Lacking

"I do solemnly promise (although not swear) to protect and defend whatever parts of the Constitution are Scripturally compliant, against all enemies - foreign, and internal (but not peacefully domestic) - so help me whoever."

It is perhaps of interest to wonder why the founding fathers, along with the mothers helping them, did not establish a Christian theocracy along the eastern shores of early America, but instead the democratic republic they did establish.

Such was probably so because the charismatic, omnipotent, and omniscient-Leader/Christ of Christianity was not physically or bodily present, and because His angelic military was not visibly available to enforce the moral laws and rules of their Divine Commander.

It is noteworthy that those founding-father patriots, escaping the virtual dictatorship of over-taxing ideologically-suppressive King George in England, were intrinsically men who were well-acquainted with the contents of the Judeo-Christian Holy Bible, and so in essence not only initiated the following:

Judges 17:6 In those days there was no king in Israel; every man did what was right in his own eyes.
Judges 21:25 In those days there was no king in Israel; every man did what was right in his own eyes.

...but, establishing a trinitarian governmental authority (the Executive, the Legislative, the Judicial), created the office of "Presidents" who were part of and had great influence over all three branches, such as a Congress comprised of Senators and House of Representatives, plus a Supreme Court having jurisdiction over lesser-authority Municipal, District, Federal and Appellate courts:

First Kings 15:11 And Asa did what was right in the eyes of the LORD, as David his father had done.
Second Kings 12:2 And Jehoash did what was right in the eyes of the LORD all his days, because Jehoiada the priest instructed him.
14:3 And he did what was right in the eyes of the LORD, yet not like David his father; he did in all things as Joash his father had done.
15:3 And he did what was right in the eyes of the LORD, according to all that his father Amaziah had done.
15:34 And he did what was right in the eyes of the LORD, according to all that his father Uzziah had done.
18:3 And he did what was right in the eyes of the LORD, according to all that David his father had done.
22:2 And he did what was right in the eyes of the LORD, and walked in all the way of David his father, and he did not turn aside to the right hand or to the left.
Second Chronicles 20:32 He walked in the way of Asa his father and did not turn aside from it; he did what was right in the sight of the LORD.
24:2 And Joash did what was right in the eyes of the LORD all the days of Jehoiada the priest.
25:2 And he did what was right in the eyes of the LORD, yet not with a blameless heart.
26:4 And he did what was right in the eyes of the LORD, according to all that his father Amaziah had done.
27:2 And he did what was right in the eyes of the LORD according to all that his father Uzziah had done--only he did not invade the temple of the LORD. But the people still followed corrupt practices.
29:2 And he did what was right in the eyes of the LORD, according to all that David his father had done.
34:2 He did what was right in the eyes of the LORD, and walked in the ways of David his father; and he did not turn aside to the right or to the left.

Of necessity, then, being that the two aforementioned components (e.g. Christ and military angels) of the aforementioned Christian theocracy were not present, the noble and courageous men who wrote and signed the Bill of Rights of that early Constitution instead put forth a human-oriented, hopefully-internally-cooperative government of pluralism, which - but only to some extent - reflected the freedom they themselves possessed:

Jeremiah 34:15 You recently repented and did what was right in my eyes by proclaiming liberty, each to his neighbor, and you made a covenant before me in the house which is called by my name.

The Declaration of America states that: "we are endowed by our Creator with certain inalienable rights: life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness."

Where is the mention of whatever (Biblical?) laws must be done by those within and comprising America to know how to obtain and retain life and liberty? Shall we have laws that allow Nevada prostitution in brothels and income-wasting gambling casinos? Health departments that license masseuse and escort harlots to insure public health? EPA bureaucrats that strangle industrial-revolution progress? Taxpayer-funded public school teachers who forbid Bible reading in public schools and instead indoctrinate with the anti-creationist heretical-myth of absurd-origins evolutionism? City-organized-and-licensed public parades to display mopheaded-female sleevesless, slacksless, and socksless bare-armed/bare-legged/bare-footed high-school-band prancers, IRS laws that cause churches and synagogues and mosques to become subservient to anti-Biblical pro-homosexuality-and-contraceptive social engineering mandates, and make it worthless to become employed with employers tied into income-siphoning W-4 forms?

What is "happiness" to some is not "happiness" to others, nor the way to get and keep that.

And WHO is "our Creator?"

Does He or She have a name, and what are the intentions for us of such? How can we discover that? What are the Operating Instructions for successful acquisition and deployment of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness?

What are the commonly-embraced, mutually-agreed upon characteristics of "our Creator?" Do all persons agree what those are, or should be?

Those who observe the actual, complex, and imaginative natural phenomena of their environment, are honest about acknowledging and declaring that, accommodate to that, are the ones who survive. Those who do not, and not simply despise accurate and truthful descriptions of what they plainly see and hear and smell and feel, but behave and act contrary to immutable environmental entities, harm and destroy themselves and others.

Should "our Creator" be exclusively identified by the Judeo-Christian (Old-and-New-Testaments) Holy Bible? The moslem Koran (Qur'an) instead? The sayings of Socrates and other Greek ancients? Mein Kampf? The Communist Manifesto? The Playboy Philosophy? Whatever Executive Orders come out of the mouth of our current islamo-marxist-oriented Nigroid-in-Chief?

The potential for confusion and deterioration of the government Washington, Adams, Franklin, Patrick Henry, and others began was evident from the start, as can be seen by pointing out a few examples.

"There shall be freedom of the press."

For what? Freedom to publish apostasy, heresies, misinformation, deception, slander....as much or more than edifying news and publicly-beneficial information?

"Congress shall make no law respecting the establishment of religion, nor prohibiting the free exercise thereof.

At least the existence of religion as one of the things the governed and government was aware of, were likely quite interested in, and a significant part of their lives, was acknowledged by that statement.

But it seems like an oxymoron, self-contradiction, as to how the wording is. What is it: that only Congress can make no law supporting established religions, or make no law prohibiting established religious practices?

And which religions? Fanatical genocidal islam? Suicidal-kamikaze emperor-worship japanese imperialism? Cow-worshipping-and-not-slaughtering hinduism? Overweight/Fat buddha idolatry? Satanism? Humanistic evolutionism? Anti-Jesus-as-Messiah judaism? Mary-worshipping purgatory-and-apocrypha-embracing catholicism? License-to-sin saved-by-grace-through-faith-alone-apart-from-works-of-law protestantism?

Interesting it is to keep in mind that some of "the Constitution" has seemed to be a corrected mistake, and yet seems to require further adjustment.

For instance, the anti-liquor 18th Amendment was repealed by the 21st Amendment (ratified on December 5, 1933, signed by FDR, unique among the 27 amendments of the U.S. Constitution for being the only one to have been ratified by state ratifying conventions), and the feminist-sexist and mis-worded 19th Amendment - wrongly inciting the inferior gender (not "sex") to vote (and even become lawyers, judges, politicians exercising non-domestic and adversarially-competitive authority over men) - seriously and soon also needs to be repealed.

Tough task, being that such corrective Amendments require a super-majority of both houses of Congress and two-thirds of all the states in the United States to bring that into being.

One of the characteristics of American constitutional democracy, and the republic it operates within, is that Biblical moral law is not really declared nor ingrained in the Amendments of the Constitution. Merely various aspects of human interest, preoccupation, and endeavor are noted (e.g. the awareness and government-governed relationship of a free press, freedom to assembly, freedom of religion, freedom from unreasonable search and seizure, freedom to not incriminate onesself, freedom to be involved with alcoholic beverages, freedom of genders to vote, etc).

Such is also not necessarily the case in a monarchy or a dictatorship, where "the law" is whatever the monarch or dictator (and his underlings) say it is - whether good or evil from a Scriptural perspective.

One can readily see that in the situation in which those operating within the pluralistic constitutional-republic democracy are men (and women!) not possessing the desire for nor knowledge of Biblical mandates and directives will misuse formerly-well-intentioned liberty and freedom for nefarious, defiling, and sociologically-destructive cravings.

When a Commander-in-Chief lies about his birthplace for political-promotion-and-opportunism purposes, publicly lauds babies-butchering Planned Parentlessness, appoints High-Court judges who, as himself, supports same-gender homosodomy-unions licensings nationwide, has his IRS and NSA and FBI persecute political opponents, has his FCC harass and repress Biblically-oriented internet, air-waved-radio-broadcasting, and cable-TV critics understandably and rightfully contrary to Satan's demonic agenda and cohorts, does not restrain the anti-Christianity-in-public ACLU, PAW, SPLC, AUSCS, HRC, and FFRF, aids anti-Israel enemies with unfrozen monetary assets and even nuclear armaments and resources to inflict antisemitic terroristic aggression, and is supported by like-immentality cronies in the U.S. Senate and House....the catastrophic and debilitating consequences are far-reaching and getting to the point of becoming irreversible.

But both the government AND the governed are to blame, because it is a majority of governed who vote for and elect the Bible-principles-rejecting politicians the common peasants (and their patsy network media) themselves promote and acclaim.

It took a slight majority of those one can call "Obamanites" to override the will of the 48-49% of other anti-Obama voters who wanted a Mitt Romney in the Oval office instead.

The scale was tipped in the wrong direction, and the disastrous results are getting more and more evident and numerous.

Can a somewhat-errant Ronald Reagan type (who foolishly appointed feminist Sandra Day O'Connor to the High Court) yet be elected to overcome the damage done by a Panama-Canal-giveaway pro-"palestinian" Jimmy Carter....a George W Bush be elected to undo an open-immigration-of-atheistic-communists Bill Clinton and financial-rules-ignoring/squelch-Christianity Hillary Clinton? How did such good guys (in terms of morality issues) like Jesse Helms and Henry Hyde ever get elected? How about a pro-Israel-State Harry Truman, Chinese-restaurant-commerce-facilitating Richard Nixon, Social-Security-checks-incepting FDR, Medicare-approving LBJ....to overcome the forced and involuntary take-from-the-industrious-rich-and-given-to-slacker-poor, non-affordable-for-most-taxpayers Obamascare?

It has been prophesied in the Old-Testament book of Daniel, and in the New-Testament gospels, epistle of Thessalonians, and Revelation to John, that things will continue to get a lot worse (under predicted Beast and False Prophet, plus the probably-over-80% damned-to-become subversives loyal to and in tattooed-666 allegiance with them) before they get much better at the thankful return of Jesus Christ at Armageddon ushering in the Golden Millennial rule ("with a rod of iron") before the heavens and Earth are incinerated and Final Judgment of proverbial "sheep" and "goats" takes place.

So the immoral majority vote for and elect largely-Democrat Reid-and-Pelosi-type legislators comprising an over-50% immoral Congress doing the wicked will of those who elected them, and the same immoral majority vote for an immoral Indonesian-citizen nigroid-reparationists-benefitting alien to become Kenyan-not-Hawaiian-born President over everyone, and the born in Mombasa-Kenya-and-not-Hawaii President appoints immoral-on-judicial-decisions Kagan and Sotomayor who side in with already-there also-adjudicating-immorally Kennedy, Stevens, and Ginsberg to override the opposition of sensible-and-fair-minded Scalia, Alito, Roberts, and Thomas.

The pathetically-flawed-and-lacking republic democracy of pluralistic America, along with their inadequate freedom-for-both-the-righteous-and-wicked Constitution, is destined to morph into a theocracy headed by Jesus Christ...not by the deliberately self-deceived will and intention of the immoral majority now infesting the territory of the United States, but by His own sovereign will, as He indeed is The Creator and rightful Owner of the Earth which the artificially-titled "United States" and "America" is situated upon.

Fatally Holding Out on God

What Similarities and Main Point Do You Discern in the Following Groups of Bible Passages?

Joshua 7:1 But the people of Israel broke faith in regard to the devoted things; for Achan the son of Carmi, son of Zabdi, son of Zerah, of the tribe of Judah, took some of the devoted things; and the anger of the LORD burned against the people of Israel.
2 Joshua sent men from Jericho to Ai, which is near Bethaven, east of Bethel, and said to them, "Go up and spy out the land." And the men went up and spied out Ai.
3 And they returned to Joshua, and said to him, "Let not all the people go up, but let about two or three thousand men go up and attack Ai; do not make the whole people toil up there, for they are but few."
4 So about three thousand went up there from the people; and they fled before the men of Ai,
5 and the men of Ai killed about thirty-six men of them, and chased them before the gate as far as Shebarim, and slew them at the descent. And the hearts of the people melted, and became as water.
7 And Joshua said, "Alas, Lord GOD, why have You brought this people over the Jordan at all, to give us into the hands of the Amorites, to destroy us? Would that we had been content to dwell beyond the Jordan!
8 O Lord, what can I say, when Israel has turned their backs before their enemies!
9 For the Canaanites and all the inhabitants of the land will hear of it, and will surround us, and cut off our name from the earth; and what will You do for thy great name?"
10 The LORD said to Joshua, "Get up, why have you thus fallen upon your face?
11 Israel has sinned; they have transgressed my covenant which I commanded them; they have taken some of the devoted things; they have stolen, and lied, and put them among their own stuff.
12 Therefore the people of Israel cannot stand before their enemies; they turn their backs before their enemies, because they have become a thing for destruction. I will be with you no more, unless you destroy the devoted things from among you.
13 Up, sanctify the people, and say, 'Sanctify yourselves for tomorrow; for thus says the LORD, God of Israel: "There are devoted things in the midst of you, Israel; you cannot stand before your enemies, until you take away the devoted things from among you."
14 In the morning therefore you shall be brought near by your tribes; and the tribe which the LORD takes shall come near by families; and the family which the LORD takes shall come near by households; and the household which the LORD takes shall come near man by man.
15 And he who is taken with the devoted things shall be burned with fire, he and all that he has, because he has transgressed the covenant of the LORD, and because he has done a shameful thing in Israel.'"
16 So Joshua rose early in the morning, and brought Israel near tribe by tribe, and the tribe of Judah was taken;
17 and he brought near the families of Judah, and the family of the Zerahites was taken; and he brought near the family of the Zerahites man by man, and Zabdi was taken;
18 and he brought near his household man by man, and Achan the son of Carmi, son of Zabdi, son of Zerah, of the tribe of Judah, was taken.
19 Then Joshua said to Achan, "My son, give glory to the LORD God of Israel, and render praise to him; and tell me now what you have done; do not hide it from me."
20 And Achan answered Joshua, "Of a truth I have sinned against the LORD God of Israel, and this is what I did:
21 when I saw among the spoil a beautiful mantle from Shinar, and two hundred shekels of silver, and a bar of gold weighing fifty shekels, then I coveted them, and took them; and behold, they are hidden in the earth inside my tent, with the silver underneath."
22 So Joshua sent messengers, and they ran to the tent; and behold, it was hidden in his tent with the silver underneath.
23 And they took them out of the tent and brought them to Joshua and all the people of Israel; and they laid them down before the LORD.
24 And Joshua and all Israel with him took Achan the son of Zerah, and the silver and the mantle and the bar of gold, and his sons and daughters, and his oxen and asses and sheep, and his tent, and all that he had; and they brought them up to the Valley of Achor.
25 And Joshua said, "Why did you bring trouble on us? The LORD brings trouble on you today." And all Israel stoned him with stones; they burned them with fire, and stoned them with stones.

First Samuel 15:1 And Samuel said to Saul, "The LORD sent me to anoint you king over his people Israel; now therefore hearken to the words of the LORD.
2 Thus says the LORD of hosts, 'I will punish what Amalek did to Israel in opposing them on the way, when they came up out of Egypt.
3 Now go and smite Amalek, and utterly destroy all that they have; do not spare them, but kill both man and woman, infant and suckling, ox and sheep, camel and ass.'"
4 So Saul summoned the people, and numbered them in Telaim, two hundred thousand men on foot, and ten thousand men of Judah.
5 And Saul came to the city of Amalek, and lay in wait in the valley.
6 And Saul said to the Kenites, "Go, depart, go down from among the Amalekites, lest I destroy you with them; for you showed kindness to all the people of Israel when they came up out of Egypt." So the Kenites departed from among the Amalekites.
7 And Saul defeated the Amalekites, from Havilah as far as Shur, which is east of Egypt.
8 And he took Agag the king of the Amalekites alive, and utterly destroyed all the people with the edge of the sword.
9 But Saul and the people spared Agag, and the best of the sheep and of the oxen and of the fatlings, and the lambs, and all that was good, and would not utterly destroy them; all that was despised and worthless they utterly destroyed.
10 The word of the LORD came to Samuel:
11 "I repent that I have made Saul king; for he has turned back from following me, and has not performed my commandments." And Samuel was angry; and he cried to the LORD all night.
12 And Samuel rose early to meet Saul in the morning; and it was told Samuel, "Saul came to Carmel, and behold, he set up a monument for himself and turned, and passed on, and went down to Gilgal."
13 And Samuel came to Saul, and Saul said to him, "Blessed be you to the LORD; I have performed the commandment of the LORD."
14 And Samuel said, "What then is this bleating of the sheep in my ears, and the lowing of the oxen which I hear?"
15 Saul said, "They have brought them from the Amalekites; for the people spared the best of the sheep and of the oxen, to sacrifice to the LORD your God; and the rest we have utterly destroyed."
16 Then Samuel said to Saul, "Stop! I will tell you what the LORD said to me this night." And he said to him, "Say on."
17 And Samuel said, "Though you are little in your own eyes, are you not the head of the tribes of Israel? The LORD anointed you king over Israel.
18 And the LORD sent you on a mission, and said, 'Go, utterly destroy the sinners, the Amalekites, and fight against them until they are consumed.'
19 Why then did you not obey the voice of the LORD? Why did you swoop on the spoil, and do what was evil in the sight of the LORD?"
20 And Saul said to Samuel, "I have obeyed the voice of the LORD, I have gone on the mission on which the LORD sent me, I have brought Agag the king of Amalek, and I have utterly destroyed the Amalekites.
21 But the people took of the spoil, sheep and oxen, the best of the things devoted to destruction, to sacrifice to the LORD your God in Gilgal."
22 And Samuel said, "Has the LORD as great delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices, as in obeying the voice of the LORD? Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice, and to hearken than the fat of rams.
23 For rebellion is as the sin of divination, and stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry. Because you have rejected the word of the LORD, he has also rejected you from being king."
24 And Saul said to Samuel, "I have sinned; for I have transgressed the commandment of the LORD and your words, because I feared the people and obeyed their voice.
25 Now therefore, I pray, pardon my sin, and return with me, that I may worship the LORD."
26 And Samuel said to Saul, "I will not return with you; for you have rejected the word of the LORD, and the LORD has rejected you from being king over Israel."
27 As Samuel turned to go away, Saul laid hold upon the skirt of his robe, and it tore.
28 And Samuel said to him, "The LORD has torn the kingdom of Israel from you this day, and has given it to a neighbor of yours, who is better than you.
29 And also the Glory of Israel will not lie or repent; for he is not a man, that he should repent."
30 Then he said, "I have sinned; yet honor me now before the elders of my people and before Israel, and return with me, that I may worship the LORD your God."
31 So Samuel turned back after Saul; and Saul worshiped the LORD.
32 Then Samuel said, "Bring here to me Agag the king of the Amalekites." And Agag came to him cheerfully. Agag said, "Surely the bitterness of death is past."
33 And Samuel said, "As your sword has made women childless, so shall your mother be childless among women." And Samuel hewed Agag in pieces before the LORD in Gilgal.
34 Then Samuel went to Ramah; and Saul went up to his house in Gibeah of Saul.
35 And Samuel did not see Saul again until the day of his death, but Samuel grieved over Saul. And the LORD repented that he had made Saul king over Israel.

John 7:1 After this Jesus went about in Galilee; he would not go about in Judea, because the Jews sought to kill him.
2 Now the Jews' feast of Tabernacles was at hand.
3 So his brothers said to him, "Leave here and go to Judea, that your disciples may see the works you are doing.
4 For no man works in secret if he seeks to be known openly. If you do these things, show yourself to the world."
5 For even his brothers did not believe in him.
6 Jesus said to them, "My time has not yet come, but your time is always here.
7 The world cannot hate you, but it hates me because I testify of it that its works are evil.
8 Go to the feast yourselves; I am not going up to this feast, for my time has not yet fully come."
9 So saying, he remained in Galilee.
10 But after his brothers had gone up to the feast, then he also went up, not publicly but in private.
11 The Jews were looking for him at the feast, and saying, "Where is he?"
12 And there was much muttering about him among the people. While some said, "He is a good man," others said, "No, he is leading the people astray."
13 Yet for fear of the Jews no one spoke openly of him.
14 About the middle of the feast Jesus went up into the temple and taught.

Acts 5:1 But a man named Ananias with his wife Sapphira sold a piece of property,
2 and with his wife's knowledge he kept back some of the proceeds, and brought only a part and laid it at the apostles' feet.
3 But Peter said, "Ananias, why has Satan filled your heart to lie to the Holy Spirit and to keep back part of the proceeds of the land?
4 While it remained unsold, did it not remain your own? And after it was sold, was it not at your disposal? How is it that you have contrived this deed in your heart? You have not lied to men but to God."
5 When Ananias heard these words, he fell down and died. And great fear came upon all who heard of it.
6 The young men rose and wrapped him up and carried him out and buried him.
7 After an interval of about three hours his wife came in, not knowing what had happened.
8 And Peter said to her, "Tell me whether you sold the land for so much." And she said, "Yes, for so much."
9 But Peter said to her, "How is it that you have agreed together to tempt the Spirit of the Lord? Hey, the feet of those that have buried your husband are at the door, and they will carry you out."
10 Immediately she fell down at his feet and died. When the young men came in they found her dead, and they carried her out and buried her beside her husband.
11 And great fear came upon the whole church, and upon all who heard of these things.
