrown down, who accuses them day and night to our God.

That's better. That's more like it.

Now we're getting somewhere.

But what proof or indication is there that God's authority is superior to everyone else's authority, and that His authority overrides the lesser authority of all competitors?

The simple answer is: because of what, and the reality of what, He has created -- and reliably, extensively, perfectly displayed around us consisting of extremely-imaginative and in fact quite awesome natural entities and forces in our environment (which is actually His environment, but which He lets us exist in, move around in, visit, trespass upon, manipulate as much as we can and do, and pollute).

None of us humans, in stark contrast to the Creator God, has ever created a damn thing.

Not a blessed thing.

The only thing we humans have done is work with, move around in, visit, trespass upon, manipulate as much as we can and do, plus pollute His property to begin with, and yet still is owned by Him and Him alone.

By virtue of those created entities of His (and a miserable lack of anything we humans ourselves have created) is the basis and cause for the Creator God having authority which supersedes that of any of us humans.

To repeat, for the sake of any potentially-dull-of-mind readers out there in cyberspace:

By virtue of those created entities of His (and a miserable lack of anything we humans ourselves have created) is the basis and cause for the Creator God having authority which supersedes that of any of us humans.

Not only that, but everything we humans concoct (e.g. immediately-deteriorating buildings, cars, hardware, etc.) or purportedly-"invent" or misuse (combinations of chemicals, "man-made" or natural-item weapons, disseminations of electromagnetic-radiation/radio-wave frequencies, mounds of garbage, dead bodies) is not 100% perfect, does not last, does not restore itself or "themselves" (if you'll pardon my personification of some of what can and should be considered inanimate objects).

WHY resist God's obvious authority - clearly FAR better than any of our own?

At least He knows what He is doing, and has done....and we do NOT -- not without His previous programming we are instinctually "wired with" or have gotten to educationally know of through His Word contained in The Holy Bible.

Why ever set our own pseudo-authority in opposition to His will and much-deserved authority?

"Deserved" by who, from who, to who?

God needs certification or authorization from NO one.

Why not, then, always submit to His authority, knowing that:

Nehemiah 8:6 And Ezra blessed the LORD, the great God; and all the people answered, "Amen, Amen," lifting up their hands; and they bowed their heads and worshiped the LORD with their faces to the ground.
Psalm 95:3 For the LORD is a great God, and a great King above all gods.
Titus 2:13 awaiting our blessed hope, the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ...

Hebrews 7:16 ...who has become [THE Chief, High] Priest, not according to a legal requirement concerning bodily descent but by the power of an indestructible life.

So, God's supreme and ultimate authority is sourced by His Creatorship:

Genesis 1:1 In the beginning God created the heavens and the Earth.
Genesis 1:27 So God created humans in His own image, in the image of God He created [him]; male and female He created them.
Genesis 5:1 This is the book of the generations of Adam. When God created a human, He made him in the [trinitarian-body/spirit/soul] likeness of God.
Genesis 5:2 Male and female he created them, and he blessed them and named them "humans" when they were created.
Genesis 6:7 So the LORD said: "I will blot out humans who I have created from the face of the ground, humans and beasts and creeping things and birds of the air, for I regret I have made them."

Deuteronomy 32:6 Do you thus requite the LORD, you foolish and senseless people? Is not He your Father, who created you, who made you and established you?

Psalm 104:27 These all look to you to give them their food in due season.
104:28 When you give to them, they gather it up; when you open your [symbolical/figurative/metaphorical] hand, they are filled with good things.
104:29 When you hide your face, they are dismayed; when you take away their breath, they die and return to dust.
104:30 When you send out your Spirit, they are created; and you renew the face of the ground.

Psalm 148:5 Let them praise the name of the LORD! For He commanded, and they were created. [NOT "they commanded, and He was created]

The atheists claim that "there is no God." That is their errant and incorrect presumption - NOT assumption.

By exercising common sense, by mere logical deduction, we are aware that - duh! - everything around was not and could have not been created by one or more mere human beings, or even imaginary-in-mind Greek gods, or never-yet-seen-nor-reliably-proven UFO aliens missing for display in laboratories or hospitals or museums.

We ourselves did not create anything, but instead were born into it, as were our parents, and their parents, and their parents, etc.

Even if one presumes the heretical myth of superior-to-human extraterrestrials creating whatever in or throughout the Universe, WHO created them?

If one presumes the apostate myth that there was some had-to-have-started-existing-sometime-in-the-past blob of big-bang material which, for whatever unknown cause, blew up from some central location in the Universe, spewing out (with mega-bullet-speed velocity) hot materials which had no cause to cool and which expulsive force was far greater than any singular or combined gravitational attraction to come together (according to some alleged overall plan of its own) in some magical evolutionary system and process (supposedly having a mind of its own)....WHO created the big-banged blob in the first place?

So atheists, being fully aware of such logical rationality, dishonestly claim there is no God. Agnostics pride themselves in their stupidity and ignorance of claiming to not be sure, nor wanting to find out.

Accursed hypocrites; they faithfully but non-admittedly fully trust every God-created thing around them [a stable ceiling, floor, car parts, highway of cement or asphalt, traffic lights, Sun, air quality, gravity, atmospheric protection from falling meteors, Van Allen belts and ionosphere from over-radiation, etc. etc. etc.] which exists but which they either question or deny the existence of, or accredit it all to nothingness.

Despicable they are.

The Bible (and common sense) declares contradicts and counteracts such absurdity.
It is Scripture's declarations versus those of the disbelieving atheist and doubting agnostic.

Which of the two opposite views can be trusted: The Bible's....or instead aberrant and illogical atheist or agnostic rhetoric?

Scripture itself gives us the answer from both negative and positive perspective:

Psalm 10:4 In the pride of his countenance the wicked does not seek him; all his thoughts are, "There is no God."
Psalm 14:1 To the choirmaster. Of David. The fool says in his heart: "There is no God." THEY are corrupt, THEY do abominable deeds, there is none who does good.
Psalm 53:1 To the choirmaster: according to Mahalath. A Maskil of David. The fool says in his heart: "There is no God." THEY are corrupt, doing abominable iniquity; there is none who does good.

Isaiah 44:6 Thus says the LORD, the King of Israel and His Redeemer, the LORD of hosts: "I am the first and I am the last; besides me there is no god.
Isaiah 45:5 I am the LORD, and there is no other, besides me there is no God; I clothe you, though you do not know me...

Do Jews (a minority of those blood-descendants of not simply Abraham but also Isaac and Jacob) believe that?

John 3:1 Now there was a man of the Pharisees, named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews.
John 3:2 This man came to Jesus by night and said to Him: "Rabbi, we know that you are a teacher come from God; for no one can do these signs that you do, unless God is with him."

Romans 11:1 I ask, then, has God rejected His people? By no means! I myself am an Israelite, a descendant of Abraham, a member of the tribe of Benjamin.

Philippians 3:3 For we are the true circumcision, who worship God in spirit, and glory in Christ Jesus, and put no confidence in the [sin-desiring] flesh.
3:4 Though I myself have reason for confidence in the flesh also. If any other man thinks he has reason for confidence in the flesh, I have more: [Oh yeah]
3:5 circumcised on the eighth day, of the people of Israel, of the tribe of Benjamin, a Hebrew born of Hebrews; as to the law a Pharisee, [Whoopie.]
3:6 as to zeal a persecutor against [not "of"] "the" "church," [with or without steeple?] as to righteousness under the law [WHAT "law?" The talmud?] blameless. [Oh sure. Tell us more how you were soooooo perfect in EVERY-thing]
3:7 But whatever gain I had, I counted as loss for the sake of Christ. [That's understandable]
3:8 Indeed I count everything as loss [don't go overboard, Paul] because of the surpassing worth of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord. For His sake I have suffered the loss of all things [don't go overboard, Paul...you yet have all your body parts], and count them as garbage, in order that I may gain Christ
3:9 and be found in Him, not having a righteousness of my own [i.e. presuming that he himself, by intending to perfectly do good works 24/7, doing a polluted combo of both good and evil works, and having done a sordid mixed bag of both good and evil, has or is or can atone for his own sins by and because of himself alone], based on law [which mere set of operating instructions itself has never atoned for anything, is now not atoning for anything, and can never atone for anything] but that which is through faith [that is, obedient faith instead of disobedient faith] in Christ, the righteousness from God that depends on faith [to want to perfectly obey instead of perfectly disobey the Law, and consequentially actually obeying It as much as possible instead of actually disobeying It as much as possible];
3:10 that I may know Him and the power of His resurrection, and may share His sufferings [even if you hung on a cross, Paul, it would be a case of "been-there/done-that" already accomplished by a perfect-record Christ Jesus instead of an imperfect-record apostle Paul], becoming like Him in His death [Hey Paul, you might die of a heart attack or stroke instead of by crucifixion],
3:11 that if possible I may attain the resurrection from the dead. ["IF possible?" Sounds like there's some doubt there about a future resurrection? What gives?]
3:12 Not that I have already obtained this or am already perfect [to be sure]; but I press on to make it my own, because Christ Jesus has made me His own [whatever you say].
3:13 Brethren, I do not consider that I have made it my own [you yourself certainly have not made it your own]; but one thing I do, forgetting what lies behind and straining forward to what lies ahead ["straining" sounds like it's tough going],
3:14 I press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus. [sounds athletic]
3:15 Let those of us who are mature be thus minded; and if in anything you are otherwise minded, God will reveal that also to you.
3:16 Only let us hold true to what we have attained.
3:17 Brethren, join in imitating me [as much and in whatever ways you are worthy to be imitated], and mark ["mark?"] those who so live as you have an example in us.
3:18 For many, of whom I have often told you and now tell you even with tears, [because of all the harm they do, and not for their own godless sakes] live as enemies of [or "against?"] the cross of Christ.
3:19 Their end is destruction, their god is the belly [fatties], and they glory in their shame, with minds set on earthly things [like paying residual monthly bills....or instead are you referring to wicked works described not by gospel but instead by Law?].
3:20 But our commonwealth is in heaven, and from it we await a Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ,
3:21 who will change our lowly body to be like His glorious body, by the power which enables Him even to subject all things to Himself.

"Subjecting all things to Himself" sure sounds like supreme authority to me.

So, IS Jesus God, and so the authority [of having created all of what actually has been created] over [other] humans is thus attributed to Him?

Matthew 28:18 And Jesus came and said to them, "All authority in heaven and on Earth has been given to me." [PROVE it; oh, excuse me, I guess He really did by His miracles and resurrection!]

John 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
John 1:2 He was in the beginning with God;
John 1:3 all things were made through Him, and without Him was not anything made that was made.
John 1:14 And the Word became [sinful-nature?] flesh and lived among us, full of grace and truth; we have experienced His glory, glory of the only Son from the Father.

What about jews who did not or do not believe that Jesus is God?

John 8:57 The Jews then said to Him: "You are not yet fifty years old, and have you seen Abraham?"
John 8:58 Jesus said to them: "Truthfully I say to you, before Abraham was, I AM." [identical words spoken to Moses from YHWH at The Burning Bush]
John 8:59 So they took up stones to throw at Him; but Jesus hid Himself, and went out of the temple.

Colossians 1:11 May you be strengthened with all power, according to His glorious might, for all endurance and patience with joy,
1:12 giving thanks to the Father, who has qualified us to share in the inheritance of the saints in light.
1:13 He has delivered us from the dominion of darkness and transferred us to the kingdom of His beloved Son,
1:14 in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins.
1:15 He is the image of the invisible God, the first-born of all creation;
1:16 for in Him all things were created, in heaven and on Earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or authorities -- all things were created through Him and for Him.
1:17 He is before all things, and in Him all things hold together.

Holy nucleonics!

1:19 For in Him all the fullness of God was pleased to reside,
1:20 and through Him to reconcile to Himself all things, whether on Earth or in heaven, making peace by the blood of His cross. [the body on the cross was bloody, which stained cross wood bloody]
1:21 And you, who once were estranged and hostile in mind, doing evil deeds,
1:22 He has now reconciled in His body of flesh by His death, in order to present you holy and blameless and irreproachable to Him...

Hebrews 1:1 In many and various ways God spoke of old to our fathers by the prophets;
1:2 but in these last days He has spoken to us by His Son, whom He appointed the heir of all things, through whom also He created the world.
1:3 He reflects the glory of God and bears the very essence of His nature, upholding the Universe by His word of power.
1:4 having become as much superior to angels as the name He has obtained is more excellent than theirs.
1:5 For to what angel did God ever say: "You are my Son, today I have begotten you"? Or again: "I will be to Him a father, and He shall be to me a son"?
1:8 But of the Son He says: "Your throne, God, is forever, the righteous scepter is the scepter of your kingdom.
1:9 Thou have loved righteousness and hated lawlessness ["saved" by "grace" through "faith" apart from works of Law?]; therefore God, your God, has anointed you with the oil of gladness beyond your comrades."
1:10 And: "You, Lord, did found the Earth in the beginning, and the heavens are the work of your hands;
1:11 they will perish, but you remain; they will all grow old like a garment,
1:12 like a mantle you will roll them up, and they will be changed. But you are the same, and your years will never end."

What about jews who do not believe that Jesus is the Creator, the Son of God?

(1) to hell with them:

Matthew 23:27 "Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for you are like whitewashed tombs, which outwardly appear beautiful, but within they are full of dead men's bones and all uncleanness.
Matthew 23:28 So you also outwardly appear righteous to humans, but within you are full of hypocrisy and iniquity."

Romans 2:28 For he is not a real Jew who is one outwardly, nor is true circumcision something external and physical.
Romans 2:29 He is a Jew who is one inwardly, and real circumcision is a matter of the heart, spiritual and not literal. His praise is not from men but from God.

John 8:31 Jesus then said to the Jews who had believed in Him: "If you continue in my word, you are truly my disciples,
8:32 and you will know the truth, and the truth will make you free."
8:33 They answered Him: "We are descendants of Abraham, and have never been in bondage to any one. [especially Pharaoh in Egypt, and Nebuchadnezzar in Babylon] How is it that you say: 'You will be made free'?"
8:34 Jesus answered them: "Truthfully I say to you, every one who commits sin is a slave to sin.
8:35 The slave does not continue in the house forever; the Son continues forever.
8:36 So if the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed.
8:37 I know that you are descendants of Abraham; yet you seek to murder me, because my word finds no place in you.
8:38 I speak of what I have seen with my Father, and you do what you have heard from your father."
8:39 They answered Him: "Abraham is our father." Jesus said to them, "If you were Abraham's children, you would do what Abraham did,
8:40 but now you seek to murder me, a man who has told you the truth which I heard from God; this is not what Abraham did.
8:41 You do what your father did." They said to Him: "We were not [virgin] born of fornication; we have one Father, even God."
8:42 Jesus said to them: "If God were your Father, you would love me, for I proceeded and came forth from God; I came not of my own accord, but He sent me.
8:43 Why do you not understand what I say? It is because you cannot bear to hear my "word."
8:44 You are of your father The Devil, and your will is to do your father's desires. He was a murderer from the beginning, and has nothing to do with the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks according to his own nature, for he is a liar and the father of lies. [and Satan WILL continue to lie, even though he yet has freewill choice to, and potentially can, not lie, because the Bible says that Satan will forever choose to be a liar]
8:45 But, because I tell the truth, you do not believe me.
8:46 Which of you convicts me of sin? If I tell the truth, why do you not believe me?
8:47 He who is of God hears the words of God; the cause [not "reason"] why you do not hear them is that you are not of God."
8:48 The Jews answered Him: "Are we not right in saying that you are a Samaritan [racial slur, like saying: "niggar"] and have a demon?"
8:49 Jesus answered: "I have not a demon; but I honor my Father, and you dishonor me.

(2) be patient with them, not like antisemitic Adolf Hitler who gassed and burned them, because:

Romans 11:25 Lest you be wise in your own conceits, I want you to understand this mystery, brethren: a hardening has come upon part of Israel, until the full number of the Gentiles come in...

Romans 9:3 For I could wish [but you'd better not] that I myself were accursed and cut off from Christ for the sake of my brethren, my geneology by heredity.
9:4 They are Israelites, and to them belong the sonship, the glory, the covenants, the giving of The Law, the worship, and the promises;
9:5 to them belong the patriarchs, and of their seed, according to the [non-sinful] flesh, is the Christ -- God who is over all be blessed for ever. Amen.
9:6 But it is not as though the word of God had failed. For not all who are descended from Israel belong to Israel,
9:18 So then God has mercy upon whomever He wills, and He hardens the heart of whomever He wills. [and He has foreknowledge and predestines accordingly]
9:19 You will say to me then: "Why does he still find fault, because who can resist His will?"
9:20 But who are you, a human, to answer back to God? Will what is molded say to its molder: "Why have you made me thus?"
9:21 Has the potter no right over the clay, to make out of the same lump one vessel for beauty and another for menial use?
9:22 What if God, desiring to show His wrath and to make known His power, has endured with much patience the vessels of wrath made for destruction [and themselves choose to be with their own freewill choice and decision, regardless of God's foreknowledge and predestination concerning and not regarding them],
9:23 to make known the riches of His glory for the vessels of mercy, which He has prepared beforehand for glory,
9:24 even us whom He has called, not from the Jews only but also from the Gentiles?
9:25 As indeed he says in Hosea: "Those who were not my people I will call 'my people,' and her who was not beloved I will call 'my beloved.'"
9:27 Isaiah proclaims concerning [not "regarding"] Israel: "Though the number of the sons [and daughters] of Israel be as the sand of the sea, only a remnant of them will be saved;
9:28 for the Lord will effect His sentence upon the Earth [and those thereon] with prompt severity."
9:29 And as Isaiah predicted: "If the Lord of hosts had not left us children, we would have fared like Sodom and been made like Gomorrah." [so much for pregnancy-preventing "birth" "control" and committing-not-"performing" abortion homicide]
9:30 What shall we say, then? That Gentiles who did not pursue righteousness have attained it, that is, righteousness through faith;
9:31 but that Israel who pursued the righteousness which is based on "law" [do everything right, perfectly, 24/7, and do not presume that you are worthy to atone for your past sins ....and not simply "mistakes" or "oopsies"....by themselves, which is sort of like trying to oust themselves out of a slippery deep pit without outside assistance] did not succeed in fulfilling that law.
9:32 Why? Because they did not pursue it through faith, but as if it were based on works [that is, having done some good works, doing some now, and/or planning on doing some later on, cannot and does not ever atone for even one past or present or future sin]. They have stumbled over the stumbling stone,
9:33 as it is written: "Hey, I am laying in Zion a stone that will make men [and women] stumble, a rock that will make them fall; and he/she who "believes in" Him will not be put to shame."

James 2:19 You believe that God is one; you do well. Even the demons believe.....and shudder.

True and genuine Christians are those who have completely submitted to the superior authority of God in Christ the Creator, instead of their own inferior authority, and - in spite of them occasionally sinning and (like Eve) temporarily acquiescing to the lying and deceptive pseudo-authority of Satan, his demons, and his evil human cohorts who entice and tempt them into stumbling under wicked duress - yet persist in humbly and penitently returning back in committing themselves to the supreme authority of God and His Spirit with appreciative accommodation to the complete revelation of His will manifested in the Genesis-to-Revelation Holy Bible.

So there you have it.

You know whose authority is top and overrides all other authority.

Including yours.

And even mine.

It behooves both of us to simply "live with it."

...or laughably die a pathetic and miserable death.
